GLIDING, SLIDING, AND GUIDING

Some of My beloved feel like they can just glide through life without disciplining themselves in My Word. If they neglect My Word for too long, they run a risk of sliding backswards in their walk with Me. My Word is given to you for instruction in righteousness, correction, and reproof. Daily open My Word and My Holy Spirit will give you guidance for the day. I told My followers that if they continued in My Word, they would be My disciples and they would know the truth and the truth would set them free. I look forward to those times when you open My Word and I can speak to you through the pages of the written Word. I want you to delight in My Word and not just think of it as a discipline. My Word is My love letter to you. Read it today. 2 TIMOTHY 3:16; JOHN 8:31

LAVISH

That word, "lavish," usually gives you and image of wealth, luxury, and comfort. I want you to know that I have lavish love for you. You are My treasure, and it is My pleasure to give you all the treasures of My Kingdom - righteousness, peace, joy, and above all My extravagant love. I hold nothing back from you. I invite you to daily come to My table and partake of the lavish meal I have prepared for you - My Word. Devour My Word and drink the new wine of My Holy Spirit daily. I sent My Holy Spirit to comfort you when you go through many trials. Today and everyday I give you all I have to you with My lavish love. ROMANS 14:17; LUKE 12:32

APTITUDE AND ATTITUDE

When you were in school, you were graded on both your attitude and your aptitude. Your attitude was measured by your behavior and your aptitude was measured by your ability to accomplish certain goals. You are now in the school of My Holy Spirit. My Spirit has been given to you to lead you into all truth. You are not graded in My school. I look at the motivation that is behind your actions and behavior. I look at the hunger and thirst in your soul to learn more of Me and to draw closer to Me day by day. You now have all you need to grow more and more like Me daily. You have My mind and I am all wisdom. I live within you and am able to empower you to have an attitude of gratitude each day. Never think that it is all up to you to struggle to be conformed to My image. My Holy Spirit is the only One Who can empower you to be more like Me. Focus on Me, not your performance and thank Me for the grace I give you daily to move to the next level in My school of learning. You need only learn one lesson - meekness and lowliness of heart. When you learn this, I will do the rest. MATTHEW 11:28-29

BEAUTY

The beauty you see in nature as the flowers begin to bloom in the springtime cannot be compared to the beauty of My holiness. I have heard you sing this verse, "Oh, Lord, you are beautiful, your face I want to see." When you sing that song, close your eyes and I will help you envision My face. I am beautiful only because My grace and truths pour from the light of My face into your heart and the glory of My Father is made manifest to you in My face. My Father has commanded not only for His glory to shine from My face, but also from your face. Father commanded the light to shine out of darkness into your heart to give you the light of the knowledge of His glory in My face. You have this treasure within you so that the excellency of His glory and power that shines through you might be of God and not of yourself. Be lightened today by the beauty of My countenance. 2 CORINTHIANS 4:6-7

FORGIVENESS

In a response to those who questioned Me about My willingness to allow a woman who was a sinner to wash My feet, I told a parable about a creditor who forgave two debtors. One debtor owed much more money to the creditor than the other. I asked which debtor would love his creditor the most. Simon responded that the debtor who was forgiven the most would love his creditor the most. That was the right answer. Forgiveness is the decision to cancel the debt. Maybe you feel that someone who hurt you owes you an apology. Until you cancel that debt, you will not be able to receive My love or give My love to others. Make the decision today to fogive all those who have hurt you. When you do this, you will be liberated to love others with My love. LUKE 7:41-43

JERUSALEM

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. They will prosper who love Jerusalem. One day I will return and rule and reign from Jerusalem. Until that day, keep praying for the peace of Jerusalem. Whenever you pray for the peace of Jerusalem, you are praying for My soon return. There will be no lasting peace in Jerusalem until I come again.

Look forward to that time when you will have a resurrected body just like the body I was given after I returned to the Father to receive My glorified resurrected body. After I received My glorified body, I walked on earth for several days until I ascended to sit on the right hand of My Father. As you recall, I was able to eat the fish I cooked for My disciples when they met Me at the Galilee.

When you were born again, you entered eternity. The day will come when you will walk with Me on the shores of the Galilee. Keep that in mind as the darkness grows greater until My return.

