SHELTER

There are many all over the world who are seeking shelter from the dark storm that seems to be invading the world.  I am that shelter.

When things in the world seem to be the darkest, I am still the Light of the world Who can shelter you under My wings.  Trust Me during these times, and know that I can supernaturally shelter you and give you great peace in the midst of the storm.

As you remain in My peace that is beyond your human understanding, you will be able to clearly hear My voice within you.  Do not listen to the storm that rages in the news.  Do not be anxious or fearful. Instead, pray with thanksgiving and I will always mount guard over your heart and your mind in these troubled times.

PSALM 91:4; PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7

AWE

There are so many blessings promised to those who fear Me.  You fear Me when you stand in awe of Me with an obedient heart. True worship is not singing worship and praise songs to Me.  True worship is doing My will.

What is missing in your nation now is the fear of Me.  People are fearful of many things especially after the pandemic that swept the world suddenly.  However, those who truly fear Me, will not live in fear because they know that I have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.

I want you to stand in awe of Me with a heart that seeks to obey Me in this next year.  I want you to teach others to fear Me, and this can only be accomplished as you teach others to read and obey My Word. As you stand for righteousness to be restored in your nation, also stand in awe of Me and fear Me.

PSALM 4:4; 2 TIMOTHY 1:7

GENTLE

When you ask Me daily to give you wisdom, you are also asking Me to enable you to walk in the fruit of My Spirit which is love.  My love is demonstrated by the following fruits of the Spirit: joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

James described what happens when a person receives and operates in the wisdom that comes from above.  That person will be pure, peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of  mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

I know how you desire to demonstrate the fruits of My Spirit every day.  My Holy Spirit will help you do this when you daily ask for My wisdom, and then listen carefully to My Spirit as He leads and guides you to demonstrate My wisdom in your daily walk with Me.

GALATIANS 5:22; JAMES 3:17

EXPECTANT

My disciples thought I would come back very soon after I ascended.  They remained expectant throughout their time on Earth.  Even when John received My revelation, he felt he would still be alive to witness My return.

It was this expectancy that kept My disciples true to My word.  They all fulfilled their assignments before they left the earth.  It is the hope of My return that will keep you moving forward in My Spirit.

Hope is not wishful thinking.  True hope is based on what My Word says.  Hope is the substance of faith, and that substance is My Word.  You can have strong confidence that I will return as you abide in My Word, and this faith based on the substance of My Word will stir you to complete all your assignments on earth.

HEBREWS 11:1

INCARNATE

The definition of the word, "incarnate," is to be made flesh or to take on a human body."  I truly am the Word of God made flesh, and I came to dwell among you so that I could identify with you completely.

I felt physical pain, emotional pain, mental pain, and I was even tempted in all points just as you, but I was without sin. I was willing to take on flesh in order to become your high priest who can make perfect intercession for you.

One time you asked Me what I talked to My Father about as you saw me awake to a new day.  I spoke to your heart that I tell My Father how you are feeling that day. Hebrews 4:15: "For we have not an high priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin."

JOHN 1:14; HEBREWS 4:15

SILENT

 "Silent Night" is one of your favorite carols.  It was not a silent night when I was born.  The shepherds were watching their flocks by night because it was the season for the lambs to be born.  The sounds of little lambs being born could be heard.

The sounds of heaven were heard as the angels announced My birth to the shepherds.  My cries as a newborn babe were joined by the sounds of the various animals that were near where I was born.

As you remember My birth during this season,  I want you to be silent before Me.  Your church choir used to sing a song at the beginning of every service.  They sang: "The Lord is in His holy temple, let all the earth keep silent.  Let all the earth keep silent before Him." You are My temple. Take time during this busy season to be silent before Me.

LUKE 2

WRAPPING

I know that wrapping gifts at Christmas is not something you love to do.  It seems to you a waste of time when those wrappings are thrown into the trash on Christmas morning.  The kings from the east who visited Me had no idea that one of the gifts they brought would remain in My home until I was crucified and rose again from the dead.

My mother and another Mary waited until after the Sabbath to come and anoint My body for burial.  They had anointed My body and wrapped it in linen quickly before sundown after My death because another Sabbath was about to begin. 

One of the anointing oils they brought to the tomb on the first day of the week was frankincense. Frankincense is an anointing oil that is forbidden to be placed upon a sin offering because it has a sweet smell.  This fact is found in the Levitical law.  My Father saw to it that I was the perfect sin offering by making sure that I had risen from the dead before frankincense was placed upon Me. You see how detailed My Father is. This is why I want you to never be anxious or fearful. My Father and I will take care of you.

MATTHEW 2:11; LUKE 23:51-56; LEVITICUS 5:11

FOLD

Hope came into the world when I was born as an infant. Hope for mankind was sealed when I died, rose again, and ascended to be with My Father.

I formed the foundation of the world and I formed the heavens.  I formed you when you were in your mother's womb.  I was with you then, and I am not only with you now, but I also live eternally in you.

The day will come when the earth will wax old as does a garment; and as a vesture is folded up, earth shall be changed, but I will remain eternally the same. Paul wrote about the mystery that had been hidden from ages and from generations, but now is revealed in us: "Christ in you, the hope of glory:...." Share this mystery with many.  The world needs to know about this eternal hope.

HEBREWS 1:8-12;  COLOSSIANS 1:26-27

ASCEND

 I want you to set your affections on the things above, not on this earth at this Christmas season.  I want you to always remember that when I died, you died. When I was raised from the dead, you were raised from the dead. When I ascended, you ascended with Me.

You are in Me and I am in you.  This means that your spirit is seated next to Me in the heavenly realm.  Even though many had beloved friends and family members die because of the pandemic, you are not separated from them.  You are eternally with them in the spirit.  

Let your mourning be turned into dancing because your beloved ones are dancing with Me in heaven.  Keep that vision ever before you, and you will be overwhelmed with My hope, joy, love and peace.

COLOSSIANS 3:2-3

GLORY

When the angels appeared to the shepherds, they began their announcement of My birth with this phrase, "Glory to God in the highest."  They were giving glory to God because at last My Father's presence could be manifested more permanently on earth.  

My Father was able to manifest His presence temporarily on Earth though appearing in the cloud and the fire to His children in the wilderness. His glory also appeared from time to time temporarily upon people and in the Tabernacle and the Temple.

I am God in flesh form. During My ministry on Earth I manifested My Father's presence (His glory) in everything I did and said.  This Christmas morning as you open your presents, I want you to remember that you are a precious gift to Me because you now have the treasure of My glory in your earthen vessel.

LUKE 2:14; 1 CORINTHIANS 4:6-7 

FEEDING

Supplying food to the hungry is a part of My mercy.  When I saw the crowds gathered to listen to Me teach for hours, I made sure they were fed. During this season there is much preparation of food.  Some people start making pies and cookies even weeks before Christmas.

You have heard many stories of how I supplied food as an answer to prayer.  However, there are those who are starving to death.  They live in countries where curses are over their lands because of their worship of idols.  Pray for those countries.  They need to hear My good news that I will be able to supply their daily needs.

I also can supply food to those who have a spiritual hunger.  That food is supplied by My Word.  When you abide in My Word, you will never be hungry.  With all the food preparations this Christmas, do not forget to feed yourself the food, (My Word), that will last for an eternity.

BELLS

You will probably hear many bell choirs during this season. When your mother had a moment in heaven after her stroke, the first thing she said was, "I hear bells ringing and the most beautiful music I have ever heard."

Your bell choirs are just a preview of what you will hear when you are in heaven.  When your mother appeared before Me, I was holding her book of life, and I told her that it was not her time.  She returned to be with you for four more blessed years.

While she was still in My presence in heaven, I told her to share with everyone how important prayer is.  Exhort everyone during this busy season to make sure that they take time to pray.

MATTHEW 21:21-22

EVERGREEN

Christmas trees are all evergreen trees.  The fact that they are forever green in every season can symbolize the everlasting and eternal quality of My love for you.  I am an unchanging God. There is no shadow of turning in Me.  I am the same yesterday, today, and forever.

You are living in a world that is forever changing.  It seems that the changes lately in  your culture have not been changes that glorify Me.  Darkness is increasing as people turn away from Me.  This was prophesied in My Word.

Although I never change, I am changing you from glory to glory as you daily surrender yourself to Me. I trust as you review your past year that you will see how you have changed to be more like me.  My Holy Spirit has that assignment to conform you to My image.  Allow Him to have His way in your life.

JAMES 1:17; HEBREWS 13:8; 2 THESSALONIANS 2:3; 2 CORINTHIANS 3:18;

CAROLS

This is the season when carols are sung in many churches, and many people go "caroling" from house to house in their neighborhoods.  This year I want you to listen carefully to the words of the carols.  Most all of them tell My story.

Even though people may not believe in Me, most everyone enjoys the hymns and caroling during this season.  Even though I was not born on December 25th, I love to hear people sing the story of My visit to earth in the form of an infant child.

As you sing My story this year, I want you to use the divine imagination that I have given you to envision multitudes of angels and saints singing praises around My throne.  This will help you to remember that you also are seated with Me in the heavenly places, and that you are far above all the chaos in the world.

