SHARING

Sharing your life with another is so comforting.  This is why I desire for you to have much fellowship as you walk through your life on Earth.  I have such joy when I see My beloved sharing their thoughts, prayers, faith, love, and hopes with one another.

The writer of Hebrews exhorted believers not to forsake the assembling on one another together as the days draw closer to My second coming.  I want you to follow that exhortation. 

The world will become darker and darker before My return, but you are the light of the world.  When you gather to share and pray with others, the light that beams from your unison in prayer helps to dispel the darkness.  This week and every week take every opportunity to pray with fellow believers.

HEBREWS 10:25

BIRTHDAYS

Birthdays are such special times of the year.  The celebration of someone's birthday who is near and dear to you is such a great time to express your love to that person by giving them gifts and most of all the gift of your time.

The world is standing ready in this season to celebrate My birthday.  I was not born in December, but even though the date is celebrated on the wrong day, I love to see families gathered to remember My birth. It is a time for people's hearts and minds to be drawn heavenward to Me, and I love this.

I was born in the spring during the lambing season in Bethlehem.  This is why the shepherds were in the field when the My host of angels announced My birth.  Use this season that celebrates My birth even though it is not the right date to draw close to Me.  Let it be a sweet time of giving Me the gift of your presence with Me every morning.

LUKE 2

WITHOUT

No one wants to be without.  I do not want any of My beloved to be without. I came that they might have life and have it more abundantly.  My Father designed a plan that insures  those who believe in Me will never lack or be without.

The plan is that My Father is able to meet all of your needs according to His riches in glory through Me.  To receive those riches, you must believe in My Father and believe in Me.  Believe that My Father rewards those who seek Him.

I withhold no good thing from those who love Me.  Adam and Eve sinned because they believed that My Father was withholding something good from them.  Never believe the lies of My enemy who successfully deceived Adam and Eve.  My Father is the Father of lights Who wants to bless you with good things.  Receive these truths by faith.

SERVICE

I know how you appreciate good service when you go to a restaurant.  When those who are serving you are able to make you feel very special by attending to your every need, you are impressed.
I am impressed when you serve others this way.

I want you to recognize the fact that every person ever born is extremely special and precious to Me.
My Father so loved the world that He gave Me to the world so that whoever believed in Me could have eternal and abundant life. .

You will have a desire to serve others and to make them feel special when you remember that they are special to Me. When you have this view of others, you will not have a critical, judgmental spirit.

JOHN 3:16-17; GALATIANS 5:13

REDEMPTION

I told My disciples all that would happen in the end days.  Only My Father knows the exact day of My return, but you can know the season when you see certain events taking place.  You are in that season now. 

I told My disciples that when they see the signs I mentioned come to pass, they can look up because their redemption is drawing near.  I do want you to be looking for My soon return, but I also want you to be aware of the opportunities I am giving you daily to share My good news with others.

There are many still left on Earth who need My redeeming power.  They are walking in darkness.  Let your light so shine that men may see your good works and glorify My Father in heaven.  Be on the alert to give My message of redemption to those you encounter who need to be translated from the kingdom of darkness into My kingdom of light.

LUKE 21:28; MATTHEW 5:16

OUTLINE

I remember how you learned to study your textbooks when you were in school.  You began to outline the chapters of the textbooks before you had a test.  This helped you to know the key points of the material you just read.

I have an outline for your life.  There are key points that you will encounter along your life's journey.  You will be tested on those key points, but never fear.  I will always supply the answers you need and the strength you need to do well on those tests.

I do test hearts, but I do not do this for My sake since I already know what is in the hearts of people.  I test your heart during trials so that you might know how much I love you and how much you can depend upon Me to help you pass those tests and trials in your life.  This is why you can count it all joy when you encounter trials in your life.

JAMES 1:2-5

DETAILS

I have heard that expression, "The devil is in the details."  This is true to a certain extent because the goal of My enemy is to confuse and clutter.  People do not move ahead because they are so concerned about details.  They want everything to be just perfect.

I am a detailed God.  You will make much more progress both spiritually and practically if you leave the details to Me.  Do not clutter your mind with details.  I have promised to perfect everything that concerns you.