PSALM 122:6

PROGRESS

I know that sometimesw you feel as though you are making no progress in your walk with Me. I know that your desire is to walk even as I walked when I was on earth. Progress in this walk cannot be achieved by your own efforts. It can only be achieved as you surrender more of yourself and your time to Me.

I am the One who gives you the grace to do My will. My grace is the supernatural power to do what is naturally impossible.

Never forget that you have a new nature. I live wihin you and I am your hope of glory. My friend Paul said that grace labored through him. Allow My grace to labor through you today and you will be walking as I walked.

2 PETER 3:18; 1 CORINTHIANS 3:9-10

SACRIFICE

The early priests never came into My presence empty handed. They always presented a sacrifice. I have provided the way that you no longer need a blood sacrifice to come into My presence. I was that perfect blood sacrifice that totally pleased the requirements of My heavenly Father. Now you can boldly enter into My presence through My blood that was shed for you. However, there are sacrifices that you can present to Me daily.

Now you can offer to Me the spiritual sacrifices of thanksgiving, praise, and worship. I love it when you give thanks to Me, praise Me, and worship Me. There is one physical sacrifice that I eagerly await for you to give to Me daily. That sacrifice is you - your body as a living sacrifice.
I love it when you daily offer the members of your body to Me to be used as instruments of My love, My joy, and My peace.

You are the greatest gift that I can receive. I love you with an everlasting love and I rejoice over you with singing. Give your whole self to Me - body, soul, and Spirit each day because you are My glory, honor, and praise.

ROMANS 12:1-2

TRYING

One of the expressions I hear people say is, "If at first you do not succeed, try again!" In the world people climb up the ladder of success and often step on others to make their goal to reach the top. However, in My kingdom the way up is the way down. You reach the goal of becoming more like Me by humbling yourself before Me.

You humble yourself before Me when you see yourself as I see you. If you consider that you are above others, you are in pride. If you consider yourself below others, you are still in pride. I give grace to the humble, but I resist the proud.

When you humble yourself before Me by casting all of your cares upon Me and by seeing yourself as righteous in My eyes, you will be on the way up in My Kingdom. The way to succeed in My Kingdom is to surrender all to Me - yourself and all your cares. You will never get ahead in My Kingdom if you just try to do My will. I will empower you with My grace to do My will when you humble yourself before Me.

1 PETER 5:5-7

SPEECH

I created mankind with the ability to speak. You were created in My image with a tongue to extol Me. I gave you language to praise Me. You are able to carry on intelligent conversations.

I moniter your conversations daily. Does that strike fear in your heart? Yes, I hear everything you say and what you say is recorded in heaven. The words you speak daily about Me to others will last into eternity. They are recorded in the book of remembrance. The idol words you speak are also recorded and you will give an account for those words.

Today and everyday make it your goal to edify others by what you speak and to extol Me by praising Me all the daylong.

MATTHEW 12:36; MALACHI 3:16

SOVEREIGNTY

The time is coming soon when people will look up from their busy days and see Me as sovereign in their lives. I am Who I am and I will do what I desire to do. Nothing will stop Me from performing My Word on earth.

Your part in these days is to keep your focus on Me There will be many attempts by the enemy to distract you from what I have called you to accomplish on earth. Do not be distracted.

I will keep you in perfect peace when the whole world seems to be falling apart. Stay your mind upon Me. Look to Me and be lightened from every burden. The darkness is growing greater as the days draw near to My return, but My glory within you will grow brighter and brighter. Soon you will have people asking you how can you have such peace in such troubled times. That will be your opportunity to give them the reason for the hope that is within you.

ISAIAH 26:3

NOW

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Faith is now. It is not in the future. Hope is in the future. Faith is not in the past either although faith is based upon what I have said in the past. Faith is appropriating what I have said and believing and receiving those truths right now.

When you pray, pray believing and receiving in that very moment. This truth is why My friend Paul exhorted all believers to pray and make their requests known with thanksgiving. It delights Me when you thank Me ahead of time for answering your prayer even though the answer does not manifest itself right away.

Remember I heard Daniel's prayer the moment he set his heart to pray. He did not see the answer right away because there was intense warfare in the second heaven. If you pray anything according to My will, you can have strong confidence that I not only hear your prayers but I am about answering those prayers. Thank Me today for hearing your requests and for answering your prayers.