EPHESIANS 2:4-6, 1:16-23

 

STARS

During this season when many in the world are celebrating My birth, most people remember how a star led the kings from the east to where I was born in Bethlehem. Many do not see how the heavens declare My glory, but the stars you can see from Earth tell My story.

Other names have been given to the star formations such as the formation called "The Big Dipper."  Ask My Holy Spirit to reveal to you what those formations are really portraying.

The heavens do declare My glory and the firmament reveals My handy work.  During this season, I want you to embrace My majesty and the wondrous works I do in the heavens.  When You meditate on My majesty and creative power, your faith will increase, and you will not doubt My ability to perform miracles.

PSALM 19:1; MATTHEW 2:9

PRIORITIES

I know that you go through some days when you keep saying, "Help me Jesus."  I hear your cry.  It seems that this last year that you had many, "Help me Jesus" days.

The whole earth is groaning for My return.  Many think that My return is soon.  Others feel like it is a long time before I will return.  I do not want you to have a rescue mentality.  Instead, I want you to live one day at a time as if it were your last time on Earth.

When you have the view that I could come even today, your life will have the priorities I want you to have.  Those priorities are that you SEEK ME FIRST moment by moment. When you put Me first at the beginning of each day and in each moment of the day, your days will be meaningful, not muddled.

ROMANS 8:22-23; MATTHEW 6:33

INVENTIONS

Inventions are helpful.  However, some inventions can become idols.  Even in the days when David wrote Psalms, he wrote how inventions often become idols.  He wrote: "Thus were they defiled with their own works, and went a whoring with their own inventions (Psalm106:39).

I can easily observe that many people in the world have become dependent upon the invention of the modern telephone. I have noticed that eye to eye and face to face communication has become the exception rather than the rule in most families.  

Just as the computer can cause people to become bound with strongholds, the modern telephone can also cause many strongholds in your life.  Be careful about how you spend your time, and be willing to spend more quality time with Me and fellowship with believers as often as possible.

PSALM 106:39

DAYSMAN

Job longed for a daysman (an umpire) to lay his hand on both him, God and others. He longed for an arbiter (someone to judge a dispute).  I am that daysman Who can bring reconciliation between you and others.

I am the reconciler, and I function in that position as you cry out to Me for reconciliation with family members who have separated themselves from you.  

Only I can judge the hearts of men, so I want you to release the hearts of those with whom you need to be reconciled. Release all judgments to Me. Continue to pray for the healing of their hearts, and look forward to the day when reconciliation is complete.

JOB 9:33; 2 CORINTHIANS 5:18

MISTAKES

We did not have schools when I walked on earth.  We learned what we needed to learn at home.  However, many were students of the Torah who spent hours learning both the Torah, the writings, and the prophets.  My servant Paul studied the Holy Scriptures under Gamallel, who taught according to the perfect manner of the law and was zealous toward God.

Most students in your day dread taking tests because they fear that they will make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes not only on tests, but in life tests they are given while they are on Earth.  My disciples were not equipped to understand the truths in My Word until after they were baptized by My Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

Because My Holy Spirit now dwells within you, He is able to bring many things to your remembrance that you have studied.  Ask Him to help you before you take tests in school or even are tested in life's lessons. He will be faithful to help you.

ACTS 22:3; JOHN 14:26

REHEARSE

You will be entering another year soon.  Before this year ends, look back at this year.  Rehearse the times when I blessed, strengthened and comforted you.  Rehearse the times when I encouraged you.

A good way to build your faith is to rehearse the many answers to prayer that you received.  My beloved psalmist David rehearsed the past victories he had just before he killed Goliath.  Those victories gave him confidence because he knew that I had the strength to give him the victory over his enemies.

Ask My Holy Spirit to make you more aware of My presence with you in this next year.  Look moment by moment for the little things that reveal My presence with you.  When you do this, you will daily be filled with My joy.  In My presence is fulness of joy and pleasures for evermore.

EYES

My servant David made a covenant with Me not to set any wicked thing before his eyes. The eyes are the windows to the soul.  The eyes are one of the gates to the mind.

What you see during the period of a day will have an influence upon your thought life.  My adversary, the devil uses imagery to perpetrate his diabolical plans to captivate your mind.

Ask the Holy Spirit today to help you to be careful about what you daily see.  Remember that the devil is the prince and power of the air, so be very careful about what you watch on your TV and your computer.

PSALM 101:3; EPHESIANS 2:2

CONTINUE

You and many others did not think that the pandemic would continue as long as it has.  So many are becoming discouraged, and some have even discontinued walking with Me day by day. I want you to encourage those who seemed to have lost all hope.

There are two things that I want you to continue daily even though dark circumstances seem to be unending.  It is during times like these that you need to daily abide in My Word and in prayer. I told those who followed Me that they were My disciples if they continued in My Word.

My Word will supply the spiritual nourishment you need to continue to daily live in My joy and peace.  During those times when you feel depressed, I want you to press into Me by spending more time with Me.  Take times during the day to still your soul and receive a fresh anointing from My Spirit. You will then be able to persevere in these troubled times.

JOHN 8:31

FORGET

There are certain things that I want you to never forget.  Never forget that I came to offer forgiveness for sins to the whole world, but I would have done this for you if you had been the only person in the world.  That is how much I love you. Never forget that I love you just as much as My Father loves Me.

Do not forget that I am the One Who does battle for you, and that I will always cause you to triumph through Me.  Do not forget that I do not condemn you.  Therefore, I never want you to condemn yourself.

Do not forget that I am your rock, your high tower, your advocate, your supreme warrior, your hiding place and that I can supply all of your needs according to My riches in glory.  Meditate on these truths before you go to bed tonight.

PHILIPPIANS 4:19

WISH

This is the season of the year when children and even parents are making their wish list for Christmas. You have probably already made yours. Sometimes those wishes come true and sometimes they do not.

Christmas is a season for gift giving.  However, so many forget the greatest gift they could ever receive.  That gift is My love.  So many have not yet received My love, and others do not even know how much I love them.

I do not have a wish list, but I do have a list of desires that I long to be fulfilled on Earth.  The major desire I have is that many will open their hearts to receive My gift of love.  No one comes to know Me except My Father draws them. Pray for My Father to draw many to know Me during this season of giving.

JOHN 6:44

CONTENT

My servant Paul learned to be content no matter what his circumstances were.  He wrote that he had learned to be abased, and also how to abound every where and in all things.

Paul did not allow circumstances to influence him.  When I walked on Earth, I found Myself in many circumstances as I visited the Synagogues around the Sea of Galilee.  I had no place to lay My head, but sometimes I enjoyed parties with publicans and sinners.

No matter where I was or who I was with, I was always content because I knew I was in the center of My Father's will.  I surrendered My will to My Father in My morning prayers.  When you surrender your will to me daily, you will always be content because you know that to do My will is the highest form of worship.

PHILIPPIANS 4:12

DOOR

When I gave the parable of the sheep and the good shepherd at the beginning of the Feast of Dedication,  the religious leaders of My day did not understand.   Probably they did not understand because they did not know what a good shepherd does to protect his sheep.

I told them that I was the good shepherd.  The good shepherd makes sure that his flock is safe inside the sheepfold at sunset. There was no gate to the stone fence that surrounded the sheep at night.

The good shepherd did not leave his flock at night, but instead he blocked the only opening of the stone fence with his own body.  He stayed there all night to fight off the wolves and other beasts that wanted to devour his sheep.  You are the sheep of My pasture, and I laid My own body down to protect you from the devil who seeks to devour you. You can rest  easy tonight because you know that I am watching over you. 

JOHN 10:6-11

FEAST OF DEDICATION

This is the eve of the Feast of Dedication which is the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah.  I went to every feast in Jerusalem when I lived on Earth.  This feast celebrates the rededication of the Temple of the Lord.

When I went to the Temple in Jerusalem on the first day of this Feast, I walked on Solomon's Porch.  The Jews gathered around Me and asked Me to plainly tell them if I was the Christ.  I said that they did not believe Me because they were not of My sheep.  I said that My sheep hear My voice and they follow Me.

Today you can praise Me because you are one of My sheep, and that you can hear My voice. You can rejoice because you were given to Me by My heavenly Father, and no one will pluck you out of My hand. This is a wonderful truth you can meditate upon whenever My enemy sends you doubts.

JOHN 10:24-27

THINK/THANK

 As you close our your Thanksgiving celebrations with your families, I want you to remain in thanksgiving the rest of this year and always.  When you remain in thanksgiving, My grace will redound to you.  This means that My grace will abound to you in both quantity and quality.

More than ever you need My grace to get you through these dark times.  Paul warned Timothy that the last days would be perilous times.  The darkness in the world is growing darker, but the promise is that the light of My glory will shine brighter and brighter in you as the days draw near to My coming.

What you think about during these times will help you remain in thanksgiving to Me.  Paul wrote the church in Philippi to think on these things: whatever is honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, virtuous, and praiseworthy.  Make it your goal to daily think on these things.

2 CORINTHIANS 4: 15; PHILIPPIANS 4:8

BLESSINGS

On this day when many families in your nation are gathering to give thanks to My Father and to Me for all the blessings you have experienced, I want you to think of the spiritual blessings that I have given you.

