Be careful not to be hurried during this day. Hurry leads to worry and the root of both is pride. You think that you are going to be late because you are worried about what others will think. Trust Me with your appointments today. I can put you in the right place at the right time.
Always remember that when you are hurried, you more than likely will say things out of your mouth that are not pleasing to Me. My enemy wants you to be in a hurry about everything.

ENTHRONED
There is a truth that will help you through every circumstance you may face in your life. That truth is that you are enthroned with Me in heaven and you are far above all principalities and powers. No matter what you experience in this life, your true life is hid with Me.

TRAINING
You are in training on earth to rule and reign with Me. Physical training is often painful, but when you are faithful in your physical exercises daily, strength comes into your body and your muscles and joints will receive the nutrition needed. The pain you experienced when you first started a physical exercise workout program will begin to lessen day by day.
The proper diet and the proper amount of exercise daily will always benefit you physically. The same is true in your spiritual life. A daily diet of My Word and the daily exercise of prayer and communion with Me will help you grow spiritually.
The pain that you experience in spiritual training is the pain of denying your own flesh. As long as you live on earth, the lust of your flesh, the lust of your eyes, and the lust of the pride of life will cry out to be satisfied. TURMOIL
I know that there are times when circumstances can cause turmoil in your life. I told My followers to "Let noT their heart be troubled. You believe in God, believe also in Me." I am your way of escape when turmoil comes into your life. I am the "Prince of Peace," Who can calm the storm of turmoil in your life.
There is a place of peace that you can go to in the midst of trouble. You enter that place of peace when you intentionally come to Me and release every burden to Me. I delight when you cast all of your cares upon Me.

RESISTANCE
The only resistance I want you to experience is resistance against My enemy and against your own lusts. I do want you to resist the lusts in people and the seducing spirits that cause people to give into their own lusts. Wars are caused when people give into their own lusts.
James exhorted believers to draw near to Me and resist the devil. The first thing on your daily agenda should be to draw near to Me. Otherwise, you will not be equipped to resist your own lusts and the seducing spirits that control others.
Hide yourself in Me. I am your strong tower and when you are in Me, you will be able to see ahead of time the strategies of My enemy to seduce you. I am your shelter. When you hide yourself in Me, I will be able to protect you from the bombardment of thoughts of doubt and unbelief that My enemy sends you daily. I am your rock. When you hide yourself in Me, no weapon formed against you will prosper. I am your shield and your rearguard. FAITHFULNESS
I know your desire is to remain faithful to Me. Every person on earth is given a measure of faith. When you accepted Me as your Lord and Savior, My faith took up residence in your heart. Now you live by My faith, not your own faith. All that is required for you to remain faithful to Me is for you to yield to My Spirit within you.
The fullness of My Spirit and My faith and anointing dwells within you continually. The only element that stands in the way of your expressing My anointing and faith is your own flesh. My enemy will try to convince you that you have no faith and that you have no anointing. This is a lie.

WALKING
I spent most of My time on earth walking around the Sea of Galilee. When I had My private times with My Father, I asked for Him to put Me in the right place at the right time. I healed and ministered to all those who came to Me as I walked around the Sea.
I made sure that I did not miss a Sabbath service and it was in the Temple and in the synagogues that I also ministered to many people.
Pray daily that My Spirit will lead you to be in the right place at the right time. Timing is so important. There are divine appointments that I have designed for you to keep today. As you walk through your day, listen carefully to the leading of My Spirit. Even if you do not get out of your home today, there are phone calls that I will lead you to make. Always remember that whoever you write to or call is someone I want to minister to through what you say and what you do.