HEBREWS 11:1; MATTHEW 21:22; PHILLIPAINS 4:6-7; DANIEL 10:12-13

KEYS

I hold the key of David and the keys to death and hell. I use the key of David to open the doors that no one shuts and shuts the doors that no one opens. I can open the doors of hard hearts. I can open the doors of your understanding as you read My Word. I can open the door for future jobs and ministries.

Daily I go before you to open doors. When a door is opened to you for ministry or a job keep walking through that open door. Do not take it upon yourself to close a door that I have opened. The enemy will come with his negativity to tell you to give up. "Giving up" is a phrase that is not in My vocabulary. Keep pressing through. Think of the many times that Paul was tempted to give up in his ministry, but he kept pressing through. I opened doors for him and he walked through them with the faith and confidence that I was going before him.

Trust Me in the days ahead and keep walking through the doors I have already opened to you. It is not up to you to shut those doors. I will do it when I choose to close it. Daily commit your way to Me and I will bring My will to pass in your life.

REVELATION 1:18, 3:7; PSALM 37:5

COVERING

I know how safe and comfortable you feel when you pull the covers over you at night and relax your body for a good night's sleep. You know the busy day is over and the cares of this world drift away as you drift off to sleep. What you feel in those moments is what I want you to feel all the day long.

My very presence with you is your covering. You are covered with My blood for your protection and My banner over you is love. That banner is your covering also. You can rest every care on Me and when you do, My peace will flood your soul.

The worries and cares of this world will grow dim in the light of My glorious presence all the day long. Thank Me throughout the day for My covering. The moment you begin to feel tense and worried, begin to praise Me. You will have a restful day as you rest in Me.

SONG OF SOLOMON 2:4; MATTHEW 11:28-29

GLORIFY

Your purpose in this life is to glorify Me in all you do and say. I created Adam and Eve to be My expressed image on earth. When I came to earth, I was the express image of My Father in flesh form. People could see Me and touch Me. Father wanted those on earth to know how much He loves them. Can you imagine having children who do not even recognize your existance? Even now, there are souls who do not even know that I exist. My heart's cry is that all would come to know Me.

It is your job on Earth to draw more souls into My Family. Time is short. Do not hesitate to share My good news with others. Many are longing to see My love expressed in flesh form.
This is why you are still on earth. I call you today to allow the treasure within you, My very presence, to beam forth from your flesh body to others. Pray today that you will glorify Me in all you do and say. You glorify Me whenever you manifest My very presence to others.

COLOSSIANS 3:17

FAITH

I asked if I would find faith on the earth when I return. I desire for you to grow in faith and the only way for that to happen is for you to abide in My Word. Faith does not increase when you go through trials. Faith will increase in the midst of trials only if you turn to My Word.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by My Word. If you are experiencing a financial trial, go to My Word and discover what My Word says about provision. If you are going through a trial with your health, read out loud the Scriptures about My power to heal. Your faith will become stronger and so will your body.

Do not allow doubt to enter your mind. Drown all doubt out of your mind by soaking in the water of My Word.

LUKE 18:8; ROMANS 10:17

CLOUDS

Clouds may come in your life and for a season you may feel as though the light of My glory has dimmed in your life. You forget that often My glory is contained in a thick cloud. Also My strength is in the clouds and My chariot rides on top of the clouds. Whenever you feel the storm clouds brewing in your life, meditate on what I have told you about the clouds.

My clouds drop down the dew from heaven. Every morning I water the earth with dew from My clouds. The dew quenches the thirst of My creation. Every morning I want to quench your thirst with My presence. I am always present with you, but take time to receive My dew from heaven (My grace) that I pour out upon you. When you receive My grace, you receive My supernatual enablement to do what is naturally impossible in you life.

Ask Me to refresh your thirsty soul every morning and you will see miracles happen in your life each day.

RESURRECTION

Now you are seeing trees and flowers that lay dormant during the winter begin to leaf out and bloom. This is the season I designed to be the beginning of the year. The month of Nisan is when the children of Israel were delivered from their years of bondage in Egypt. It was in the month of Nisan that I became the perfect sacrifice and took the sins of the world upon Me. It was in this month that I rose from the dead.

You may feel that you have been dormant for a season. Perhaps a vision that you had did not come to pass or the hope you had for a better job did not develop. Never forget that I am the Resurrection and the Life, the Restorer, and the Redeemer. Never lose hope. This is a season when I want you to put your full trust in Me. When you do this, I can bring to life many things that you considered dead. Thank Me today for giving you a fresh start. The best is yet to come in your life.

