I give My beloved sleep. I created sleep so that you have those hours of rest to refresh your spirit and restore your body. That time of rest is also a time when I and My angels can minister to you. You are so busy many days that you do not take time to rest in My presence. Your spirit and soul can be at rest during a deep sleep, but I am still awake to help you in the night.
I never sleep or slumber. I am always ready to come to your aid. However, when I walked on earth in the flesh I slept. My disciples had to wake me up when the waves and wind were beating against our boat as we crossed the Galilee. My disciples were so afraid, and I asked them why they were so fearful and why did they not have faith. With the words, "Peace be still," I calmed the storm. I can calm every storm of adversity that may hit you in this life.
Before you retire at night cast every care upon Me. Ask Me to give you a sweet sleep and thank Me for ministering to you in the night. Then when I kiss your cheek to awaken you in the morning, you will be refreshed and ready for the day.

SURRENDER
Armies raise a white flag as a sign that they want to surredner to the opposing force. You have an opposing force that wants to steal, kill, and destroy you. Daily you can have victory over that opposing force by only doing two things - submit to Me and resist the devil.
Before your day begins, come to Me and commit your body to Me as a living sacrifice. Surrender yourself and every concern that you have to Me. When you do this, My peace will blanket you and prepare you then to resist the devil.

RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS
"Random acts of kindness" is the phrase used to describe kind acts that are extendend to others.
There are no random acts of kindness in My Kingdom. As you submit your whole being to Me each day, My kindness will flow through you without your even thinking about it.
Never consider that those you encounter either by phone or in person are just randomly sent your way. I have ordained you to reach out to those you encounter with My love and kindness.
Pray every day for Me to help you love like I love. When you sincerely pray this prayer, I will see to it that many lives are touched with My acts of kindness that I demonstrate through you. Kindness is the fruit of My love within you.

GRADUATION
There is always a great celebration when a person graduates from their schooling. When you accepted Me as your Lord and Savior, you entered My Kingdom School. My Holy Spirit, the Great Teacher, began to teach you from the textbook of My Word.
Everyday I want you to come to Me and learn of Me meekness and lowliness of heart. When those two attributes of My character are developed in you, you will be able to be a fast learner. The attribute of meekness will cause you to be a ready learner and the attribute of humility will allow Me to supernaturally enable you to do what is naturally impossible.
I desire to pour out My grace, my supernatural enablement, upon you daily, but if you put up the umbrella of pride, you will be unable to receive My grace. I give grace to the humble.
Daily humble yourself before Me by casting every care upon Me. Stop trying to figure things out with your own understanding and ask Me to give you the spirit of understanding and wisdom.

WILLINGNESS AND WILFULNESS
I know your heart. In fact, I know all the hearts of people. However, the devil does not know your heart and he cannot read your mind. I know that you always want to go My way each day and I love to hear your declarations of commitment to Me daily. I love it when you offer your body to Me as a living sacrifice and the members of your body to Me as instruments of My righteousness, love, peace and joy. I love this, but the devil hates this.
I know that sometimes you feel those declarations are just routine, but they are actually effective warfare against the enemy. Satan would love to devert your focus from Me and he would love for you to do your own thing and go your own way each day. ENTERTAINMENT
I did not come to entertain mankind. When I walked on earth, many sought Me because of the miracles I did. The crowds sometimes were so overhelming that I had to teach from a boat to prevent being crushed by the crowds. I had the power to heal everyone in those great audiences, but I only healed and delivered those who came to Me.
There are many observers in churches today who seek to be entertained, but so many do not come to Me. When you come to Me with a sincere heart, I will inspire, encourage, comfort, and teach you. I will change you, not entertain you. Entertainment is for the distant observer, but I will draw close to those who draw close to Me.
When you put your full trust in Me, you will not be entertained. You will be transformed.