RECOGNITION
I sent My Holy Spirit to you to help you recognize who I am and who My Father is. My Father is "I am." "I am" in the flesh when I walked on earth. "I am" in the Spirit now and "I am"dwells within you. 'I am." (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) in all of His fullness dwells within you. What more could you want in life than to have the creator of all things, the teacher of all things, and the lover of all things within your mortal being.
Rejoice today!! Father and I have come to have dinner with you every day. You dine with Me and My Father when you read My textbook, the Bible, and listen to the "Great Teacher," the Holy Spirit as He reveals to you the secrets of My Kingdom.
Understand with your heart what a great privilege this is to hear and understand My Word. It is My greatest joy when you can share with others what I have revealed to you. Ask My Spirit daily to give you revelation knowledge and wisdom. Wisdom is what helps you apply the knowledge of Me.

PAIN
The day is coming when there is no pain. Look forward to that day. Pain entered the world when Adam and Eve disobeyed My commandment. Part of the curse over Eve was that she would experience pain in childbirth.
When I died on the tree, I bore your pain and your sorrows. I was touched with every feeling of your infirmities (weaknesses ). When I was resurrected, I loosed the pains of death. I won the victory over death and pain on that day.
There are all kinds of pain - emotional pain, physical pain, and mental pain. Whenever you experience pain, give your pain to Me. Focus on My peace, My love, and My joy. My Holy Spirit then can become the balm for all pain. Think of this truth: When I died on the tree, you died. See yourself dead to sin and alive to Me, and My Holy Spirit then can minister My peace to you.

SUBTLE
There were two things I told My disciples to do in order to be prepared for My second coming. I told them to watch and pray. My friend Peter also warned believers to watch out for My enemy because he is like a roaring lion that seeks to devour believers.
I remind you that only old lions roar. Young lions sneak up on their prey. Then once they have pounced on their prey, the old lions come to scare the young lions away. The old lion then proceeds to finish devouring the prey.
My enemy is subtle, but he is like an old lion. He preys on people who have been wounded. I came to heal your broken heart to make you whole. I use My Word as a two edged surgical knife to cut away your flesh from your Spirit. This is why I exhort you to stay in God's Word, so that you will not be subject to My enemy's subtle ways.

RISING
From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same, My name is to be praised. I love it when you take time with Me before the sun rises. If you will look carefully into the morning sky before the sun comes up, you will see the morning star. I am the bright and morning star.
When My Father said, "Let there be light," I was there. I am the light of the world. Yes, the sun gives warmth and light, but I was before the sun was created. I also can give you warmth on those days when you are experiencing chilling circumstances. I can throw light on those burdens that are weighing you down when you give those burdens to Me.
I am with you from the rising of the sun to the going down of the sun and even in the darkness of the night. When you arise tomorrow morning to meet with Me before the sunrise, meditate on My eternal love that surrounds you and goes before you twenty-four hours each day.

RELY
I want you to rely completely upon Me moment by moment. You have seen how fast the moments are flashing by you as you grow older. You still have the same amount of time in a day, but the years left before you will seem to fly by. Every moment should be precious to you because every moment gives you an opportunity to share My love and My truths with others.
Tune your spiritual ear to hear what My Spirit is saying to you moment by moment. He will help you to be extremely fruitful in spreading My good news to others as you rely on His guidance. Whoever is in your presence at the moment is the one I want you to speak a word in season to.
As your look at your emails and receive messages on your phone, consider that those messages also give you an opportunity to express My love in someway to the ones who sent the messages. Ask Me to help you not to miss any divine appointments that I have ordained for you today.

GLORY
My glory is My manifest presence with you. Moses asked My Father to show forth His glory to him. My Father hid Moses in a rock while He passed before him. When I was born on earth, the angels sang, "Glory to God in the Highest and on earth, peace and good will towards men.
One of the reasons I was born was to show forth the glory of My Father. My Father described Himself to Moses. He said that He was longsuffering, forgiving, full of grace and truth. I am the express image of My Father and grace and truth kissed one another when I was born on earth.
The Father and I are One. Just before I left earth, I prayed that you and all those who believe in Me would be one even as the Father and I are One. I said to My Father that the glory You gave to Me, I have given to them (those who believe on Me); that they may be one even, as we are one. One day you will experience the fullness of My glory. Until that day glorify Me in everything you do and everything you say.