TRIUMPH

I have won. Never doubt that I have defeated the enemy. I already made a show openly
and put to shame every evil spirit.

Today be confident that I have gone before you to do battle for you. Yes, you still
will have battles with the enemy, but now you are in a position of triumph. I have
won the victory and all you have to do is enforce that victory.

When the devil comes against you, simply say out loud, “My righteousness is of
Jesus Christ.” He will flee at the sound of those words.

COLOSSIANS 2:15

WONDEROUS WORKS

Wondrous are my works. Never take for granted the wondrous works I do as I form a
baby in the womb. I am present at the conception of every child. I am the light
of the world Who lights every person who comes into the world. I humble to look
into the hearts of all those I have fashioned.

Relish the beauty you see daily and look for My hand in all of nature. The earth is My
Handiwork and the heavens declare My Glory.

You are a display of My wondrous works. I delight as I watch over you and I delight
even more when you come to Me to have our talks together.

ACTS 2:11; PSALM 8:3, 19:1

CONFIDENCE

Sometimes it is hard to move ahead when you lack confidence in yourself and your own abilities. At those times, you do not forget that I am your confidence. Give all of your feelings of inadequacy to Me. I created you to be a vessel to contain My glory and to share My glory with others. I am your life. You are hid with Me in My Father's heart.

The moment you feel that you cannot do anything right, speak these words, "I can do all things through Christ Who gives me the strength. I am the vine and you are the branches. You will always be fruitful when you depend totally upon Me. Where you are weak, I am strong. Take your focus off of yourself and put it on Me, and you will see great fruit from My life operating through you.

2 CORINTHIANS 12:10; COLOSSIANS 3:3

ABIDE

I can give you unspeakable joy that is full of My glory. You will dwell in this joy when you abide in Me. I can give you peace that passes your understanding. Simply abide in Me and you will receive this peace. I can give you understanding and wisdom throughout the day. Simply abide in Me and you will receive My wisdom and understanding. I can give you My might and My counsel. Simply abide in Me and you will receive My might and My counsel. I can give you holy knowledge that inspires you to honor Me and Word and deed. Simply abide in Me and you will receive this knowledge and the desire to honor Me in all your ways and words.

I exhorted My disciples to abide in Me just before I died on the tree. I knew that they would no longer see Me in bodily form. You also cannot see Me, but you can hear My voice. Listen carefully to Me today and you will be abiding in Me. The benefits of abiding in Me are tremendous.

JOHN 14-15

WATCHING AND WAITING

I gave My disciples the instructions to watch and pray. I give you the same instructions because you are living in a day when the devil is seeking who he can devour. Many of My beloved are being persecuted and dying because they refuse to deny Me. Watch and pray for those who are being attacked by the enemy.

This is a time for you to also wait upon Me in prayer. When you spend quality time with Me daily, I will be able to use you to intercede for others. Your prayers will avail much. I also will be able to strengthen you to face the trials that you may encounter in the future. When you wait upon Me in prayer, you will mount up on eagle's wings and you will be able to not grow weary in well doing. You will also be able to walk in My Spirit moment by moment.

ISAIAH 40:31; MATTHEW 26:41; MARK 13:33; 1 PETER 5:8

DESIRES

Desires can be deceptive if you do not walk close to Me day by day. The world will always try to plant desires, especially for material things, in your heart. Every day you are confronted with the temptation to spend your time and your money on things that will pass away.

I am able to plant My desires in your heart. In fact, as you seek to walk the righteous path, your desires will line up with My desires. I will grant what I plant in your heart. It is My absolute joy to give you the desires of your heart. Walk close to Me today and you will not be seduced by the enemy to give in to ungodly desires - the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the lust of the pride of life.

Delight yourself in Me today, and I will give you the desires of your heart.

1 JOHN 2:15-16; PSALM 37:4

LESSONS

Lessons learned can be of no avail if they are not applied later. I often hear you say, "Well, I guess I really learned my lesson." However, if you do not learn lessons for eternity, you do not benefit.

The lessons I want you to learn are eternal lessons that will always benefit you. There are only three lessons that I want you to learn. I desire for you to learn to abide in Me, to abide in My Word, and learn to abide in My love. You learn to abide in Me as you moment by moment are conscience of My presence within you. You learn to abide in My Word as you meditate on My Word day and night. You learn to abide in My love as you continually walk in My Spirit. It is My Holy Spirit that fills your heart with My love. My love is shed abroad to others by My Holy Spirit.