RULING AND REIGNING
You are in training now to rule and reign with Me when I return to earth. Paul considered the many trials he went through on earth as light affliction compared to the far greater weight of glory that awaited him. He had great assurance that one day there would be a new heaven and a new earth that would be filled with My glory.
The earth right now is spinning like a top that is slowly ending its spin. When the heavens are rolled up like a scroll and and every mountain and island on earth shall be moved out of place, My life story and your life story will not end there. It will only be the beginning. Just as surely as I live all the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of My glory.
Meditate on these truths whenever you feel that your life is in a downward spin. The truth is that all those who put their trust in Me will always be moving upward to experience more and more of My glory. I am the God of all hope and when you surrender yourself fully to Me, you will never lose hope.

SABBATH
When My disciples went through the grainfields on the Sabbath, they began to pluck the heads of the grain. The Pharisees upbraided them and asked Me why they were breaking the law of the Sabbath. I told them that the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
My Father designed the Sabbath to be a day of rest. It was created to be a day of refreshing, renewal, and reflection. Few people, however, observe this day, and this is why so many of them are frustrated and worn out. Isaiah wrote that if you observe the Sabbath by doing My Father's pleasure and going His way instead of your own, My Father will cause you to ride on the high hills of the earth.
You do not have to wait until the Sabbath to rest and cease from your own works. When you put your full trust in Me and allow Me to work through you both to will and to do of My Father's good pleasure, every day will be a delight to you.

RESOLVE
It is your custom to make new year's resolutions at the first of every year. By this time you may feel like you are falling short of those goals you wanted to accomplish. Keep in mind that there is only one goal that will enable you to make all of your goals. That goal is to be more like Me. I am all wisdom. I am your peace. I am your confidence. I am your high tower of escape from the world's troubles.
It is impossible for you to meet this high calling or goal without your resolve to surrender all to Me. My Spirit has the assignment to conform you to My image. Daily surrender your body to Me as a living sacrifice and your mind to Me to be transformed and renewed as you remain in My Word. Also resolve to resist the devil.
Never forget that it is in Me that you live and move and have your being. You are hid with Me in My Father's heart. The same power that raised Me from the dead dwells in you, so nothing is impossible when you yield to that power.

NEVERTHELESS
"Forever" and "nevertheless" are two words that describe Me. I promised never to leave you or forsake you. I said that I would be with you forever. I am always faithful to you. As you read My Word you will see the word, "nevertheless," many times. So often Israel forsook Me for a season, but nevertheless I always remained faithful to them. The same is true today as you go through this life.
There may be times when you feel I am not hearing your prayers, but nevertheless I have heard. Never doubt that I love you and that I receive every burden you release to Me. The moment you release that burden, I begin to set things in motion in the spirit realm. You cannot see what I am doing, nevertheless be assured that I have heard your prayer and things are in motion to deliver you the answer.
Whenever you pray anything according to My will, I not only answer, but I also grant the petitions you have made.

TENDER HEARTS
I have given you all power over all the power of the enemy when you come against him with My name. You are seated with Me in heavenly places where you are high above all principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and wickedness in heavenly places. You are in a position of power, but never lord it over others.

SECURITY
You live in an age that I called "The Beginning of Sorrows." There are wars and rumors of wars, famines, earthquakes, and many other traumatic occurences. Many are seeking a place to hide from these horendous occurences. However, there is only one place that is safe. That place of safety is in Me.

ANGELS
If you could have your eyes opened to see into the spirit realm, you would see angels surrounding you. I am the Captain of the Heavenly Hosts and every day I assign angels to help you. Angels are sent to earth to assist My saints. Angels hearken to the voice of My Word. Every time you declare My Word or speak My name out loud, angels come to attention and they stand ready to help you.

CONTINUATION - COMMITMENT
Love without commitment is not love at all. When I walked on Earth, I was committed first to My Father and then to the twelve Father called Me to train to continue My work. Only one of the twelve was not committed and he betrayed Me. Betrayal is one of the most traumatic emotional events in a person's life. I experienced betrayal so that I can comfort you when this happens in your life.
When you are totally committed to Me first in your life and then to those who are near you, the love you express to them will continue for even generations to come. My love is eternal and as you remain faithful to Me, My love will flow through you and you will even have the power to forgive those who you feel have betrayed you.
Today is a day to recommit to Me. I have called you to express My love to all you meet. You will continue in My love as you continue in My Word. I always will remain faithful to you and when you receive this truth in your heart, you will be able to forgive those who do not remain faithful to you.

WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING
I desire for you to grow in your knowledge of My love as you spend time in My Word and prayer. You cannot give what you do not receive and receiving My love is essential if you want to glorify Me in your life. However, just receiving My love is not enough. I want you to transmit My love to others. In order to do that, you need more than just knowledge. You need wisdom and understanding.
Wisdom is applied knowledge. The only way you can apply the knowledge of My love to others is to grow in your understanding of others. When you lack understanding, you will easily be offended by what others do and say. My love is never offended.
I want you to respond to people instead of reacting to them. Ask Me daily to open the eyes of your understanding so that you will respond to others with My love instead of taking things personally. Also ask Me for the wisdom to know how to respond to them in such a way that My love is transmitted to them.

There is no way anyone living today can absorb all of this knowlege. This is why you need focus. Focus on the knowledge that will last eternally. The knowledge of My Word and My love will last forever. Daily seek to grow in the knowledge of My love. I desire for you to know the height, depth, length, and width of My love. This knowledge is impossible to obtain with your natural mind. However, My Spirit can open the eyes of your understanding to comprehend more about Me and My love as you seek Me with all of your heart.

RESIDENCE
How you see your residence is extremely important. Most people have a place where they reside. Their place of residence is where they sleep at night, eat their meals, wash their clothes and put on fresh clothes, comb their hair, and do many other daily activities. Some people, however, have no permanent place of residence. Such was the case with Me. Many loving people opened their homes to Me, fed Me, and gave Me a place to sleep. I loved going to Bethany where Lazarus, Mary, and Martha took care of Me.
I always knew that My residence was not on this Earth. Your permanent residence also is not on this Earth. You are a citizen of heaven and an ambassador for Me on Earth. When you have this perspective, the mundane chores of life and all your possessions will pale in the light of My glory.
I desire for you to recognize My presence with you all the day long. I am your permanent residence and I also go to prepare a place for you so that where I am now, one day you will be there also. RECEPTORS
I created you with five receptors in your body. Those five receptors are your five senses - touch, taste, see, hear, and smell. I placed those receptors there so that you can enjoy My creation every day. I also created you with two spiritual receptors - spiritual eyes and ears. With your spiritual ears you can hear My voice as I seek to direct your steps and to express My love to you daily. With your spiritual eyes you can seek My face and use your faith eyes to see to take the next step as I direct you.
I challenge you today to use your spiritual receptors. There is so much I want to tell you and so many ways I want to express My love to you. Even though you cannot see into the spirit realm, you can know My presence with you and see with faith eyes those things that I have prepared for you to do and to enjoy today.
Get beyond the physical boundaries of your natural body and allow Me to take you to the higher ground in My Spirit. In My presence is fulness of joy.

PROMISES
All the promises in My Word are yes and amen in Me. Many misunderstand this statement. They think that when they calim a promise out loud that it will be fulfilled. Naming and claiming will not work simply because you believe and speak a promise. There are conditions that must be met before My promises can be fulfilled in your life.
I am the One Who though you will meet those conditions as you abide in Me, abide in My Word, and abide in My love. The major condition is that you allow Me to live My life through you as you daily submit your body to Me as a living sacrifice and you daily allow your mind to be renewed by My Word.
I said, "Whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." I also said, "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you." Position yourself today to receive My promises by abiding in Me, abiding in My Word, and abiding in My love.

SOWING AND REAPING
I desire for you to sow into My kingdom daily. Even if you cannot sow monies to help laborers in My Kingdom, there is much you can do to sow into My Kingdom. The fruit of love that manifests itself in kindness, gentleness, longsuffering, joy, peace, goodness, self control and faithfulness is more valuable in My Kingdom than contributions of money given to further My Kingdom.
You cannot sow this kind of love without Me. I am love. Only My life within you can produce the manifestations of love that will have great impact in My Kingdom.
Today and every day ask Me to help you love others with My love. As you abide in Me and abide in My Word, My love will be sown into the hearts and lives of many and you will always be a fruitful laborer in this last great harvest.