There are many spiritual blessings that are yours because I came to redeem the world of sin by becoming the perfect sin sacrifice that was acceptable to My Father. You have redemption through My blood, forgiveness of sins, and grace to live a fruitful life.

Today you can thank Me that you will be able to stand before My throne blameless and holy because of the blood I shed for you.  You can thank Me that I predestined you to be adopted by Me to be in the family of My Father's for all eternity. You can thank Me that you are accepted in the beloved.

EPHESIANS 1:3-6

FAITHFUL

When you see Me face to face, I know that you desire to hear, "Well done,  you good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter  into the joy of your Lord."  The desire of all My beloved is to always be faithful to Me.

This Thanksgiving as you give your thanks to Me, thank Me for working through you and giving you both the willingness to do My will and the power to do it.  Yes, you could never be that faithful servant to Me without Me.

Give Me thanks for My faithfulness to you to answer your desire to walk daily in My Spirit.  Give thanks for My helper Who has been on duty every day to help you understand My Word and to apply My Word to your daily life.  It is only through My power and anointing that you are able to daily walk with Me.

MATTHEW 25:23; PHILIPPIANS 2:13

THANKS

My friend Paul wrote about how important it is to both rejoice in Me and also to give thanks in everything and for everything. You may think it is impossible to give thanks for everything especially after you have experienced the death of a loved one.

Being able to thank Me for everything will only be possible when you recognize that your life is not your own.  You were redeemed by Me when I shed My blood on the tree to forgive you of all of your sins. When you received and believed this truth, you were hid with Me in My Father's heart.

From the point that you were born again of My Spirit, everything in your life was in My hands (both the good and the bad). Nothing will enter your life without being ordained by Me or allowed by Me.  Knowing this truth will enable you to trust Me and thank Me for everything in your life.

EPHESIANS 5:20; COLOSSIANS 3:3

SEEN

Faith is the evidence of things not seen.  You cannot see Me, and I know sometimes that you wish you could.  However, I said that those who do not see Me yet they still believe, these are the ones who are blessed.

The day will come when you will see Me face to face. I have given you a divine imagination, so as you pray to Me with your eyes closed allow My Holy Spirit to reveal My grace and glory to you.

You have the very treasure of My face within you. Paul wrote: "For it is God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ, but we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us (2 Corinthians 4:6-7)."

2 CORINTHIANS 4:6-7

PRESS

There are many meanings of the word, "Press/"  Housewives think of pressing the wrinkles out of clothes. Journalists think of a Press Core.  Olive grove owners think of an olive press.  What does this word mean in the spiritual realm?

You are living in a day when you, more than ever, need to press into Me.  You press into Me by spending intimate times with Me.  Those times with Me are the times when you can press against the enemies of your souls.  You have three enemies of your soul.  They are the world, the flesh, and the devil.

Most of your failings in your walk with Me cannot be blamed on the devil.  Your failure to overcome certain strongholds in your life are due to the worldly lusts that you have in your soul: the lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, and the pride of life.  It is time for you to press against these lusts and resist giving in to these lusts.  Ask My Holy Spirit to help you do this.

JOHN 2:15-17

LONGING

Have you got a longing in your soul for Me?   The desire of My heart is for My beloved to have a longing in their souls for Me.  

David drew close to Me by singing songs of praise and worship to Me.  He wrote Psalm 107:8-9 "Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men! For He satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness."

Begin your private prayer times and even your group prayer times with thanksgiving, praise, and worship. This is your way of drawing close to Me.  My Word says that if you will draw close to Me, I then will draw close to you.  Let all your requests be made known to Me with thanksgiving and I will satisfy your longing for My presence.

PSALM 107"8-9; JAMES 4:8; PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7

PATIENCE

There are eight fruits of My love mentioned in My Word.  They are joy, peace, long-suffering which is patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

These fruits of My love are developed throughout your life.  One of the hardest of all the fruits to develop is patience.  Patience is the ability to go through trials and tribulation with cheerful, constant endurance.

There is no way that you can develop patience without the help of My Spirit.  My goal for you is not just to endure until the end of your life, but it is to endure throughout your life with constant cheerfulness.  This means you will have to lay aside all murmuring and complaining.  Ask My Holy Spirit to empower you to do this.

GALATIANS 5: 22-23

ONE

I prayed that all those who believed in Me would become one even as the Father and I are One.  I prayed this for My disciples, but I also prayed this for all believers who would believe in Me in future generations.

My Father, My Holy Spirit, and I are all One.  This trinity union can represent who you are.  You are a spirit, you have a soul (mind, will, emotion) and you live in a body.  You have three distinct parts, but you are only one human being.

When you pray in the morning, I want you to commit your whole being to Me. Surrender your body to Me  as a living sacrifice and the members of your body to be used as instruments of My peace, joy, and love,  Also commit your spirit to be anointed by My Holy Spirit. Submit your soul (mind, will, emotions) also to Me.

JOHN 17:21

TIMES

It is vital that you understand the times that you are living.  There is no question that you are in the latter times.  My friend Paul gave a concise description of the latter times in his letters to Timothy.

Knowing that you are experiencing the latter times, should give you an urgency to do My will and an urgency to depend more on My Holy Spirit to both teach you My Word and help you obey My Word.

My adversary's plan is to distract you from hearing and doing My Word.  Lives are cluttered now with the technical things that quench My Spirit.  Make it your goal to find time to shut the distractions of your phone and computer off for at least an hour or more so that you can hear My voice as I speak to you through prayer and reading My Word.

TIMOTHY 4:1-3; 2 TIMOTHY 3:1-5 

MEMBERS

There have been many harvest times throughout the generations.  Often these harvest times come when people are desperate for hope.  It seems that the world is very dark now and that my adversary is trying to speed up the coming of the anti-Christ. 

People now are getting desperate for hope. It is up to the church (My true body on earth) to pray diligently for this harvest of souls to come.  My Father wants to draw as many as He can to Me so that He will have a great family in heaven with Him.

Pray that My Holy Spirit will anoint you mightily to be a laborer in this harvest. Offer the members of your body daily to Me so that I can use the members of your body as instruments of My righteousness, peace, joy and love.

ROMANS 6:13

ESTEEM

Most relationships will last when the two parties are willing to esteem one another higher than themselves. Relationships will crumble when one person in the relationship is only thinking about himself or his hurts.  People who carry past hurts have great difficulty forgiving and reconciling with those who have hurt them.

I have given My body on earth the ministry of reconciliation.  I came to earth to reconcile human beings to God, My Father.  I shed My blood when I was crucified to offer forgiveness for sins to the world.  Sadly, many have not believed this good news or they have not heard about it.

Pray for those in the world who have yet to hear My good news of reconciliation.  I laid down My life on the cross to save all those who would believe in Me. You esteem one another higher than yourself when you are willing to quit nursing your hurts, and instead think about others.

PHILIPPIANS 2:3; 2 CORINTHIANS 5:18-19 

SAFETY

You are living in an age when lawlessness is increasing.  You do not have to fear this.  Solomon exhorted his sons to keep sound wisdom and discretion.  The promise is that if you will seek Me for wisdom every day, I will help you to walk safely and I will be able to keep you from stumbling.

Asking Me for wisdom will help you sleep well because you will not be afraid.  I am wisdom and I am also your good Shepherd who will take care of you.

I do not want you to ever be afraid of sudden terror or trouble when it comes because I will be your confidence and I will protect you.

PROVERBS 3:21-26

 

VAIL

My Father placed a vail over Jewish hearts so that when they read the Old Testament, they are unable to see Me in those scriptures. There are numerous scriptures in the Old Testament that prophecy of My coming, and yet many Jews today cannot believe that I am their Messiah.

The good news is that when their hearts turn to Me, the vail will be dropped.  This is happening right now in Israel and all over the world.  Many Jews are giving their hearts to Me and are receiving My redemptive work by faith.

Keep praying for your Jewish friends.  You are entering a great season of harvest so know with assurance that My Holy Father can draw even Jewish hearts to Me.  Begin to pray for a great move to save the Jews during this harvest time.

2 CORINTHIANS 3:15-16

FEAR

I said "Fear not those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him Who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." I was exhorting my disciples to fear God because only My Father has the power to destroy both the soul and the body.

I want you to pray for the generation that you are living in today.  So many of the young people have no fear of Me because the fear of the Lord has not been taught in churches, schools, and families.

The only way your nation will be saved is that this generation learn to fear Me.  Pray for the church to become a place that has a holy fear and awe of Me.  Pray for the restoration of the fear of the Lord in My body on Earth.

MATTHEW 10:28

LIBERTY

I came to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to those who are bound. So many are bound by strongholds.  When I said that "I am the way, the truth, and the life," I was saying that the only way to be set free from those things that hold you prisoner is to come to Me, and allow My truth to set you free.

When I walked on Earth I liberated all those who were oppressed by the devil.  All who came to me were set free. 

Are there people in your life that need to be set free from the prison of addiction and other strongholds?  Pray that they will come to Me for help. I long to liberate them all.

ISAIAH 61;1; ACTS 10:38

COVER

My beloved David tried to cover his sins of murder and adultery, but the prophet Nathan came to David and brought David's sins to light. Once David's sins were brought to light, he repented for what he had done and he had godly sorrow.