Today, I know you have much to do.  However, if you will listen carefully to My Holy Spirit, He will tell you what needs to be done and when it needs to be done.  Commit your works to Me today, and at the end of the day you will have accomplished all that I wanted you to do during this period of time.

PSALM 138:8; PROVERBS 16:3

SING

Whenever you sing to Me, I join you in your singing.  I love to sing songs over you and songs to My Father with you when you worship with others. 

I love to hear your songs of worship.  If you will take a few minutes to be quiet and still, you will hear My song over you.  I rejoice over you with singing everyday.

Whenever you are having a battle in your mind, begin to sing songs of praise.  I dwell in the midst of your praise, and My presence will calm whatever doubts or fears you may be experiencing.  My servant David knew the power of singing.  When you do not know what to sing, use the songs he wrote as your hymn book.

TREASURES

Most everyone loves to go on a treasure hunt.  They are so excited when they do find something of value.  There are three treasures that you can find daily that are eternal treasures.  Those eternal treasures are Me, My Word, and people.

In My presence there is fullness of joy. When you seek Me with all of your heart, you will find Me, and you will discover not only the treasure of My joy, but also the treasure of My love, and My peace. 

When you read My Word daily, you will discover the hidden treasures in My Word.  As you encounter people throughout your day, you will discover how they are My special, precious treasures.  Today, go on a treasure hunt.

PSALM 16:11; ISAIAH 55:6

RUSH

When I left the inheritance of My peace to all those who believe in Me, I hoped that My beloved would avail themselves of that peace moment by moment.  The peace that the world offers is an absence of conflict or a pseudo peace that comes through some religions who try to empty their minds of all thoughts. 

You can avail yourself on My peace moment by moment by simply taking time to listen to My Spirit as He leads and guides you through your day.  Meditate on My Word in the morning, and then listen to My Spirit throughout the day.  When you do this, the rush, rush of life will slow down.

My Word says that in quietness and confidence will be your strength.  You will end the day with great strength when you obey My Spirit moment by moment.  My peace will envelope you even on your busy days.

JOHN 14:27

DELIVERNCE

I am in the delivering business.  My word says that many are the afflictions of the righteous, but I deliver them out of them all.  Let that truth sink down deeply in your inner man.  Whenever you are going through a trial, know with great assurance that I, "The Deliverer" am on the scene.

The deliverance promised may not come right away, but it will come.  My enemy wants to rob you of hope and joy.  One of the major ways that he accomplishes this is by telling you that the difficult situation you are in will never change. 

There are difficult people around you also who you would love to change, but that is My job.  I often do not deliver you from difficult relationships, but instead, I change your attitude towards such people.  Pray for those who seem to be against you, and forgive them.  When you do, My enemy will never be able to rob you of joy and hope.

PSALM 34:19

TALK

Many of My beloved get caught up in small talk.  A little of this goes a long way.  I enjoyed joking with My disciples and telling stories to them, but all that I said had great value in My Father's eyes.  I never said anything unless I heard first from My Father.  This would be a great way for you to function as you have conversations with others.

I want you to be a good listener and also a good conversationalist.  I want what you say to come from My Holy Spirit, not just your mind.  I want you to pray quietly in the Spirit before you respond to someone's words to you. 

Daily pray this prayer, "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of My heart be acceptable to You, My Lord and My Redeemer.  Of course there will be times when your speech does not glorify Me, but remember that I have the power to redeem difficult consequences that occur because you did not pray before you spoke. Make this your motto: "Pray before you say."

PSALM 19:14

COMPLETE

I know how you love to complete projects.  You have such satisfaction looking at what you have accomplished.  Did you know that I have the same joy as I look at you.  You are complete in Me and when I see you, I see a reflection of Myself in your face and I hear My voice through you as you speak My Word to others.

I know this is hard to believe, but in reality you are already complete in Me.  My Father had you in His heart from the foundation of the Earth, and now He rejoices over you with singing and so do I.

Do not ever struggle to be what you think you should be in order to please Me or others.  Be yourself and allow My complete work in you to flow through you as you walk in My Spirit.

