Many of My disciples were impatient. They wanted Me to deliver Israel from the bondage of the Romans. Most of them had no understanding of the fact that I came to be the perfect sacrifice that would provide salvation from sin to all who would believe in Me.
Impatience happens when you become annoyed with delays. You want things done now, not later. It is in those moments of impatience that you become vulnerable to My enemy. He wants you to be in the mode of doing things in a hurry just because you want to get things done. My enemy wants you to go ahead of Me.
Sarah, Abraham's wife, became impatient because she wanted a child. You have the conflict between descendants of Ishmael and Isaac today because of Sarah's impatience. Ask My Holy Spirit to help you not to be impatient. It is only those who wait upon Me who will have their strength renewed and they also will not become weary of well doing.

TRY
I have heard you say many times, "If all fails, try, try, again." This is a good saying because it denotes persistence and endurance which are two qualities that I want all of My beloved to have.
Receive the following truths the next time you feel like you have failed. I am a God of order and My Holy Spirit can lead you step by step to recover, restore, or reconstruct anything in your life that seems to be failing. COMFORT
When you hear the word, "comfort," you feel a peace in your heart. You think of the times when you were comforted by others during various trials. The word, "comfort," can cause wonderful, warm, cozy feelings to embrace you during times of great spiritual battles.
Right now there is a great spiritual battle raging over My land, Israel. There have been many times in history when My people needed comfort through horrific physical and spiritual battles. The prophet, Isaiah, gave a mighty declaration to speak over My people and My land.
I want you to speak these words over My people and Israel today: "Speak comfort to Jerusalem, and cry out to her, that her warfare is ended, that her iniquity is pardoned, for she has received from the Lord's hand double for all her sins." There is no time like the present for you to cry out these words as you intercede for Israel.

REINFORCE
Reinforce is a word that is used much in your age. Clothes manufacturers recommend that seams in garments be reinforced. Officers in armies send troops to reinforce soldiers who are experiencing difficult battles. Sometimes statements that are made need to be reinforced.
I want you today to understand that My Holy Spirit is not only in forces My Word, but He also reinforces My Word in your heart. Before you read My Word, ask My Spirit to reinforce what you have just read by leading you to other Scriptures that confirm the truths that you have just learned.

LIVING
I told the pharisees and scribes that I was the God of the living, not the dead. You have no reason to fear death because when you believe in Me, you will not see death. Of course, you will take your last breath, but the moment you do this, you will be in My presence.
Paul wrote "O death where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory? The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law, but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
Eternal living with Me began the moment you accepted Me as your Lord and Savior. Today pray for those you know who have not yet entered the joy of My eternal presence with them.

ANGER
It is no sin to be angry. It is a sin to allow the sun to go down on your anger. Strife and contention are the fruits of pride, and you become angry when things do not go your way. When that happens, I want you to remember that I am the "Way," not you.
The moment you become angry, release that anger to Me. I do not condemn you for those times when you blow up in anger. The way to reconcile yourself to the person with whom you are angry is to humble yourself and ask that person to forgive you.
Whatever you do, remember to begin your day by humbling yourself before Me in prayer. Pray that My Spirit will keep your mind focused on Me and not yourself during the day. My enemy wants to direct your thoughts always to yourself. I can keep you in perfect peace when your mind is stayed upon Me.

GRACE
Grace is the divine influence on the heart that reflects in the life of a person. My grace is sufficient to get you thru every trial. Paul usually greeted the churches he wrote with these words, "Grace to you and peace to you."
That is My greeting to you today and every day. Another definition of grace is the supernatural ability to do what is naturally impossible. It is My Holy Spirit Who gives you that supernatural ability. Rest assured that My grace can enable you to do even miracles.
When you face a trial that seems to be insurmountable, I want you to speak "Grace, grace, to that mountain." Speak the following to any trial you are experiencing: "Grace, grace, to the mountain in the name of Jesus." When you speak those words in faith, you will see mountains move.

