FLOODS

So many are praying for their prodigals to return home.  Be assured that I hear those prayers of concerned parents.

The promise in My Word that will give those who have prodigals hope was spoken by Jeremiah centuries ago. Jeremiah spoke this: "For I will pour upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground.  I will pour My spirit upon your seed, and My blessing upon your offspring."

Keep praying for your prodigals, and speak this prophecy over them.  Pray that they will become thirsty for Me and for My Word.

ISAIAH 44:3 

BONDAGE

When I taught on earth, I told the Jewish believers that if they continued in My Word they would know the truth and the truth would set them free.

They answered Me and said that they had never been in bondage.  I replied, "Verily, verily, I say to you, 'Whoever commits sin is the servant of sin.'"

I added, "If the Son therefore shall make you free, you shall be free indeed." Everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.  The only way out of bondage is to allow Me and the Words I speak to set you free.

JOHN 8:31-36

BITTER

The author of Hebrews warned against allowing a root of bitterness to develop in you if someone has hurt you. Allowing this will cause you to fall short of the grace of God.  

The root of bitterness in your heart can defile even those closest to you. Grace is the supernatural ability to do what cannot be done in the natural.

Whenever there are broken relationships in your life, pray for the person who is hurt.  If you were hurt, allow Me to heal your heart.  Then you can trust Me to give you My love for that person. When you do this, you are allowing My supernatural power to work in your life and you will not fall short of My grace.

HEBREWS 12:15.

 

THORNS

When I told the parable of the sower, I was talking about how the seed of the Word of God can grow and become fruitful.

The seed that fell among the thorns only produced a little fruit because the seed was choked by the thorns. Some people hear and receive My Word, but they can not bear much fruit because they are more interested in fulfilling their own pleasure than spending time in My presence and in My Word.

Spending time in My presence will give you joy and pleasures that are eternal.  Tomorrow and every day, take time just to sit in My presence and meditate on My Word.  When you do this, you will have a pleasant day.

LUKE 8:14; PSALM 16:11

BREAD

When I walked on earth, I said that I was the living bread that came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live forever; and the bread that I will give is My flesh, that I will give for the life of the world.

Many did not understand what I said.  They did not know that I would be the living sacrifice that was prepared before the foundation of the earth to take away the sins of the world.

On that day when I died on the tree, My flesh was torn, and the veil that separated mankind from My Holy Father was torn also. Those who believe that I died and was resurrected will live forever.

JOHN 6:51

IMAGINATION

 I created the imagination to enable you to worship Me.  When Adam and Eve walked with Me in the garden they had divine imaginations that enabled them to have continual pictures in their minds of My beauty and the beauty I created in the garden.

The eye of the mind is the imagination.  I had to destroy the whole earth with the exception of Noah and his family because the people on earth became vain (prideful) in their imaginations.

The idols that men create now are demonic images that Satan put in their imaginations.  I exhort you to pull down all vain imaginations that Satan gives you because it is those imaginations that cause strongholds in your life.

GENESIS 6:5; 2 CORINTHIANS 10:5

HOLD

Your father always held your hand when you crossed the street.  You had great confidence in him.  You knew without a doubt that he would guide you safely across the street.

I want you to have that same confidence in My heavenly Father and in Me.  I want you always to hold fast to that confidence.

The writer of Hebrews exhorted the Jewish people he wrote to hold fast to their confidence. Hebrews 3:14: "For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end."

ENLARGE

Paul wrote the Corinthian church that he and those traveling with him had mouths that were open and hearts that were enlarged. I want you to have the same attitude as you are with people.

I want you to be able to speak to people with a heart that is enlarged by My love towards them.  I want you to be able to speak My truths with My anointing.  Pray that your heart will never be prejudice or judgmental.

Each person you speak to is a treasure to Me.  When you speak from your heart rather than your mind, and esteem others higher than yourself, My words will flow through you and their hearts will be touched. 

2 CORINTHIANS 6:11

PRIESTS

I have made you a kingdom of priests.  I know that you would never think of yourself as a priest.  However, when you accepted Me as your LORD and Savior, I came by My Holy Spirit to live in you.

When you have time, study the priestly role that the Levitical priesthood had in the First Covenant.  You will see that they were quite busy offering sacrifices.  They wore beautiful garments.

Now think of yourself as a priest.  You daily offer Me the sacrifices of thanksgiving, praise and worship. I have dressed you in the garment of praise.  I want you to see yourself as a priest Who is so welcome to come into My throne to present these sacrifices and also to make your requests known to Me.

1 PETER 2:9

CONFESSION

The writer of Hebrews exhorted his audience to hold fast their confession.  Two of the things the writer mentioned to hold fast to was confidence in My blood and confidence that you can approach My throne boldly.

When you confess and profess what My blood does for you out loud, you fill the atmosphere with My Holy Spirit and My angels.  Satan hates it when you speak about My blood.

It is through the shedding of My blood that you are forgiven, sanctified, justified (just as if you never sinned), redeemed, healed, made righteous, and continually cleansed. Make this confession daily.