When you daily seek to learn these eternal lessons and apply them to you life, you will always have My peace and joy.

JOHN 15

PRAISE

Praise is comely for the upright. You became upright when you received Me as your Lord and Savior. In that moment you received My robe of righteousness and ever since that day Father has seen you as upright in His sight. Since that day you have praised Me often, but there are ways you can praise Me even more. I love to hear your praises when they are lifted to My throne room.

My servant David praised Me seven times a day. You can do the same. You can praise Me when the sun comes up, when you eat your breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. You then can praise Me when the sun goes down and just before you retire at night. That is seven times.

I look forward to hearing your praises each day. Always remember that I dwell in the midst of your praises.



PSALM 33:1

STRONGHOLDS

When you abide in Me and My Word abides in you, you will not have to be concerned about strongholds in your mind. Your mind will be renewed and those old patterns of thinking will disappear as you fill your mind with My Word. However, My Words are life and My Words must be lived not just hidden in your heart and mind. To do the works that I could do on earth when I walked in submission to My Father, you must allow My Spirit to take ascendency over your soul. Your thinking needs to bow to My thinking. Your will must bow to My will, and your emotions must be stabilized by the hope of your calling. I an faithful to do through you what I have called you to do.

CHALLENGE

Each day brings challenges. Look at those challenges as opportunities for Me to move mountains on your behalf. Speak to the challenges and say, "I am more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ Who loves Me." Say, "Thank You, Lord, that You have overcome the world and that there is nothing too hard for You." Say, "In the world I will have tribulation, but I can be cheerful because I know You have overcome the world."

When you pray a prayer like that, I stand ready to come to your aid. Believe that what I have told you in My Word is true. I am always pleased when you speak the words of faith by declaring My Word. Even though you may not see the manifestation on earth right away, know that I have heard and am in the process of answering your prayers.

JOHN 16:33

BLESSED

I have called you to give thanks for everything, not just in everything. How can you give thanks to Me when things are not going well in your life? Do what my servant David did. He had many difficult times in his life. In fact, he spent a good part of his life in flight from his enemies. When he was at his lowest point mentally and emotionally, he began to rehearse all the blessings he had received from My hand. This is the secret to living a blessed life.

To live a blessed life, daily keep those blessings I have sent your way in your heart and begin to praise Me and sing songs of victory to Me. I cause you to triumph over your enemies. I cause you to triumph in all things. Triumph is the celebration of a victory that has already been won, and I have already won the victory for you.

When things get rough in your life, begin to thank Me for the victory I won for you. Begin to rehearse all the blessings.

2 CORINTHIANS 2:14; COLOSSIANS 2:15

LIFE

Your life is not your own. It was bought with a price. The price I paid for your life ws the blood I shed on the cross for you. At that moment when My life's blood drained out of My body, I was thinking about you. I died for the sins of the whole world. I did not come into the world to condemn the world but to save it.

On that day when Satan thought he had won the victory, I opened the door for everyone on earth to be made righteous because of the blood I shed. The weight of the sins of the whole world broke My heart. What breaks My heart today is that so many on earth have not come to Me to receive that gift of righteousness.

You believed and received Me as your Lord and Savior and now your life is My life within you You are My vessel appointed and anointed to go forth with the good news that those who believe in Me will be set free from sin. Thank Me today for dying for you to forgive you of all of your sins - past, present, and future. More than that, thank Me today for living within you. As I lived so should you live with forgiveness in your heart towards even your enemies.

1 CORINTHIANS 7:23

REST

Rest in Me. You live in restless times when people seem to be unable to keep still. More than ever theSe are times when you need to still your soul and think of Me. Come into that quiet place in Me where the things of the earth will grow strangely dim in the light of My glory and grace.

Receive My peace. Let it soak into your inner being. Frustration, anxiety, worry, and all troubling thoughts are sent by the trouble maker. Do not listen to him.

Did I not tell you, "Let not your heart be troubled, you believe in God, believe also in Me." It is your faith in Me that pleases Me. Cast every care upon Me, and I will be able to give you complete rest. In that state of rest, you will be able to receive all the grace that I want to give you to live through the day no matter what circumstances you may face.