GENERATIONS
I want you to always include future generations as you pray for your loved ones. I know you always pray for your children and grandchildren, but start including the future generations as you pray. Your prayers will avail much.
Your prayers for future generations remain in the atmosphere and also at My throne room long after you leave this Earth. There is no time or space with Me, and I am the same today, tomorrow, and forever.
As you lift in prayer your beloved family and the future generations to come, I am released to bless those generations. Think about this when you pray today for your family.

BIRTH
I am present at every birth. John wrote that "I am the TRUE LIGHT" who gives light to everyone coming into the world (John 1:9)." I am present at every conception also. No one can have life without Me. I am the way, the truth, and the life.
Sadly many have chosen to walk in darkness after I gave them life and light. Today marks not only the births I have given to every mother, but also the birth of Israel as a nation. My beloved Israel is a beacon of light that still is beaming from My golden city, Jerusalem. Nations all over the world seek to snuff that light out. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
I am faithful to My promise to keep Israel eternally. "Children are an inheritance from the Lord, and the fruit of the womb is My reward (Psalm 127:3)." I have heard the prayers of mothers, and they can stand on this promise: "For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants and My blessing on your offspring; They will spring up among the grass like willows by the watercourses (Jeremiah 44:4-5)."

STOP/WAIT
Your mother trained you well to stop at cross roads, wait and watch both ways, and then cross to the next corner. Those are My instructions to you today. So many of My beloved fail to follow these instructions, and then they get into trouble
Daily you have cross roads in your life. You are faced with decisions that can be infused with My wisdom or your own understanding. Before you make decisions, I want you to stop, and ask Me for wisdom. Then I want you to wait for My directions.
I want you to watch both ways before you make that decision. Watch out for My adversary who wants to confuse you or seduce you to go ahead of Me. Watch for confirmation from those you trust and confirmation from My Word. When you follow these instructions and have a peace in your heart, you can move ahead in faith with the calm assurance that I will be holding your hand and bring you safely to the next cross road..

COMPROMISE
I never want you to compromise your faith in Me. Compromises usually occur when two parties that oppose one another finally come to an agreement to each give one another concessions so that they can meet half way.
Your faith in Me is not a compromise. It is a full commitment to Me to hear My voice and to then walk by faith in obedience to what My Spirit instructs you to do as you read My Word and listen to His still, quiet voice.
Some of My promises to you are conditional, but many express My covenant with you. I never compromise with you. I am always faithful to fulfill My promises to you. TRAINING
The key to blessing is to hear My voice and obey My voice. I know how you prayed that all of your children would be able to hear My voice. It is My Spirit Who delivers My voice to you as you read My Word and as you listen intently for those gentle impressions and directions that My Spirit gives you daily.
Training your spiritual ears to hear My voice is essential if you want to live a blessed life.. This training takes time in My presence. Training your spiritual ears to hear My voice is extremely difficult in this age that you are living. You hear all kinds of voices that try to gain your attention. When you have the TV or radio on all the day long, you will not be able to hear My voice.
Make it your goal today to stay away from the distracting noises so that you can hear the still, quiet voice of My Spirit.

ATTEMPT
Sometimes you are faced with a challenge that overwhelms you. You feel like there is no way that you can even attempt to surmount the challenge that is before you. However, you forget that I said that I am the way.
It is true that you in your own strength cannot meet that challenge, but with Me you can do all things. Give your challenges to Me, and then listen carefully to the wisdom that My Holy Spirit gives you.
He will show you the way to not only meet the challenge, but also to win a lasting victory over that challenge.
Ask Me to give you the perseverance to see the challenge through to the end. When you depend completely on Me, you can overcome. Put all your faith in Me instead of yourself. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world with all of its challenges.

LONGINGS
I want you to have a longing in your heart for Me. Longings are desires that keep coming to your mind. Those desires can go deeper than just the mind. Longings can affect the emotional area of your soul, and if those longings are not according to My will, your focus on doing My will can be diverted.
Some single people have such a longing to be married that their minds and hearts are not stayed upon Me and they are not at peace. Others may have a longing to succeed in business. I exhort you to release all of your longings to Me. As you delight yourself in Me, the desires in your heart will be My desires for you.