HEBREWS 10:23

VEIL

There is a veil of darkness over the eyes of those who do not know Me.  They simply cannot understand My Word.  That veil of darkness can come to a person who has involved with the occult.

The veil of darkness can come also by the spirit of darkness and blindness that has had the assignment to blind the eyes of a person who has yet to have spiritual understanding of My Word.

Pray fervently for those who have this veil over their eyes.  Bind the spirit of darkness and the spirit of blindness in My blood and command it to leave.  Then loose My Spirit of truth.  Only He can open the eyes of their understanding.

EPHESIANS 16:19

CONTINUE

In order to be My disciple, you must continue in My Word.  Only then will the truths of My Word be able to set you free from all the strongholds in your life.

When I told My disciples what would give them My joy in life, I mentioned three things.  I told them that they should abide in Me, My Word, and My love.

So many people are not even studying My Word today.  Pray for those who have left off faithfully reading and heeding My Word. Pray that they will see the value of My Word and understand that My Word will give them joy and liberty.

JOHN 8:31

ENTER

I purchased direct entrance into My Throne Room when I shed My blood on the cross to forgive you and reconcile you to My Father.  You can now enter boldly and approach My throne of grace. When you do this, you will obtain mercy and also find grace to help in time of need.

Never hesitate to come to Me with your requests.  I want you to cast every care upon Me because I care for you so much.  I love it when you start your prayers with thanksgiving and praise.

Your thanksgivings and praises tell Me that you have full confidence that I not only will hear your prayers, but I also will answer them.  I look forward to receiving your requests tomorrow and every day.

HEBREWS 4:16;  PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7

FASHION

King David knew that I had fashioned him and made him.  He wrote: "Your hands have made me and fashioned me, give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments (Psalm 119:73)."  He also wrote: "Your eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in Your book all my members were written, that in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them (Psalm  139:16)."

So many in your culture today have no understanding that they were created by Me to be a part of My family on earth.  They were created to reveal My glory on earth throughout their lives.

Pray for revelation knowledge to come to many during this harvest time in history. Pray for the eyes of their understanding to be opened to this truth so that they can believe in Me and enter My kingdom.

PSALM 119:73, 139:16

KING

When I return to earth, I will come as King of all the earth.  I have always been King of all the earth, but many have not acknowledged My position. When you study My Word, you will see how I have the power to promote kings and demote them.

I set kings in position to rule the people.  Some rule wisely.  Others rule without My wisdom.  During this year when you will elect a new president,  recognize the power that I have.

Historically, kings who humbled themselves and asked for My wisdom were kings who ruled their people well.  Pray in this year of elections for those to be placed in authority who will seek Me first.

PSALM 47:7

LAST

Paul wrote Timothy that in the last days perilous times would come.  He described those times as follows: Men would be lovers of themselves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy.

They would be without natural affection, trucebreakers, false, accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God.

They would have a form of godliness, but would deny the power thereof. This is a description of what you are experiencing in your nation today. Pray continually for revival and reformation of your culture.

2 TIMOTHY 3:1-5

COURAGE

You never thought that you would live in a day when you needed courage to be a Christian.  It is like you are living in the days Luke wrote about in the Book of Acts.  That was a time of persecution of the church.

Your culture in America has fallen so far from the truths of My gospel in such a short time.  You are alive now to intercede for your fellow Christians on earth and to encourage them to have courage.

Paul was so blessed as he traveled to find like minded believers who loved Me with all their hearts and who also loved them with such brotherly love.  Use every day to encourage others in these dark times.

ACTS 28:15

TURN

I shared with My disciples that they soon would experience great persecution.  I told them that they would be delivered up to the synagogues and into prisons and that they would even be brought before kings and rulers for My name's sake.

Then I said that all they experienced would turn to them for a testimony.  The persecution of Christians in your present day is more than it has ever been.  This is a sign of the times that I am returning soon.

When you face trial, traumatic, and dark times, your light will shine brighter than ever.  My light that shines within you during trials will form a testimony that will draw many to Me. Pray for those who are being persecuted for My name that many souls will be won by their testimonies.

LUKE 21:12-13; PROVERBS 4:18

Glory

"Give honor where honor is due."  You sing a song about My glory in your worship time. One phrase in that song is, "You deserve the glory and the honor."

When you worship Me, think about the glories in heaven that you will see one day.  Think about the glories on earth that you see daily. The whole earth is filled with My glory (My manifested presence).

Do not forget that you are My glory.  I chose you to make My presence known on earth.  You daily have the opportunity to manifest My presence. Pray that you will glorify Me in what you say and do.

PSALM 72:19, 96:3. 97:6

APPOINTMENTS

I know how you want to make your appointments on time.  You learned many years ago that arriving late to an appointment was truly unkind. Your delay can cause others to have to reschedule their day.

There is one appointment that you do want to make on time.  That is your appointment to finally see Me face to face.  Everyone has an appointment to die and few have the opportunity to schedule their death.

Your appointment to die and leave the earth is written in your book of life.  Pray that you will make that appointment on time (not a day late or a day early).