COLOSSIANS 2:10

ANSWERS

There are so many questions that you have during a day's time, and My Holy Spirit can guide you to the right answers.  I love it when you inquire of Me.  I am all wisdom and wisdom is applied knowledge.  I know your future, and only My Spirit can speak to you about the decisions you need to make that will have an impact on your future.

So many of My beloved just shuffle through the day without depending upon My guidance.  I long to help them make good decisions, but often they do not seek My counsel.

Today and everyday this week, make it your goal to walk in the Spirit by just asking Me continually to guide you to do the next thing.  When you are making future plans also, listen to My Spirit's guidance.  My Spirit will be able to put you in the right place at the right time.

1 CORINTHIANS 1:30

MY DAY

When I walked on Earth, the day believers set aside for rest, refreshment, and worshipping My heavenly Father was Saturday.  Today many still observe the 7th day as a day of rest.  It was not until My resurrection on the first day of the week that believers gathered to worship My Father and Me.
Many call this day "The Lord's Day."

My Father designed a day of rest for His people.  My Father rested on the 7th day.  It is important that people rest from their labors at least once a week.  I am grateful for whatever day you have chosen to gather with others to worship Me and My Father.  However, every day is My day.

I desire for you to meet with Me every morning to commit that day into My hands.  My servant David wrote that he would seek Me early in the morning.  Make it your goal this week to meet with Me every morning before you get busy doing duties for the day.  Commit your works to Me and commit yourself and your way to Me.  When you do this, every day will be My day.

GENESIS 2:2; PSALM 37:5; PROVERBS 16:3

IRRITATION

Your irritation level will decrease at the rate that your expectations decrease.  Often people who you expected to do or say certain things disappoint you, and you become irritated with those people.  I never want you to be irritated with anyone.

The peace that I have to offer you goes beyond your understanding, and that peace only is accessed when you trust Me to handle situations.  Often you go ahead of Me, and sometimes you just expect too much of others. 

Lower your expectations.  Trust in Me, and give Me your expectations.  Expect everything of Me and nothing of others.  That way you will be pleasantly surprised when people come through with what you were hoping they would do.  Humble yourself today by giving every care to Me, and your "self-thoughts" of irritation will go.

JOHN 14:27; 1 PETER 5:6-7

COMMENTS

It seems so often that people want to add their comments to whatever another person says to them.
One of the greatest lessons you can learn in this life is how to be a good listener.  While people talked to Me as I walked the Sea of Galilee, I was praying silently to My Father.

This is the pattern of listening that I want you to practice daily.  It is so easy to fall into the pattern of thinking ahead about what you are going to say after a person has finished talking.  Pray silently in the Spirit as you listen, and never feel like you have to come up with a great comment.

When you pray silently as someone is conversing with you, My wisdom will flow through you, and you will be amazed at what comes out of your mouth. Only My Spirit knows what is in the heart of another, and I always want you to have heart to heart talks with others.

PROVERBS 4:23

HEAVENLY HIGHWAY

You do not have to make reservations to travel the highway called "Faith" that is paved with a substance called "Hope." If you could have your eyes opened to the spiritual realm, you would see this lighted highway that goes straight to My throne room.

Daily, you can get into the vehicle called "Prayer" and travel this highway.  The substance that this highway is paved with is "hope."  This substance of hope is based on what I have promised in My Word.

I have made the way for you to boldly travel this highway all through your day.  The price I paid to purchase this "Faith Highway" was My shed blood.  I want you to travel this highway throughout your day, and always remember when you release your burdens to Me, I can perfect those things that are concern to you.

HEBREWS 11:1; PSALM 138:8

WORRY

Worry is negative meditation.  It is so easy to get into the "What if syndrome" when you are facing what could be a great trial.  My enemy wants you to be anxious and worried.  However, I instructed My followers to take no thought for tomorrow because tomorrow will take care of itself.

Paul also exhorted believers to be anxious in nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication to make their requests known to Me.  Peter exhorted believers to cast all their cares upon Me, and I give that invitation to you daily.

When you trust Me with your future, you will not play the "What If Game."  I hold your tomorrows, and you can be confident that the plans I have for you are for good, not for evil to give you a purpose and a hope.