Godly sorrow always works repentance in the heart of a person.  We are called to cover other people's sins, but we are to bring our own sins into the light.  We are exhorted to confess our sins to one another so that we may be healed.

When you confess your sins to Me, I already have forgiven you of that sin.  However, confessing your sins to Me and to one another is a way for you to continually walk in the light and have genuine fellowship with other believers.  Also the confession of your sins to Me puts you in a position to receive My cleansing.

PROTECTION

I am your Good Shepherd, and a good shepherd protects his sheep from wolves.  There are many wolves now in your present culture who are seeking to attack those sheep who are obedient to My Word.  

You are the sheep of My pasture, and this is why I want you to be alert to discern who the wolves are.  The wolves that are in sheep's clothing are the people who twist My Word in order to deceive.  They pretend to be righteous, but they are not.

Ask My Holy Spirit to give you discernment in these days since the father of lies is deceiving many.  Stay in My Word because only My Word can discern the thoughts and the intents of the heart.

JOHN 10:14; HEBREWS 4:12

ENGAGE

 

When I walked on Earth, people who were to be married were first espoused to one another.  This meant that they shared together all the benefits of marriage with the exception of coming together intimately as husband and wife.

When the marriage took place, there was a great celebration that lasted for days.  The wedding, however, could not take place until the groom had completed the house for he and his bride to live.  The groom's father had to inspect and approve of his son's future home before the wedding could take place.

My Father is now inspecting the house that you (My bride) and I will live together. When every detail is completed, My Father will say that it is time for the wedding.  I left Earth to go to prepare a place for you so that where I will be, you also will be.  Look forward to that time when you will be with Me for all eternity.

JOHN 14:1-3

THOUGHTS

I not only know your thoughts, but I want you to know that My thoughts toward you are more than can be numbered as you go through the various trials in your life on Earth.

I did say that in the world you would have tribulation.  Then I gave these words of exhortation:  "Be of good cheer for I have overcome the world."

I have overcome every trial that you may face in your life so that you are now able to overcome with My strength.  My joy will be your strength as you face sorrowful times in life. Draw upon My strength by feeding your spirit and soul daily with the bread of My Word, and you will discover how precious are My thoughts toward you.

PSALM 139:17; JOHN 16:33 

DIVISION

John warned against the spirit of anti-Christ.  That spirit has been around ever since I was born on the Earth.  This is the wicked principality that is hovering over your country now.  When you are in prayer groups,  I want you to bind that wicked spirit and curse its fruit.

The fruit of the spirit of anti-Christ is division.  As you look at what is happening in your government, in families and in all of the culture now, you see the fruit.

I have given you the keys to the kingdom. Whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven and whatever you loose on earth is loosed in the heaven.  Use those keys and after you bind that wicked spirit, loose My Holy Spirit of truth.  The plan of My adversary is to rush My timing and establish the anti-Christ person before his time.  This will not work as My church comes together and uses the weapons I have given them.

TRANSGRESSION

When I died on the cross I died to offer forgiveness not only for sin, but also for iniquity, and transgressions. David had a prophetic word about Me.  He knew that one day I would blot out the transgressions and purge them away.

Isaiah prophesied that as a thick cloud your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins would be forgiven and redeemed.  I was wounded for your transgressions so that you now can receive forgiveness for your transgressions, but you can also receive power to forgive others for their transgressions.

Whenever a person oversteps or rebels against and breaks My law, that person has transgressed.  One of my major commandments is that you love one another as I have loved you that you also love one another.  If a person has attempted to hurt you in some way, that person has transgressed this law.  When this happens, My will is that you cover that transgression which means do not speak of it ever again. Psalm 32:1: "Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered." Proverbs 17:9: "He who covers a transgression seeks love; but he who repeats a matter separates very friends."

SLEEP

The disciples could not understand why I did not go to the grave of Lazarus as soon as they found out he was ill.  I told them that Lazarus was asleep and that I would go and wake him up.  Then I told them plainly that Lazarus was dead.

Sleep is so much like death.  When you go to bed, you close your eyes, pull up the covers over most of your body and lay there in your bed until the next morning.  When a person dies, his eyes close and later his body is covered. The spirits of those who believe in Me will meet Me the moment they take their last breath.

Later I will awaken the physical bodies of  all those who are dead with a trumpet sound when I return to earth. Those who believe in Me will be resurrected with new bodies.  You trust Me to keep you breathing every time you go to bed.  I give My beloved sleep, so never fear death.

CALLING

Those who know Me are called kings,  a royal priesthood, and even a holy nation.  I know that sometimes you do not feel like a king or a priest, but that is how I see you.

When you were born again by My Spirit, you left the kingdom of darkness and you were translated into My kingdom of light. You are a joint heir with Me, and My title is King and Priest.

You are in Me and I am in you.  You are a co-laborer with Me as I prepare to rule and reign on Earth. Until I return, I want you to understand the authority that I have given you as a king and the anointing I have given you as priest.  Search My Word, and you will discover how to use that authority and how to receive that anointing daily.

1 PETER 2:9

END

The disciples were always asking Me when the end of the age would come.  I told them that when the gospel of My kingdom was preached to all nations, then the end would come.

With My Father and I there is no end to time.  We live in eternity.  It is hard for you to grasp eternity while you are on Earth because you live in a linear time zone.  My Father, and Spirit, and I live in a circle of time where there is no end.

When I said, "I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, I was speaking to the churches that were on Earth. Eternity begins the moment a person is born again of My Spirit, and when a believer takes his last breath on earth, he simply enters into a more glorious eternity than he experienced on Earth. 

MATTHEW 24:14; REVELATION 21:6

CONTINUE

When the multitude continued with Me for three days, and had nothing to eat, I had compassion on them, and I blessed the loaves and fishes and they multiplied. They were all fed.

When you have had to say goodbye to a loved one on Earth, even though you will see them again when you depart Earth, your heart grieves because you miss their presence with you on Earth.

Your life continues, and the days go buy with the rhythm of routine, but My presence is with you moment by moment.  Let My compassion flow to you through My Holy Spirit, and break bread with Me as you read My Word which is your spiritual food. Worship Me and join your loved ones who have gone before as they worship Me, and you will feel near to them again.

MATTHEW 15:32

LOSS

When a beloved family member dies, you grieve over your loss.  The verse from My Word that is used quite often at memorial services is Psalm 116:15:"Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints."

Whenever one of My saints dies, it is an overwhelming loss for Me.  The word, "precious," in Hebrew means costly.  It is always costly for Me to have a saint die, because I have lost a saint who was filled with the light of My glory.

Saints are lights who shine brightly in a very dark world.  When a saint leaves earth to be with Me, a light on earth has been snuffed out. While you are alive, make sure you let your light so shine before men so that they will see your good works and glorify My Father in heaven.

2 CORINTHIANS 4:6; MATTHEW 5:16

LIFE

I am life.  Without Me, you cannot take your next breath. " I am He Who lives, and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore.  Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death."   I am in control of both life and death.

When you face the trial of facing the possible death of a loved one who is precious to you, I want you to remember that I do hold the keys to death.  There is a spirit of death that would try to shorten a life, but I have  given you all authority over that spirit. Bind that spirit in My blood and command that spirit to leave.

When you believe in Me, the transference from life on the earth to heaven is with that last breath.  When you take your last breath, you will see Me face to face. What a day that will be when My face you will see and when you look into My face, you will see all the wonders of My grace.

REVELATION 1:18

LIFT

When you lift up holy hands to worship Me, I am so blessed.  The psalmist wrote, "Let my prayer be set before you as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice (Psalm 141:2)"

Lifting your hands in worship signifies two things - surrender and reception.  When you lift your hands towards heaven, you are surrendering yourself to Me.  Some people who are going through hard times often will just lift up their hands in dismay to signify that they have given up.  They actually exclaim, "I just give up!!"

I do want you to give up on yourself (your own self efforts to try to fix things).  Surrender yourself and whatever you are going through to Me right now.  Then receive My strength.  People greet their loved ones with both arms out stretched.  My arms are out stretched to you to perfect whatever concerns you today.

PSALM 141:2, 138:8

EXAMINE

David asked Me to examine him and prove him and to try the reigns of his heart.  David did not have to ask for Me to do this because I already knew his heart.  He was a man after My own heart.

Paul encouraged believers to examine their own hearts. He encouraged the church in Corinth to examine themselves to determine and prove to themselves that they were in Me.  I want you to never doubt that the Father and I live within you.  We are one in you and you are one with My Father and Me.

You do not have to examine yourself because you know Me and I know you.  I prayed that all the believers for generations to come after My death to be one even as I am one with the Father. Never doubt your own heart because your heart and every part of your being is one with Me.

PSALM 26:22; CORINTHIANS 13:5; JOHN 17:20-21

BIRTHDAYS

People try to guess what season I was born.  Most all over the world celebrate My birth on December 25. Astronomers who have studied when the star appeared over Bethlehem, have determined that I was born near March 23 or 24.

The shepherds were in the field when the angels appeared to them to announce My arrival. Since the shepherds were in the field and were watching their flocks at night, this meant that I was born during the lambing season.  They were there to assist with the new births.

