GENEROUS

I have called you to be generous in every aspect of your life.  You are called to be generous with your hospitality to others.  This is especially important in these last days before I come again.  You may not realize it, but you may even be entertaining some of My angels.  As the days draw close to My return, the appearance of My angels on earth will occur more often.  You are called to be generous in your giving because the laborers in My harvest need funds to continue their work in these last days.  You are called to be generous in sowing the seed of My good Word because  this will help to bring in this last great harvest.

Generosity is how you express who is your king.  I am a generous King Who lavishly blesses others.  When you are generous with others, you show forth My very character.  Be generous in these last days and remember always that you cannot out give Me.

HEBREWS 13:2

TRANSFER

I have transferred you from the kingdom of darkness to My Kingdom.  There are many, however, who are still in darkness.  You have been given the greastest treasure on earth - My presence within you.  I am your hope of glory and I am your righteousness.  Your position in Me is something that brings you great joy.  This treasure you have is to be shared and the light that you have is to enlighten others.

I commanded the light to shine out of darkness into your heart to give you the light of the knowledge of My glory.  I placed that light in your heart. Even though you are an earthen vessel, I can shine through you to those you meet each day.  Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify My Father in heaven.  Keep shining for Me.

2 CORINTHIANS 4:6-7; MATTHEW 5:16

DOOR

I am the good shepherd and I also am the door.  The shepherds in My day put their bodies in the gap of the stone-walled sheepfold.  As long as his body provided the door to the sheepfold, the enemies of the sheep could not enter.  The shepherd slept there during the night, but he was always listening out for wolves or thieves that might try to kill or steal his sheep. 

I still am your good shepherd and I am ever on the alert to keep you safe from the enemy who comes to kill, steal, and destroy.  Thank Me today for enfolding you into My sheepfold and for My protection and provision.  Be at peace because I will not allow the enemy to steal your joy or your peace.

JOHN 10:1-21 

ATONENMENT

When I died on the tree for your sins, I atoned for all of your transgressons and your iniquities. I was bruised for your iniquities and the stripes that were upon My body purchased your healing.  I was punished for the sins of the whole world to purchase for your peace with My heavenly Father. 

Your past, present, and future sins are all forgiven.  Just as far as the east is from the west, so far have I removed your transgressions.  This means that your outward sins are forgiven and even the sins of your heart are forgiven.  I have freely forgiven you.  Rejoice today because all of your sins have been washed away by My atoning blood.  Now you can be at one with Me and My Father.

ISAIAH 53

KING

Pilate asked Me if I was a king.  I told him that he had rightly spoken that I was a king.  I am the King of Kings and Lord of all. By Me and for Me was everything created that was created.  I am the King of the whole universe.  I set kings in power and I also remove them from power.  These truths should cause you to be in awe of My power.  However, I came to earth to serve, not to rule.

I do not force My subjects to obey Me as some other kings do.  Instead, it is My pleasure to serve and minister to you.  Today, allow Me to minister to you and enjoy My kingdom of peace, righteousness and joy.

JOHN 18:25-19:22

NIGHT

Work for the night is coming when you will not be able to work. Give each day to Me.  When you commit the day to Me, you will always have a fruitful day in My Kingdom.  Your days are truly numbered.  My friend Moses wrote, "Teach us to number our days that we might apply our hearts to wisdom."

 When you commit your days to Me, I will give you My wisdom moment by moment.  Tune your spiritual ears to hear My Spirit speak to you, and I will lead you to fruitful encounters with people and fruitful words to speak to others that will give them a hunger to know Me. 

You cannot create a hunger and thirst for righteousness in others, but the seeds of My Word that you sow as you speak to people will bring forth a harvest.  Your daily work is just to be a seed sower.

JOHN 9:1-41 

CYCLE

I saw to it that what you observe day by day represents the cycle of life.  I told My disciples that unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone.
Every grain has to die before it germenates.  You were born to die.  You will physically die, of course, but I desire for you to die daily.  By that I mean for your to die daily to your own will in order for you to be open to do My will.

Today, offer your body to Me as a living sacrifice and you will experience My resurrected life.

JOHN 12:20-50; ROMANS 12:1

POOR

You will always have the poor with you.  I understand how you feel when you visit poverty stricken areas in the world.  You are overwhelmed by the sights and sounds.  You feel so helpless to do anything to relieve the poverty. 

I saw so much poverty when I came to earth.  I learned that I could minister to only those My Father gave Me to touch.  I set this example for you to follow.  Listen carefully to My Spirit as He leads you to minister to the poor.  You cannot do big things to relieve the poor, but I will lead you to do what you can do through My anointing to touch the lives of a few who are suffering from poverty.