PERFECTION
Whenever you seek to do things perfectly in order to please others, you will always be frustrated. So many of My beloved are performance oriented and they put the heavy burden of seeking perfection upon themselves.
I long for you and others to receive this fact with assurance - I love you just the way you are and you always please My Father because when He sees you, He sees Me. I am the "Perfect One." HOPE
Hope is the confident expectation of good. Hope is the anchor for your soul. Worldly hope is just wishful thinking, but hope in Me will shield your emotions from experiencing depression, oppression, and all kinds of emotional upheavals. Your emotions can be compared to the waves of the sea that are troubled when storms arise. When the storms of financial, relational, and other difficulties cause your soul to be troubled, drop the anchor of hope in Me. When you do this, the waves of adversity will not be able then to pull you under.
I am your hope. There are so many things you can hope for when you put all of your trust in Me. You can hope that the day will come when you will have a resurrected body free from disease and sickness. The day will come when you will see Me face to face and you will know Me as you have never known Me while you traveled your journey on Earth. The day will come when you will again see those who left life's journey before you.
Hope in Me is also a refuge that you can run to when the troubles in this world increase and they will increase in these last days. Hope in Me dispels all fear and hope in Me gives you the full assurance that I accept you just the way you are. While you were yet a sinner, I died for you to provide the robe of righteousness that you wear daily. Yes, there will be days when you fail to drop your anchor of hope in Me, but rest assured that My Spirit will remind you to look to Me and He will give you the strength to throw the anchor of hope in Me once again.

SURGERY
Physical surgery is not pleasant. No one wants to go under the knife. However, I seek daily to do surgery on your soul. I am the "Great Physician" Who can use My surgical instrument, My Word, to deal with your flesh. Only My Word has the power to divide the soul from the spirit.
Soulish thinking comes from an unrenewed mind. Those who refuse to place their flesh under My knife by taking time to renew their minds in My Word will always have trouble with their fleshly, worldly lusts. Those who take time in My Word daily and ask My Holy Spirit to lead and guide them into all truth, can receive healing for their broken hearts and deliverannce from fleshly bondage.
Daily lift up your soul to Me and ask Me to take all worldly excess away from your flesh. Then meditate on My Word the rest of the day, and you will keep yourself from giving into many temptations.

INVASION OF PEACE
Allow My peace to invade your soul. One way to soak in My peace is to make sure that you spend a few moments every day and evening to absorb the beauty of My creation. Enjoy My handywork. By Me, through Me, and for Me all things were created for the purpose of drawing you close to Me. Talk with Me as you view the sunrise and then praise Me in the evening at sunset. Look heavenward to the stars. I have named every one of them and that is how personal I am with you.
You live in an age were there is much trouble. Always take advantage of the quiet moments with Me to soak in My presence. All creation praises Me and as you take time to look at creation, you will know My presence so very near to you.

SPIRIT PRAYING
Allow My Spirit to pray through you. Pray in the Spirit often. Never hesitate to open your mouth at every opportunity to pray in the Spirit - while you are driving, while you are in the store, and while you are at home. When you pray in the Spirit mountains move, walls come down, and victories are won in the spirit realm.
When you give voice to My Spirit within you, you will see miracles. It is not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit that marvelous things are accomplished in My Kingdom.

GROANING
All creation is in a state of groaning as it waits for My coming. Like a woman in labor, the pain of all creation is intensifying because something wonderful is about to be birthed. What is about to be birthed is worth the wait, the groaning, and the labor. I called the times you are experiencing now the beginning of sorrows. However, you do not need to sorrow. Instead, look up because your redemption is drawing nigh.
I am the Redeemer of all things. I redeem the years the locusts have eaten in the past years of your life. I redeem all that the enemy has stolen from you. You see on the news almost daily now the wars and rumors of war, strange weather, the tsunamis, earthquakes, famine, and pestilence. Pray for those who suffer these things, but pray also for the laborers who are proclaiming My good news throughout the earth. Time is short.
Make it your goal this year to redeem the time. There is no time to waste. Intensify your prayer life as the labor of earth intensifies.