EXERCISE
Paul wrote that bodily exercise profits little. What profits the most is spiritual exercise. The spiritual exercise that I desire for you to do daily is praying. First when you stand praying make sure that you have forgiven all everything. Now you are ready to breathe in My Holy Spirit. Ask Him to guide you as you pray.
Once you have breathed in the Holy Spirit, it is time for you to breathe out. You breathe out every
burden to Me. Ask, seek. and knock are to steps in prayer to take. Ask My Spirit to help you pray. Seek My presence by spending time listening to My Spirit and spending time in praising and worshiping Me. Knock on the door of My throne room with faith as you lift your requests to Me with thanksgiving.

WATCHMAN
I am your watchman. I never sleep or slumber. I watch over you day and night. However, it is up to you to offer your body as a living sacrifice daily. It is also your responsibility to guard the gates to your mind. I have created your eyes, ears, and mouth to glorify Me on earth. I want you to watch what you see, hear, and speak

PLACES
I hear your prayers every morning for Me to put you in the right place at the right time. I have angels on duty to assist you throughout every day. However, always remember that they are activated when you speak My Word. They hearken to the voice of My Word. As you know My Holy Spirit uses your vocal chords to speak declarations and prayers while you go through this life on earth.
When you are in heaven, you will no longer need the assistance of My angels to put you in the right place at the right time because you will have arrived at your final destination.
Be on the alert today to listen carefully to My Holy Spirit's instructions as you are led various places during the day. Pray for the people that are around you in those places and ask for open doors to share My love and My Word with them.

As you go through this life, you will encounter walls that seem to separate you from people you care about. The walls may be due to an offense or some resistance on your part or those involved from being willing to forgive one another. It is not in human nature to release hurts and even to forgive those who have wounded you. However, I always stand ready to help you to be reconciled in relationships.
I gave My life to purchase you the ability to forgive others as I have forgiven you for all of your sins - past, present, and future. It is My Spirit that is able to fill your heart with My love so that you will be able to forgive others and release all hurts to Me.

HEALING
When I walked on earth, I healed all those who came to Me. I dealt with each individual uniquely.
I said to some after they received My healing touch that their faith had made them whole. To others I said, "Go and sin no more." I also told several that their sins were forgiven them. This statement caused the Pharisees to come against Me because they said that only God could forgive sins.
Forgiveness and faith are two elements that open the door to My healing power. I said that when you stand praying, forgive those who have wronged you. Forgiveness is the pavement on the highway of faith to Me. When you travel the highway of faith to My throne room, I stand ready to touch you with My healing power. Reception of My healing comes as you focus on Me, not the weakness in your own body. Resentment will lower your immune system and sometimes opens the door to disease.
You do not have to muster faith up to receive My healing touch. Because you received Me into your heart and made Me Lord of your life, the same Spirit that raised Me from the dead dwells within you. Call on that resurrection power within you to life you and draw upon My faith that resides in you always as you seek healing for your body.

I said to some after they received My healing touch that their faith had made them whole. To others I said, "Go and sin no more." I also told several that their sins were forgiven them. This statement caused the Pharisees to come against Me because they said that only God could forgive sins.

RESCUE
It is always My delight and joy to rescue you when you experience the waves of adversity about to drown you. When you go through those times remember how I got into the boat with My disciples during that horrific storm. The moment I entered their boar, suddenly we were on land. My Spirit empowered us to be transported safely to shore. .
I am in the boat with you during every stormy trial. I am speaking shalom to you. "Peace be still." During those times, you must be intentional to spend time in My presence because it is during those stormy trials that you will receive not only My peace, but also My strength and faith to overcome every trial.
Today recognize My presence with you always and tap into My peace moment by moment.