Be faithful to follow through with the leadings of My Spirit and always keep in mind that I have other laborers who My Spirit will lead to touch and relieve others. 

JOHN 11:54-12:19

INFLUENCE

You have the opportunity daily to influence others.  When I gave My life willingly to die to forgive the sins of the whole world, the world was influenced forever and all eternity.  Now you contain the very resurrection power that raised Me from the dead.  My Holy Spirit has already imparted to you His precious anointing - the spirit of wisdom and understanding, might and counsel, and knowledge and the fear of the Lord.  This anointing is what enables you to influence others.

I never want you to control others, but I do desire that you influence them.  Yield yourself to My Spirit daily, and He will shed abroad in your heart My love.  My love will flow through you in such a mighty way that others will be influenced by what you say and what you do.  Thank Me today that I am the One Who gives you influence.  Receive My fresh anointing today and know that I both will and do what I desire for you to do this day.

ISAIAH 11:1-2; PHILIPPIANS 2:13

SELECT

Sometimes it is hard for you to select something when there are so many things presented to you.  This is not a hard thing for Me.  There are multitudes and multitudes of people in the world.  However, out of all those people, I selected you to be My child and to enter into My Kingdom.  Knowing this fact should cause you to feel very special.  It is a good thing for you to feel special.  Conveying to others how special they are to Me is something I want you to do daily.

Remember that My Father so loved the world that He gave Me to the world to die for their sins so that people would have a way to come into a relationship with My Father.  The fact that you believe in Me and have accepted Me as your Lord and Savior means that I gave you the faith to believe.  I selected you to receive My gift of faith. 

Rejoice today because you are among the select. 

JOHN 3:16; EPHESIANS 2:8

NORMAL

Everyone wants to live a normal life.  However, I have called you to live a supernatural life.  A life that is hid in Me will see the supernatural.  When you abide in Me and My Word daily, you will receive My anointing.  My anointing is wisdom and understanding, might and counsel, knowledge and the fear of the Lord.will see those things that seem impossible become possible.  This anointing will give you supernatural enablement to do the impossible.

Today, ask for My anointing.  Yes, My anointing is with you always, but everyday you need a fresh anointing.  Look forward today to seeing the impossible become possible.

JOHN 15; ISAIAH 11:1-2

IRRITATION

There are many things that you experience in a day's time that can cause you to become irritated.  You may have lost something or you may be running late for an appointment.  You may have more to do today than you feel that time permits.  You may have a co-worker that gets under your skin. 

You cannot control those things that may cause you to become irritated.  However, you can control how you respond to those things that could irritate you.  The root of irritation is hidden anger.  If you keep scratching a sore on your skin, that sore will become irritated.  If you are easily irritated, you have a sore in your heart (an unresolved hurt). 

Today ask Me if there is something in your life that you are sore about, some hurt in your heart that has never been healed.  I came to heal the brokenhearted and to set the captives free.  I want to heal you of all hurts.  Take time to allow Me to minister to the hurts in your heart.  When your hurts have been healed, you will find that things whether they are big or small that used to irritate you will not irritate you any longer.

ISAIAH 61:1

CALL

You are called according to My purpose.  So many of those who believe in Me have never discovered what their call is.  You discovered your call when you asked Me what part of the body your were.  I responded, "You are a voice."  As you researched the Scriptures, you discovered that your call was the same as My cousin John.  He was a voice crying out in the wilderness to prepare the way for My coming.

You are called to be a voice that declares My Word to prepare for My second coming.  I have also called you to heal the broken hearted.  Those who read this can discover their calling in life.  All they have to do is ask.  I will reveal their call to them.  The important truth is that I am the One Who fulfills every believer's calling.  I am the One Who works within them both to will and to do of My Father's good pleasure.  Paul wrote, "Faithful is He Who calls Who also will do it."  I will always be faithful to fulfill the calling I have on your life and the lives of all those Who believe in Me.

1 THESSALONIANS 5:24; PHILLIPIANS 2:13

SLEEP

iI give My beloved sleep.  Whenever you have restless nights, this is a sign that you have not given Me all of your burdens.  Peter wrote that one way to humble yourself is to cast all you cares upon Me.  Paul wrote to be anxious in nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving make your requests known to Me. 

Before you go to sleep tonight, take time to pray and give every care to Me.  Do not even think about tomorrow because tomorrow will have enough trouble of its on.  Release whatever was a concern to you during the day before you turn off your night light.  I perfect those things that are a concern to you.

Read a short Psalm and go to sleep meditating on My Word.  Count the blessings that you received during the day and thank Me for them. This works much better than counting sheep.  When you do these things, nothing will hinder My giving you a sweet sleep.