The lambing season in Israel usually was between late January through March. I was crucified at the exact same time the lambs were being slain for the Passover celebration.  I am the lamb of God slain from the foundation of the world.  What is most important is that I was born to reveal My Father's love to all mankind.  

JOHN 3:16; REVELATION 13:8

REVOLUTION

There was a revolution when I walked on Earth.  Many were resisting the edicts of the Roman Empire. Many were imprisoned or crucified. I stood up against the mandates of religious leaders, and I was crucified for My stand.

The devil is trying to set things up in the world for the person of the anti-Christ to take over.  Even though you see this evil spirit at work in your own land, it is not too late to stand against it.  You are in a spiritual battle.  Decisions are being made by your government that are all inspired by the ant-Christ spirit.

It is not to late to stand up.  I am in control over nations.  The government is on My shoulders.  However, what will happen in your nation depends on the true body of Christ on earth.  I have given you the keys to the kingdom and it is time you start using those keys in My name to bind the deceiving devils and to release My Holy Spirit of truth.

1 JOHN 2:22; ISAIAH 9:6

RELY/RELAY

The whole time I was on Earth I relied on My Father  to perform every work by the power of His Spirit through Me.  Those works were relayed to others and soon I was speaking to thousands.  This is how it will be in this end time harvest.

I did promise that all those who believe in Me and rely on My Holy Spirit would be able to do greater works than I even did.  I had to go to My Father so that the miracles, healings. and deliverances that took place when I was on earth would also take place through My disciples after I left. My Spirit was faithful to empower them.

I want you to rely on My Holy Spirit to lead and guide you to the works that I have already prepared for you to do.  Those works are written in your Book of Life.  Listen daily to My Spirit and just do the next thing He tells you to do.

JOHN 14:12; EPHESIANS 2:10

STABLE

When you hear that people in the hospital are stable, this means that all their vital signs are good.  Right now you are living in a world that is very unstable, and the vital signs are not good.

I gave My disciples exactly what would be the sign of My return.  I told them that the gospel of My kingdom would be preached throughout the world. Now, more than ever, the possibility of spreading My Word to every nation and even every village in the world is possible because of technology.  

Pray for laborers for this last harvest (an ingathering of souls like never before in history). You are needed to be a co-laborer with Me to pray in this last great harvest before I return.

MATTHEW 24:14

VOICE

I have chosen you to give My Word voice on Earth.  Whenever you give My Word voice on Earth, My angels come to attention to help you.

I also can use your voice to speak My gospel throughout the world.  Pray for all the laborers in different lands who are giving My Word voice.  Many have been persecuted for speaking up.  Pray for them also.

Those in power in your country are trying to take away your freedom of speech.  Bind the anti-Christ spirit that is trying to establish a platform for a one world government that will set things in motion for the physical ant-Christ to come.  Satan is trying to rush things because he is against an end time harvest that will save many throughout the world.  As you give voice to My Word, loose My Holy Spirit to come in revival power throughout your country and the world.

PSALM 103:20

IMPRESSIONS

Events in our lives leave certain impressions.  Some of these impressions are encouraging and some are not. I have given you a filter called  My Holy Spirit Who can give you the correct impressions as events occur in your life.

I want you to see life events as I see them. The only way that it is possible for you to make the shift from your own impressions to My impressions (how I see events and even people), is to abide in My Word.

It is through reading My Word that your mind is renewed, and you begin to think as I think.  What impressed you before will not impress you any more.  As you mature in this transformation process of your mind, what will impress you the most is My glory (My manifest presence on Earth).

EXODUS 33:18

ADJUST

Things are changing so fast in these last days that it is hard for you to adjust to the changes.  No one likes changes.  That was the case with My disciples.  They really had to adjust in order to quit their occupations and travel with Me around Israel.

The disciples were willing to adjust because they loved Me and they grew to trust Me even though most of them had no understanding of where we would go the next day or what I was trying to teach them.  Their understanding came later after their experience in the upper room at Pentecost.

You are My disciple.  In order to adjust to the changes in your nation and the world, you have to discern the times in order to know what to do.  The sons of Issachar discerned the times.  This was important because nothing took them by surprise. As you stay in My Word and close to Me, you will also receive discernment of the times, and this will give you great peace.

1 CHRONICLES 12:32

SUSTAIN

Sustaining power is found in My Word.  As you see the darkness of My adversary enveloping the world, you need sustaining power to overcome the demonic strategies of My enemy, the devil.  His main strategy is lies.  The only way to overcome or even discern lies is to bathe yourself in the water of My Word.  

Those who have closed Bibles will never be able to have sustaining power to overcome. I am the bread of life and you cannot partake of My life within you without feasting on My Word . However, you must not stop by just feeding yourself My Word.

The declaration of the promises of My Word is what will give you sustaining faith.  Faith comes from hearing and hearing by My Word.  Speak My Word against the powers of darkness.  My truths will only set you free from the oppression of the devil if you declare My Word.  My Word becomes the sword of the Spirit against the devil when you give My Word voice.

ROMANS 10:17; HEBREWS 4:12

PERCEPTION

By Me, through Me, and for Me was everything created that was created.  I gave you five senses (touch, taste, see, smell, and hear so that you can perceive fully the beauty of My creation. 

As you draw closer to Me, I can heighten these five senses so that you can begin to perceive things more like I perceive them.  I know you pray, "Lord, help Me to see others as You see them."  You do need the help of My Holy Spirit to do this.

When you meet a person for the first time, I do not want you to be quick to judge them. My Father told Samuel not to judge the future king of Israel by his outer appearance.  I see everyone I created as a special treasure.  I want you to see them the same way.

COLOSSIANS 1:16; 1 SAMUEL 16:7 

MOUNTAIN

Is there a mountain in your life that seems to be unsurmountable? You can praise Me today. Because of My shed blood for you there is no mountain so big in your life that you cannot conquer by My Spirit and in My strength.

When you come to Me in prayer, you are coming to Mount Zion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, that are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel (Hebrews 12:22-24)." 

Knowing where your prayers ascend should give you great comfort and confidence because you know that you are not alone.  A mighty assembly is joining you as you pray and most of all, you are coming to Me Who lives to make perfect intercession for you.  Rejoice!! Know that I am hearing your prayers and answering them.

PLEASURES

My servant warned Timothy that there would be perilous times in the last days when there would be lovers of their own selves and lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God.  He listed many other demonstrations of lawlessness in his letter to Timothy.

You see this happening in your nation and all over the world.  I want to tell you how you can have joy in the midst of all this darkness.

In My presence there is fulness of joy and in My right hand are pleasures for ever more.  The pleasures I have for you are My peace, joy, love, and righteousness.  Spend more time than ever in My presence and you will have joy throughout these last days.

1 TIMOTHY 3:1-5; PSALM 16:11

ESCAPE

The fleshly response is to escape from the darkness that is penetrating almost every area of your culture in America and throughout the world.  The devil is using the spirit of anti-Christ to come against nations.

The fruit of this wicked anti-Christ spirit is division.  You see that this spirit has been successful in dividing families, politics, churches, and nations.  Your spiritual response to the devil's activities on earth is to FIGHT.

Use your spiritual weapons that I have given you.  I have given you all authority over the power of the devil.  Use your authority in My name to bind evil spirits and to loose My Holy Spirit. Your persistent prayers and spiritual warfare activate My angels.  Submit to Me and resist the devil. He has to flee.

LUKE 9:1; JAMES 4:7

ALONE

I felt all alone when I was crucified as the perfect sacrifice to save you.  I bore the sins of the whole world and because My Father has purer eyes than to behold evil, He turned away from Me.   I cried out, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?"

In that moment, I completely identified with the loneliness people feel throughout the world.  Because I was touched with that overwhelming feeling of loneliness, I am able to comfort every person with My presence in their times of loneliness.

Pray for those who do not yet know Me.  Pray that they will cry out to Me in their moments of loneliness. I will answer their cry.

MATTHEW 27:46; HEBREWS 4:15

POWER

When I was teaching My disciples, I often could see that they were not understanding anything I was saying.  Most of them were simple fishermen.  There was one tax collector and zealot among them.  

It was not their vocations or lack or education that kept them from understanding.  They did not understand My words until they were all baptized in My Spirit at Pentecost.  Then suddenly those words I spoke not only came to their remembrance, but they also became alive to them.

Many believers today have not received the baptism in My Holy Spirit. Some people think they do not need it.  Others are afraid of it.  Some have had teachings against it because speaking in tongues is one of the manifestations of this baptism. The major manifestation, however, is the gift of understanding My Word and the anointing to be a powerful witness for the gospel.

ACTS 2

FIRE

Fire has the power to burn everything in its path.  In ages past medical instruments for surgery were sterilized  by fire.  Gold and silver are purified by fire.  Many are praying now that the church be set on fire by My Holy Spirit.

Revival starts with you.  I know you want your heart set ablaze by the Holy Spirit so that you can be used as My instrument in this awakening that has already begun. 