RUNNING
The word, "running," can have many meetings. For example, you live in a day when people are running daily to stay fit. I loved running with My disciples along the shore of Galilee. People ran to meet me when I was near them.
My heart is for people in your age to spend more time running to meet Me than just running for physical exercise. Many are running away from Me because they do not want to be bothered with anything that interferes with their own plans.
I do have a plan for such people, and I exhort you to pray for those who are running to get away from Me. My Spirit has the power to soften the hearts of those you lift up to Me in prayer. Never give up praying for those who have yet to run to Me for forgiveness and eternal life.

IMAGES
You live in an age when you are bombarded with images all day long. As you drive to work, you see bill boards, and advertisements on buses. When you come home you watch the news, movies, or TV programs.
Just before I left this Earth I gave specific instructions to My disciples. I told them, "To watch and pray." I wanted them to watch out for the signs of My second coming, but I also wanted them to watch out for the devil.
The devil uses what you watch daily to put images in your mind. He can seduce you to give in to the lust of the eye (vain imaginations, greed, covetousness) when you set your eyes on the wrong things.
I want you to focus on those things that are lovely and pure and close your eyes to those images that will seduce you. So many in your age are bound by pornography. The way to conquer this bondage is to focus on Me and worship Me. I will give you divine images in your mind as you worship Me.

CLOSE
My enemy knocks on three doors in your soul with his temptations. Those doors are your three lusts; the lust of the flesh (seeking to satisfy your senses in an indulgent, addictive way); the lust of the eye (greedy longings in your mind, vain imaginations, greed and covetousness); and the lust of the pride of life (trusting in yourself more than you trust in God).
You will have those three lusts until you leave this world. Satan was able to implant these lusts in souls after the "Fall." The lust of the flesh was implanted in the emotional part of the soul. The lust of the eye was implanted in the mind part of the soul. The lust of the pride of life was implanted in the will part of the soul.
Every time you are tempted to open the door to these lusts when Satan tempts you, close the door by speaking My Word out loud just as I overcame Satan by speaking the Word out loud when Satan tempted Me in the wilderness.

FEET
"How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!" Most of My time was spent just walking around the Sea of Galilee. I walked to Jerusalem for all the Feasts. Father always instructed Me to walk where the people were.
I want you to use your feet to bring My good news to places where those who do not know Me are located. Too many of My beloved are satisfied to remain within the walls of a church building. Pray to My Father in My name and ask Him to direct your path today.
Be alert to hear from My Spirit as He directs you to speak to certain people as you walk in the park, market place, and work place. Remember also that My enemy has been put under My feet, so do not be afraid to speak My good news to others.

ABSENT
Every morning I eagerly wait to hear your voice as you praise, worship, and lift up your concerns to Me. I recognize that some mornings that you do not have time to spend that quality time with Me.. However, even if you miss your morning time with Me, I want you to spend a little quality time in My presence later in the day.
I am never absent from you, and I do not condemn you when you miss your morning time with Me. My presence is always with you and will be with you forever. Instead of feeling bad about missing your time with Me in the morning, simply recognize My presence with you as you hurry off to work and stop in traffic or at lights as you drive. This is a way that you can pray continually throughout the day. I love to hear your voice any time throughout the day.

WHAT?
When you go through hard trials, you often ask why this trial has been allowed by Me. Trials can be caused by many things. One of the main reasons that trials happen is that you have a tendency to go ahead of Me or you fail to ask Me for My wisdom.
Whatever may cause trials in your life, the question to ask is not "Why?" but "What?" What can you learn in the midst of the trial and what character trait of Mine can be infused into you during the trial. James wrote that patience is one of the major fruits that is formed in your life during rrials.
Remember that I oversee everything in your life. I often choose not to deliver you from trials just as I chose not to deliver Peter from his trial. I told Peter, however, that I would pray that his faith not fail when he chose to deny Me three times.