PRESSURE

You live in a society that experiences pressure continually.  There is pressure to succeed in business, to make good grades in school, to perform well at recitals or other competitions, and to be accepted by your peers.  Such pressure can take you down and cause you to become depressed.

I have provided the way that you can be released of all pressure.  I do not take the pressure away because in life you will always experience circumstances that cause you to be pressed and pushed.
However, I can lead you beside the still waters in the midst of all the pressure you are experiencing.
There in the quiet place of your soul you can experience My peace and My protection.

I am a shield round about you and the glory and lifter of your head.  I can provide a shield around you that will cause the pressures of this life not to penetrate your soul.  Come often today to that quiet place with Me and be engergized by My joy and calmed by My peace.

PSALM 23

WORDS

 I said, "Whoevr eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.  For My flesh is food indeed, and My blood is drink indeed." When I said these words, many of my followers could not understand and receive this hard saying.  I told them that the words that I spoke are spirit and they are life.  Many followed Me no more after I said those words.  I asked those who remained if they wanted to leave also.  Peter responded, "Lord, where shall we go?  You have the words of eternal life."
I do have the words of life and when you deliver My words to others, those words you speak have life-giving power.  Today speak My words of life to others and you will see many lives revived and restored.

JOHN 6:53-68

REST

You can rest and be at peace when you know the rest of the story. When your realize that your life on earth is but a moment in time compared to eternity with Me,  the little disturbances and hard circumstances in life will not seem so overwhelming.  You will not be hurried or worried when you allow Me to rest your soul.

Viewing things from My perspective is the secret to a life that enjoys continual rest and peace.  Those burdens that you have right now will vanish when you give them to Me.  Does this mean that you will no longer face burdens in this life?  No, but mountains of worry will melt and hills of  hurried pressure will be surmountable when you learn to trust Me even with the small things of this life.

Come to Me today with confident trust that no matter what may happen in your life today, I will be able to work it for good.  Allow Me to rest your soul today by giving Me your every burden.  Look forward to how I will work things out in your life.  Hope is the confident expectation of good, and I am good all the time.

MATTHEW 11:28-30

HOSPITALITY

One of the things I enjoyed while I was on earth was the hospitality many people showed Me.  I had no place to lay My head and I carried no food.  I did not have a back pack like many of the young people in your generation have.  I had to depend upon others to supply places for Me to sleep and food to eat.  Of course, I knew that everything I experienced on earth was designed, anointed, and appointed by My Father.  He saw to it that I was always in the right place at the right time.

It was such a blessing for Me to go to the home of Lazarus.  I could relax there and be Myself in the presence of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus.  You are called to be hospitable in these last days.  You will miss many blessings if you do not, with an open heart, open your home to others to have meals with you and even to sleep overnight.  Every time you give another person a cup of cold water, it is recorded in heaven.  I desire for you to have many pages written in your Book of Remembrance about the times you had people in your home.  As the day draws closer to My return, be more hospitable than ever because you may be hosting angels and not even be aware who the guests you entertain in your home really are.

ENCOMPASS

You have nothing to fear.  As the mountains are around Jerusalem, so am I around you.  I go before you. I am at your side.  I am your rearguard.  It is My delight as Captain of the Heavenly Hosts to watch over you day and night.  I lead you in paths of righteousness for My name's sake.  I uphold you with My strong right hand.  I encompass you with My compassion. 

Look at that word, "compassion."  In that word is the word, "compass."  My love encompasses you day by day and My love is perfect.  My perfect love casts out all fear. 

Whenever you are afraid, picture Me with My arms around you as we walk together through life.  There is no way you can fall when you recognize My presence with you.  I surround you with My love moment by moment.

PSALM 125:2; 1 JOHN 4:18  

PLEASANT

I understand that not everything in life is pleasant.  However, I have given you the inheritance of a pleasant place.  That pleasant place is My Kingdom within you.  This is your secret, pleasant place that you can enter at any time of the day.  In that place you will first find Me and My presence will give you fulness of joy.  Drink from the wells of salvation within you with My joy.  I told My disciples how they could be filled with joy and have My joy remain in them.  I told them that when they abide in Me, abide in My love, and abide in My Word, they would always experience My joy even through hard trials.  I told them this because I knew the hard trials they were about to face.

The pleasant place of My Kingdom within you is also filled with My peace.  Whenever you are stressed, pressed, or depressed, go to this pleasant place and allow My peace to flood your soul.  The pleasant place within you is also a place where you will know My righteousness.  No matter what people have said about you, all words of judgment that come from people or My adversary will melt away when you recognize that you have been made righteous through My blood.  Whenever people speak critical or judgmental words against you, say out loud, "My righteousness is of Jesus Christ. 