When you daily offer your body as a living sacrifice and the members of your body as instruments of My righteousness, peace, joy, and love., you are asking Me to purify your heart.  You are asking Me to consume the flesh part of you that hinders you from being anointed, guided, and directed by My Holy Spirit. Come to Me daily with that desire, and I will give you the desire of your heart.

ROMANS 6:13 

NEEDY

There are many needy people in the world.  The problem with most needy people is that they either do not ask for help or they do not know where to go for help. Many people suffer need because they are under a curse.

People who live in lands that filled with idol worshippers are under a curse. You can see this in India and Haiti and many other countries. I have promised to meet the needs of those who will seek first My Kingdom and My righteousness.

Pray for those who are in need to come to Me.  I want to be their Shepherd Who will see to their every need.

MATTHEW 6:33

FRUIT

 I told My disciples that they could only bear much fruit if they abided in the vine.  I am that vine. The fruits I spoke of then were the attributes that My Father has. 

Moses asked My Father to show him His glory. My Father hid Moses in a rock and then He passed by Moses. As He passed by, He gave a character sketch of Himself.  He said that He was good, gracious, merciful, longsuffering, and forgiving.

When I walked on Earth, I displayed those same fruits since I am God in the flesh.  I want you to display the fruits of the Spirit Paul listed: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control.  The cultivation of these fruits in your life will only occur when you abide in Me, abide in My Word, and abide in My love. You will be fruitful at this harvest time when you depend upon Me.

JOHN 15; EXODUS 33:19; GALATIANS 5:22-23

WEIGHTS

You live in an age when people strive to stay physically healthy and strong.  People often lift weights to strengthen their muscles. You will stay spiritually strong when you lift up what weighs you down to Me.

The darkness and sin that you experience in the world daily is not meant to weigh you down with heavy burdens. My invitation to come to Me when you are heavy laden still stands.

I said that My yoke was easy and My burden was light.  Your burdens never weigh Me down. In fact when I receive your burdens, I am filled with joy.  Your burdens never weigh Me down because I give your burdens to My Father, and then we pray in agreement that you will receive My peace, My joy and My rest.

MATTHEW 11:28

WALK

Most of the ministry I had when I walked on Earth was centered around the shores of the Galilee.  I went from one synagogue to another where I shared the gospel of the kingdom.  I walked from Galilee to Jerusalem for every Feast.  All that walking took much time.

My disciples asked Me what the sign of My return would be.  I replied, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness to all nations; and then shall the end come (Matthew 24:14)."  I am sure My disciples questioned in their minds, "How could this happen?"

With your modern technology, the spread of the gospel of My kingdom has accelerated to lightning speed.  Today the truths of My gospel are voiced in almost every nation.  Pray for the laborers who are using modern technology to speed My return.

MATTHEW 24:14

TOTAL

I want you to recognize today the total picture.  You are seeing what is before you in the natural, but you need to see what is going on in the spiritual realm.

You can only receive the total picture in the spirit realm by asking My Holy Spirit to interpret My Word to you. I know you do your daily readings, but ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to the Scriptures that will give you the total picture. 

Many things that were prophesied in the Old Covenant part of My Word are coming to pass today in the world.  When you receive the total picture of what I am doing in the world today, you will have complete peace even in the midst of a world that seems to be falling apart. Ask for revelation knowledge.

EPHESIANS 1:17

INVASION

When you read the Old Covenant part of My Word, you will see how many enemies tried to invade Israel. History repeats itself.  Now that Israel is a state, they are surrounded by enemies that want to drive them into the sea. Pray for Israel daily.  Pray for the peace of Jerusalem daily.

Right now your country is being invaded by a vicious spirit called the Anti-Christ spirit.  Remember always that you are not fighting flesh and blood, but you are fighting principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, wickedness in heavenly places.

You are seated with Me in heaven.  From that position you are far above all those spiritual enemies that are coming against your country and the world.  You have the keys to the kingdom that enable you to bind the demonic spirits and loose My Spirit.  Ask My Holy Spirit what to bind and loose and then do it.

1 JOHN 2:18, 2:22, 4:3; 2 JOHN 1:7; EPHESIANS 6:12

FAMILY

It is the time of the Feast of Tabernacles which symbolizes the past, present, and future indwelling of My Holy Spirit in families throughout the world. .Abraham and his family were nomads who dwelled in tents.  They traveled throughout the land that eventually became Israel. 

Today families in Israel and throughout the world are gathered in their makeshift Sukkots where they eat their meals for seven days. When I was on earth, I delayed going to this Feast, but I was there for the eighth day of the Feast when the libation service was taking place. 

On that day that is called the "Great Day," I stood above the Temple steps and cried out, "If any man thirst, let him come to Me, and drink.  He who  believes on Me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."  I was speaking of the Holy Spirit Who would come and fill those who believe in Me with My Spirit. I give you that invitation to you today. Come and drink from My Holy Spirit and be filled with His joy.

JOHN 7:37-38

BLEMISH

As a teenager, you often looked in a mirror and discovered blemishes on your face. You tried to cover them so no one would see them. Blemishes are filled with infection. The treatment is to cleanse the area and keep it clean until the infection is no longer there. 

I am coming for a church that is without spot or blemish.  I know sometimes you ask, "How will this happen?"

My Word is like a mirror, and it will reveal those areas in your own life that have been infected by sin.  My blood is sufficient to cleanse those sins.  Refuse to cover your sins and just confess them to Me.  When you confess your sins to Me, I am faithful and just to forgive your sins and to cleanse you of all unrighteousness.

EPHESIANS 6:27; 1 JOHN 1:9

COMPASSION

I gave instructions to My disciples to abide in My love.  It is impossible even for you to understand the width, length, depth and height of My love with your natural mind.  This is why Paul said that My love passes knowledge.

Paul did pray for My beloved to comprehend My love. The fulness of My love is being unveiled to you and many in My body on earth today. When you abide in My love, your will is touched with My compassion and My compassion releases in you the same anointing that enabled Me to do the will and works of My Father.

Daily pray that you are touched with My compassion so that My Spirit within you will move you to do the same works that I did on Earth and even greater works than I did.

EPHESIANS 3: 17-19; JOHN 15:10

SHEEP

You are the sheep of My pasture.  Sheep are not burden bearers, and sheep need a shepherd to lead them.  Sheep need protection from wolves, and I am your protection.  There are many wolves out in the world today, and they are trying to devour My sheep, but it will not work.

I am the door to the sheepfold, and those wolves cannot touch you without My permission.  Sheep seek new pastures, and I want you to always be looking forward, never backward to your own sinful life.  That will open the door to shame.

Sheep flock together, and you are a part of My flock. Stay in fellowship with your flock.  I will go after you if you try to go astray.  Tonight when you count your blessings instead of sheep, know that you can count on Me in these last days to protect, to provide, and to fulfill all My promises to you.  Remember, I am your "Good Shepherd."

JOHN 10:1,11

SOBER

You are living in sobering times as you see freedoms being taken away from you.  The spirit of anti-Christ is very active now, and My enemy is doing everything he can to prepare the way for the Anti-Christ to be revealed.

The fruit of this spirit is division (divisions in the family, in nations, and even in churches).  Paul warned of the day that you are now experiencing, and he gave good counsel to the church in Thessalonica.  

He wrote, "But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 5:8-9)." Stay awake during these trying times, and more than ever keep your faith and hope in Me.  Also know with confidence how much I love you.

RAIN

Israel usually has an early rain and a latter rain.  The fall rain is the early rain and the spring rain is the latter rain.  When there is a good year for both the spring harvest and fall harvest, the rains during both seasons are generous.

You are entering a large spiritual harvest, and the instructions in My Word are to pray for rain during the season of the latter rain. The prophet Zechariah wrote: "Ask you the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field (Zechariah 10:1)."

When Joel spoke of the harvest time when I would pour My Spirit upon all flesh, he spoke these words: "Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for He has given you the former rain moderately, and He will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month (Joel 2:23)."  Hosea exhorted us to follow  on to know the LORD.  If we do, this is the promise: "His going forth is prepared as the morning; and He shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain upon the earth (Hosea 6:3)"  When you pray for rain during the latter rain, you are praying for Me to come soon.

GREATER

I want you to remember the times the word, "greater," is mentioned in My Word.  When you meditate on a few of these passages, your faith will be built up.  Your faith will be built when you receive and believe this word: "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4)."

This verse will help you overcome the condemnation My enemy sends you: "For if your heart condemn you, God is greater than your heart, and knows all things (1 John 3:20)."

This verse will help you to minister in My power with authority and anointing: "Verily, verily, I say to you, He  who believes on Me, the works that I  do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go to My Father (John 14:12)."  All of these verses reveal that I am the One Who causes the "greater" to happen in your life.  I am the Great One Who works within you both to give you the will and the way to do My good pleasure. I am within you.

LIES

You are living at a time in history when the father of lies is extremely active in your nation and in the world.  Deception is one of his greatest tools.  After My enemy used deception to seduce Eve to disobey Me,  Adam and Eve were ensnared in the deceptive trap of My enemy, and they lied to cover their sin.

People lie for many reasons, but the root of all lying is a lying spirit that comes from the father of lies. People lie to cover up their sins, to pretend to be someone they are not. to protect themselves from being hurt or from real danger.  Even Abraham lied about Sarah to protect himself from harm.

The only way to resist the lying spirit is to declare out  loud the Sword of My Spirit which is the Word of Truth  with the anointing of My Holy Spirit, Who is the Spirit of Truth. I want you to abide in My Word and ask Me to give you a fresh anointing daily so that you can effectively resist the lying spirit.

JOHN 8:44

REHEARSE

The word, "rehearse," means to repeat out loud as heard or read. When you read the Book of Psalms, you will discover the secret to David's prayer life. He did not spend much time telling Me about his needs.  He spent most of the time praising Me and rehearsing past victories that I gave him.

David spent a much time speaking out loud and reading out loud all about Who I am.  This was his worship. He spoke out loud that I was His high tower, a very present help in times of trouble. He spoke out loud about My Majesty, My creative Power, My authority.

This way of prayer is so pleasing to Me because I know you will be able to release every burden to Me because you know Who I am and  You trust Me to lift every burden away because I love you so much. When you go to prayer tomorrow, spend time rehearsing - reading the Psalms out loud that exalt Me. Start with Psalm 46.

PSALM 46

 

DISAPPOINTMENT

I want you to remember that I purchased you at a great price.  I purchased you with My blood that was shed for you for the remission of your sins. The life is in the blood, and I was raised from the dead to give you My life within you.

You are worth the price I paid to purchase you and to deliver you from the grips of the flesh, the world and the devil.  I never want you to be disappointed in life.  Disappointment in life only occurs when you have distanced yourself from Me. 

You will miss many divine appointments that I have written in your Book of Life when you distance yourself from Me.  Today and every day draw close to Me and expect divine appointments.  Your appointment book is a part of your Book of Life. Walk in the Spirit by listening to His voice and to My Word, and He will guide you to the appointments I have designed for you to make.

PSALM 139:14-17

EVIDENCE

In a court of law the judge wants to hear the testimonies of those involved in a case, and he also wants to see the evidence.  There is a court in heaven where one day we will appear.  

Since you accepted Me as your Lord and Savior, your name is written in the Lamb's Book of life.  Your testimonies of Me are also written in the Book of Remembrance.  One day you will see those books.  Until that time, you can add to your Book of Remembrance daily every time you mention My name.

The evidence that I am real and alive is always revealed as you testify to the changes I have made in your life.  People cannot see faith because it is the evidence of things not seen.  You are the evidence that reveals My power, My mercy, My love, and My joy to those you meet.  Remember that today and every day.

MALACHI 3:16

FIRST

It is always an honor to be chosen to be in first place in any kind of competition.  However, I said that the first shall be last and the last shall be first in My Kingdom.  My Kingdom is the opposite of the kingdom of this world.

Everything in My Kingdom is in reverse.  Those who are first in My Kingdom are those who take the lower place and humble themselves.  Those in My Kingdom do not seek worldly success.  Instead, they seek to have a servant spirit that is subject to Me, their master. They seek first My Kingdom.

When you humble yourself at the beginning of each day by acknowledging that without Me you can do nothing, but with Me all things are possible, you are a success in My sight.

MATTHEW 6:33, 19:30, 20:16

BREATH

By My word were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of My mouth.  I am the Living Word that was breathed out of the mouth of My Father and by Me and for Me were all things created that are created. 

When you were conceived, I was present.  I am also the light of the world Who lights all who are born into this world.  When you were delivered, I was the One Who enabled you to take your first breath, and I am the One Who will enable you to breathe your last breath.

Truly without Me, you can do nothing, but with Me all things are possible.  I am breathing new life into many souls who have never known Me as I awaken your country and many nations to My power and My authority, and glory.  When you take your next breath, know that it is a gift from Me.

PSALM 33:6; COLOSSIANS  1:16; JOHN 1:9  

ENGAGE

Only My Spirit can give you the desire to draw close to Me.  My Word exhorts you to draw near to Me and the promise is that I will draw near to you. The first to draw close to Me is to give your heart to Me.

When a young man bows his knee and proposes to his future bride, he places a ring on her finger.  When you gave your heart to Me, you were in engaged to Me from that point on.  I am your future bridegroom, but the wedding will not take place until the marriage supper in heaven.

Until that wonderful wedding day when you will see Me face to face, I want you to engage your heart to Me.  This means to return to your first love and be excited about Who I am and what I am doing in My kingdom on Earth.  Jeremiah shares a great promise about My drawing power.  He wrote: "I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto Me; for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto Me? says the LORD." Chose each day to engage your heart toward Me.

ESCAPE

As the darkness of evil invades the earth, many would like to escape.  I want you to remember that I dwell in the midst of darkness. I want you to understand that for My light and your light to shine brighter, there must be darkness.

People are looking for an escape. They are tempted to escape through drugs, alcohol, or even suicide. You are in the world, but not of the world.  I have provided a way for you to escape the world.

I am the way of escape.  No temptation has taken you but such  is common to man.  I am a faithful God, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able to withstand because with every temptation I make  a way of escape so that you are able to bear it. Pray for those who are seeking other ways to escape the darkness in the world.

PSALM 124:7; 1 CORINTHIANS 10:13

DISCERN

There is a great need in the age you live for people to have spiritual discernment.  There are so many false religions that proclaim they are the way.  There are so many lies being told that it is easy to be misled. My enemy is the father of lies, and he always speaks half-truths.  He twists My Word to entrap many.

True discernment only comes from My Holy Spirit.  He was given to you to lead and guide you into all truth.  More than ever, you need to be a student of My Word so that you can quickly discern the lies of the enemy.

Many have not yet accepted Me as their Lord and Savior because they simply cannot understand My Word.  My Word can only be interpreted by My Holy Spirit.  Pray for My Holy Spirit to supernaturally open the eyes of the understanding of those who are not saved so that they can discern that I am the way, the truth, and the life.

1 CORINTHIANS 2:14, EPHESIANS 1:18

REGARD

The word, "regard." means a firm, fixed, look or gaze.  This a time in your history when more than ever you need to gaze at Me and just glance at the multitude of problems in the world. However, I do not want you to ignore the problems.  

I want you to pray earnestly in intercession for those things My Spirit lays on your heart. I have promised to regard the prayer of  the destitute, and not despise their prayer. Pray for My beloved who are being persecuted throughout the world. Join the destitute as they cry out to Me for strength and grace.

I want you to never neglect your intimate times with Me.  These are the times when you can gaze at Me.  When you turn your eyes upon Me, the things on this earth will grow strangely dim in the light of My glory and grace.  Spending time in My presence will enable you to pray with the strong confidence that I both hear your prayers and that I answer them.

PSALM 102:17

SECRETS

I have promised to share My secrets with those who fear Me, and I will show them My covenant.  The day will come when the secrets of men will be judged.

I have promised to reveal those things that are done in secret. For there is nothing hid that shall not be manifested, nor any thing kept secret, but that it shall come abroad.

Many things are being done in secret as the Anti-Christ spirit is preparing for the coming of the Anti-Christ.  I know the plans of the devil.  They are written in My book.  Do not fear for My Spirit will prepare you for the days that are ahead.  You are about to see a great unveiling of many of My enemy's plots.

PSALM 25:14; MARK 4:22; LUKE 8:17; ROMANS 2:16

IMPAIR

The word, "impair," means to weaken, reduce, make worse, deteriorate.  The intent of My enemy is to impair nations so that he can take advantage of their weaknesses. I have promised to give you the nations as your inheritance. Hold on to that promise in these last days.

Your nation became impaired when ungodly decisions were made by your leaders and citizens began doing their own will instead of My will.

You could easily lose hope when you see the darkness in the world, but I told you that in the world you would experience tribulation. Allow Me to strengthen you to do the warfare necessary to pull down the evil plans of My enemy.  Remember that you are not impaired spiritually because greater am I in you than he that is in the world. 

PSALM 2:8; 1 JOHN 4:4

LAST

I said that the first shall be last.  I am disciplining My church, and there are many churches that have been first in number, first in beautiful buildings, and first in wealth.  I am interested in hearts not numbers.

You will see that I am shaking and sorting.  I am collecting those hearts, not people in these last days.  Those who are seeking Me with all of their hearts are the ones I have chosen to be My laborers in this last worldwide harvest.

Many of My beloved are finally hearing My voice, and are discovering that there are things that have been first in their lives that need to be last if they are going to receive My anointing to do greater things than I did while I walked on Earth.  Cooperate with My Holy Spirit as He is conforming you and transforming you in these last days.  Commit your way and works to Him and My Spirit will put your priorities in order.

PSALM 37:5; PROVERBS 16:3

TIMELY

Some people on earth want to do things in a timely fashion and because they do, they get impatient with those who are never on time.  Some people today are even getting impatient with Me.  They want to see Me do something about the situation they are experiencing in America and throughout the world.

They forget that I live in dimensions where there is no time.  One day is as 1,000 years.  Many are trying to guess when I might return.  They forget that I am timeless.  I am the same today, yesterday, and forever.  My time is not the same as your time, and My ways are not the same as your ways.

I want you to be at peace right now in the dark world that you are experiencing all around you.  You want to be delivered from it, but I have chosen that I, Who am the light of the world, can grant you the light of My presence with you.  Take time right now and often to receive the reality of My presence with you,  and you will be a peace and not impatient any more.