Today come to the garden of My Kingdom within you and paratake of My pleasant fruits.  Do this often during the day and you will have a blessed day.

PSALM 16:5-6; JOHN 15; ISAIAH 54:17

TRAINING

You are in training to rule and reign with Me.  Throughout your life you have training experiences.  When you were an infant, you were trained to finally eat solid food.  When you were a toddler your parents trained you to go to the bathroom.  When you were in school, your teacher trained you to do well on your tests.  When you wanted to get in shape physically, you went to a physical trainer.

Training is a part of life.  I have given you an excellent trainer Who is training you to rule and reign with Me.  My Holy Spirit is both "The Great Teacher" and "The Great Trainer."  Submit to My Spirit daily. 

The major training goal that My Spirit has is to conform you to My image.  This will only happen as you daily humble yourself before Me by offering your body to Me as a living sacrifice.  Also daily cast every care upon Me because cares will choke you and prevent you from making spiritual progress.  Come into My classroom daily and learn meekness and lowliness of heart.  This is the first and the most important lesson you can learn.  When you have a teachable spirit and you recognize that you are completely dependent upon Me, you will make great progress in you spiritual walk with Me.

ROMANS 8:29; MATTHEW 11:28-30

DETERMINATION

Peter was always very determined to follow Me no matter what.  However, he did not realize what the cost would be to follow Me.  He had to deny himself.  You can be determined to do My will always, but the cost will be to lay down your life to follow Me.  This means that you must lay down your plans, your own self-effort and even your determination.  Determination can be a detriment to you because determination is based on self-will. 

I have already determined your life.  Release your determination to Me and allow Me to both will and to do My good pleasure through you.  When you do this, you will no longer have to struggle to follow Me.  Instead, My life will be lived through you in such a way that you will not even be aware of how I use you daily as a vessel of My love.

JOHN 13:37-38 PHILIPPIANS 2:13

LONELINESS

I understand your loneliness.  There were times in My own life that I felt all alone.  When I cried out to My Father and asked Him why He had forsaken Me, I freed you from the curse of loneliness.  Yes, loneliness is a curse.  This is why there were two in the Garden of Eden.  This is why Noah brought the animals on the ark two by two.  Two is always more powerful than one.  Two in agreement can move mountains as they pray together.  Two can warm one another during the cold.

You may ask, "Then why am I now all alone?"  I feel the depth of the loneliness of a widow who has just lost her husband.  I feel the depth of the loneliness of a mother who has just lost her child.  Yes, I was touched with every feeling of your weak moments of loneliness when I died for you on the cross.

I was abandoned just momentarily by My Father when the sins of the whole world were laid upon Me on the cross.  My Father has purer eyes than to behold evil.  He had to turn His back on Me, but only for a moment.   I became a curse so that you will not have to experience the curse of loneliness.  I promised My followers that I would be with them always even until the end of the world.  I am always with you.  Whenever, you feel lonely, begin to praise Me and those lonely feelings will pass away in the glory of My presence with you.

MATTHEW 27:46

AGENDA

I recognize that you and others have an agenda for each day.  You have things that need to be accomplished.  You have goals to reach.  You have plans to be established.  As you seek to accomplish your various agendas, first give those agendas to Me.  I also have an agenda for you today.

Sometimes in your hurry to accomplish your agenda, you push your way through and often push people out of your way.  This is not My way to accomplish My will.  Much will get done today as you wait upon Me and commit your works to Me so that I can establish your thoughts.  I am able to prioritize your works and also accomplish My works through you today as you commit your way to Me today.

Whenever you are stressed, take a few moments to pray and center your soul once again in My presence.  What is most important in My view is how you treat others as you seek to accomplish what you have planned and what I have planned for the day.  Keep a tender heart towards others and you will never see them as interruptions to your plans.

PSALM 37:5

FAVOR

Favor surrounds you as a shield because you are dressed in My robe of righteousness.  It is true that those who are in the world may persecute you simply because you represent Me on earth.  However, My glory that shines through your face will also draw those who are searching for the truth to you.

Whenever you enter a new situation such as interviewing for a new job or even entering a store to purchase something, speak these words out loud, "Thank You, for surrounding me with favor."  You will be amazed at what will happen.

The favor I give you is a witness to others who look at your life.  They see that you are blessed, and they question in their hearts, "What is different about this person?"  Truly I am the One Who makes you different from the world and I am the One Who makes a difference in your life.  Because you live in Me and I live in you, you can daily enjoy My peace, My joy, and My righteousness.  People want what you have.  Be open to share with others how you entered My Kingdom when they ask you how you can be so joyful and peaceful during the troubled times that you presently live.