HEBREWS 13:8; ISAIAH 55:9

SLOW

Some people are slow to recognize the signs of the times.  Such was the case with My disciples.  They had no idea about what I was trying to tell them when I said that the day would come when I would no longer with them.  They asked Me where I was going. My reply even caused them more confusion..

There are so many in your nation now who are slow to understand what is happening to your nation and all over the world.  When you read My Word and ask My Holy Spirit to interpret My word to you, you will not be ignorant of the season you are now experiencing. 

You are in that season of the beginning of sorrows. I want you to be prepared always for My return. You will be prepared if you do the following three things: abide in Me, abide in My Word, abide in My love. To abide means to dwell.  When these three things are daily your dwelling place, you will be ready for My return. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high, shall abide under the shelter of My Father.

CHOICE

Life is laced with choices.  You were given free will so that you can choose to love Me.  Those who choose to love Me will have meaning and purpose in their lives. If you choose to live for yourself and yourself only, you will never discover the excellent plans I have for you. 

I am the life, and I am the One Who breathed life into you when you took your first breath.  I even gave you My light when you were conceived.  I am the Light of the world who lights every person who comes into the world.  Sadly many people have chosen to walk in darkness rather than My light.

I chose you to be mine forever and all eternity.  However, you can choose to receive My offer of salvation or refuse it.  Today pray for those who have not yet chosen life in Me.  I long for them to confess Me as their Lord and Savior.  When they do, their lives will be meaningful, joyful, and fruitful.

ELEVATE/ ALLEVIATE

Both elevate and alleviate are words that mean to lift higher or to lighten a load.  During these troublesome times in your nation, the only way to help keep you from being anxious and fearful is to elevate your thoughts.

If you concentrate on all the negative things in your daily news, your mind will be quickly submerged in a deep ocean of worry.  The way to fight fear and anxiety is to be intentional and think about those things mentioned in Philippians 4:8.  This passage exhorts you to think on things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, virtuous, and praiseworthy.  

A quick way to alleviate discouragement and distress is to set your affection on things that are above,  not on things on the earth. Remind yourself that you are in this world, but not of this world.

PHILIPPIANS 4:8; COLOSSIANS 3:2; JOHN 16:33

SEARCH

When you were a child, you loved to go on scavenger hunts where you searched for certain items on your list.  I want you to see that reading My Word daily is like a scavenger hunt where you discover words of wisdom, principles, and promises that may have been hidden most of your life.

Reading My Word is truly a treasure hunt, and the riches that you gain by searching out scriptures in My Word will be riches that are eternal.  Once you have found what you were searching for, it is not good enough just to rejoice that you found it.

True rejoicing comes when you apply the principle, promise, or precept to your life.  The changes that My Word can make in your life as your mind is renewed pays dividends that will last for all eternity.

ACTS 17:10-12; ROMANS 12:2

SMALL

I love small things.  There are kings and governments that think they are great, but when they forget Who is the greatest, those kings and governments have lost their greatness. 

I love people who think they are small, but they are willing to humble themselves before Me daily and tell Me that I am their King and their Lord.  When they worship Me with a heart that desires to do My will, they are great in My sight.

You may think that what you do daily is a small thing in My great kingdom on Earth, but I tell you today that as you receive a fresh anointing daily from Me, I will enable you to do great things.  Remember My promise to My disciples when I said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He who believes on Me, the works that I do shall he do also, and greater works than these shall he do; because I  go to My Father."

JOHN 14:12

SKIP

Remember when you used to enjoy skipping as a child.  I gave you some instructions today that sounded strange, but because you love Me, you followed My instructions.  I told you to skip around your house.

When you started skipping, suddenly My joy filled your heart.  Little children skip because they are joyful.  Remember holding hands and skipping down the hill to meet your father who with his arms wide open to receive you when you reached where he was stooping at eyelevel to receive you.

I am coming soon.  You did not know it, but My Word says what I will be doing when I come to receive My church.  I will be skipping because this will be a joyous occasion for Me.  Song of Solomon 2:8: "The voice of my beloved behold, he comes leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. My Word says that I rejoice over you with singing.  Now you can picture Me rejoicing over you with skipping.

EAT

There is much in My Word about eating.  Leviticus is full of the dietary laws - what to eat and not to eat. I created you to enjoy food.  That is why I gave you the sense of taste.

There are also warnings in My Word about eating too much or being very careful not to eat with certain people.

There is one thing I want you to eat daily and that is My Word.  The psalmist David wrote, "How sweet are Your words to my taste! yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth!  I give you the invitation to come break bread with Me daily as you read My Word.  ENJOY!!

PSALM 119;103

PRIVILEGE

You like it when you are given special privileges by others.  Usually those special privileges are only temporary.  There is a special privilege that I want to give you each day.

That special privilege is the privilege of  prayer.  That privilege gives you rewards that are eternal.  Praying for others is a wonderful privilege that will bring My healing, deliverance, and presence to so many lives.

Neither time nor space limits how effective your prayers for others can be.  You can pray for My angels to comfort and deliver persecuted Christians throughout the world and I will send My angels to them.  Praying for others helps you get out of the selfish mode and into My mode which is to extend My love and help to everyone.

ACTS 1:14, 2:42

AMBASSADOR

I do lead you in paths of righteousness for My name's sake.  I want you always to stay on this path because you represent Me on earth.  You are My ambassador on Earth and you represent My kingdom to others. 

My kingdom is not meat and drink.  It is righteousness, peace, and joy in My Spirit.  Most people desire to have a joyful and peaceful life.  Many, however, do not know how they can have continual joy even when they go through trials.  They also do not know how they can find peace in a world of turmoil.

I have anointed you to be My ambassador, and I have given you the ministry of reconciliation.  The goal of that ministry is for you to share the good news of how people can be reconciled to Me and made righteous by My atoning blood.  Ask My Spirit daily to give you a fresh anointing so that you can fulfill your job as My ambassador.

2 CORINTHIANS 5:18-20

PLEASURE

There are many ways that people can receive pleasure.  Some find pleasure in eating.  Others find pleasure in reading.  Various entertainments such as sports and movies can give people pleasure.

My beloved David, the psalmist, pleasured himself by playing his harp.  Playing musical instruments and singing can bring pleasure not only to ourselves, but also to others. .David discovered something that would give him everlasting pleasure.  He wrote this: "You will show me the path of life: in Your presence is fulness of joy; at Your right hand there are pleasures for evermore." 

When you daily spend time in My presence by communicating with Me in prayer and by meditating on and reading My Word, you are experiencing a pleasure that will give you joy throughout the day and joy for all eternity.  It pleasures Me for you to spend time with Me throughout your day.

PSALM 16:11

MEDITATION

There are all kinds of ways to meditate.  It seems even false religions teach ways to meditate.  My beloved David knew the way to meditate that would bring him lasting peace.  He wrote that his meditation of Me would be sweet.

When you meditate on Me, My presence with you will become real.  Meditating on My Word will also bring great peace into your lives.  My peace cannot be counterfeited.  The meditations that are applauded by many false religions will not bring lasting peace.

I have given you My inheritance which was My peace.  I told My disciples this, "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you: not as the world gives, give I to you.  Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

PSALM 104:34; JOHN 14:27

 

IF

One of the games that Satan played with Me when I was being tempted by him in the wilderness was the "What if? Game."  He first addressed Me with this statement, "If you are the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread."  When he took Me to the pinnacle of the Temple, he said, "If You are the Son of God, cast yourself down from here."

Satan was using the technique that he used with Adam and Eve.  Remember Satan said to Eve, "Has God said you shall not eat of every tree in the garden?" Satan was trying to get her to doubt what God had said.

Doubt is the first attack of Satan.  If  he can get you to doubt My Word, he then brings on the second attack which is fear.  Do not be ignorant of his devices.  Never allow doubt or fear to rule over you. Speak My Word that says, "I will trust in the LORD and not be afraid"  David wrote, "What time I am afraid, I will trust in You (Psalm 56:3)."

SALT

I know how you trust that when you are with Me face to face that you will leave a legacy of family and friends on Earth who will be surrendered to Me.  

When I called My beloved the salt of the Earth, I was implying that they were in the Earth to preserve it with the power of My love.  I have given each one who believes in Me the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind.

Also those who allow My life to flow through them will add the flavor of My presence wherever they go. The next time you look at a salt shaker, notice that when you sprinkle salt on your food, several grains are distributed at one time.  I want your life to touch many lives with My love.  I am a relational God, and I am so happy for the flavor My beloved add to this world.

IGNORANT

You live in a day when I do not want you to be ignorant of Satan's devices.  One of his devices is to cause you not to forgive.  Paul wrote this: "To whom you forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ; Lest Satan should get  an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices."

When you refuse to forgive someone, you are very vulnerable to Satan.  He is able to develop within you a root of bitterness.  When that root of bitterness grows, it will defile not only you, but also all those around you.

I exhort you to forgive others as I have forgiven them.  This does not justify what they have done to you or release them from judgment. Forgiveness puts you in a position to receive the grace that I want to daily give you.  If you are having trouble forgiving someone, ask Me to help you, and I will.
