KINDRED

It is always encouraging to meet kindred spirits wherever you go whether it be in the hospital, on a job, or even on vacation.  When people are one in My Spirit, there is no separation at all.  You feel like family.

Through this trial with your husband you have experienced the value of My body on Earth.  So many have been praying and even fasting for his recovery.  You are one with them in the Spirit.

I was one in the Spirit with My disciples even though they were quite a crew of men and women who had been delivered from many problems.  The major problem they all had was pride.  Once they knew without a doubt that they could do nothing without My strength, they became one in their humility.  Humility always brings strength because people depend upon Me instead of themselves.

WEARY

I can identify with weariness.  There were many days when I was weary in the evening after the crowds had pressed Me to heal and deliver them.  I have been touched with every feeling of your weaknesses because I am God in the flesh.

I can intercede for you now in a perfect way because I am human as well as divine.  Weariness develops when we have emotionally overwhelming days.  Do not allow My enemy to discourage you on such days.

Come to Me on those days when you are weary, and I will give you rest.  Do not carry any burdens.  Give them all to Me, and then I can infuse you with the strength of My Holy Spirit.

HEBREWS 4:15; MATTHEW 11:28-30

COMBAT

When you accepted Me as your Lord and Savior, you entered My army, and you are a combat soldier.  My enemy came to kill, steal, and destroy, but I came to give you life and life more abundantly.

The battle you have entered is different from physical battles. The spiritual battle you fight has already been won.  I won over all of your enemies when I died on the tree to set you free from sin, sickness, and disease.

You are always on the winning side because as Captain of the Heavenly Hosts, I do battle for you.  Your part is to use the authority I have given you in My name and by My blood to bind My enemy and His demonic army and to loose My Holy Spirit to help you claim victory.  The battle is Mine and the victory is yours.

NEXT

Sometimes when you go through horrific trials, you ask yourself, "What is going to happen next?"
Rest assured that I always know what is going to happen next in your life.

There are several books in heaven that one day will be read to you.  One of the books is called the "Book of Life."  Your members are written in that book plus the date of your birth and the date when you will see Me face to face.

All you have to do daily is ask My Holy Spirit to guide you throughout the day and to put you in the right place at the right time.  Commit your body, your day, your works to Me daily and My Spirit will help you stay on the same page that is written in your "Book of Life." Ask him what to do next, and He will guide you.

PSALM 139

SATISFACTION

People seek satisfaction in many ways.  Some go on vacations and they believe that this will satisfy them at least for a season.  Others seek satisfaction through drugs and alcohol.  All of those ways to seek satisfaction are only temporary, and many of those ways will cause a downward spiral in a life.

Eternal satisfaction only comes from Me.  Many do not realize that they have a longing in their hearts for eternal satisfaction, and only I can fill that longing.

I want to satisfy My beloved with long, meaningful and fruitful years.  I want to satisfy them with blessings upon blessings.  Thank Me today that you have found the secret to eternal satisfaction, and no matter what happens to you in this life, you can always be satisfied with My presence with you.

DIGNITY

I gave you this word this morning because this word describes Me.  The definition of "dignity" is worthiness, nobility, high position, rank and title.

I am seated at the right hand of My Holy Father. This is My position. I am far above all principalities and powers.  My rank is "Captain of the Heavenly Hosts." My title is "King of Kings, and Lord of Lords."I am worthy of all praise.

Today I want you to meditate on the position that I share with you. You are seated with Me in heavenly places because I am in you and you are in Me.  I have given you the authority in My name to break the power of My enemy. .Use that authority today.

EPHESIANS 1:17-23, 2:5-6

VALIANT

I stand by to give you the power to do valiantly and to give you the prayers that will dispel the enemy.  Because you trust in Me, and you do not trust in the arm of flesh, you will see My power displayed in troubled times.

It is My delight to do battle for you, and I am a valiant warrior.  Vain is the help of those who do not trust in Me.

I will tread down every enemy that is coming against you.  I have not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.  Today allow My Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind to perform valiant deeds thru your earthly vessel.

PSALM 60:11-12; 2 TIMOTHY 1:7

EDIFYING

Often you will encounter people who speak about subjects that are not edifying.  I want your speech always to edify the listener.

You may ask, "How can I develop this type of speech?"  You simply have to follow the exhortations My servant Paul gave to the Philippian church. He exhorted them to only think about those things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, virtuous, and praise worthy.

You usually speak what you are thinking about.  When you pass Paul's "Think Test," you will also pass the "Talk Test."  Fill your mind with edifying thoughts today, and your speech will bless others.

PHILIPPIANS 4:8

REALITY

Sometimes facing reality is extremely difficult.  However, I want you to call those things that are not as though they are.  This takes faith, and faith comes by hearing and hearing by My Word.

When you are going through a difficult trial I want you to abide in My word.  Read My Word out loud, and especially concentrate on my promises.

I do not want you to look at the things that are seen when you are experiencing a great trial.  Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.  I want you to focus on My presence with you.  I want you to seek My face, and know that I am always face to face with you.
I never turn My back on you,.  I will see you through every trial.

HEBREWS 11:1

ENDURANCE

I gave you the word, "endurance," this morning because most people can remember the trials that they had to endure in the past.  Right now you are experiencing a trial that seems unending.

Do not allow My enemy to discourage you.  I am the strength of your life, and I live within you.  Think of the many trials I had to endure in order to purchase your salvation with My very own blood.
That quality of endurance is in you because I live within you.

Whenever you weaken and feel like you cannot endure one more minute of your trial, tap into My endurance.  I am durable and you are durable because of My joy.  Allow My joy to well up within you and strengthen you, and take heart.  The end of this trial will come.  Until then, stay in thanksgiving and praise because I am infusing you daily with My endurance.

RESCUE

When you are going through a trial sometimes you feel like a drowning person who yells in desperation, "Help! Save Me."  I am Your Savior and I truly am the One Who hears your cry.

Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but I deliver them from them all. The moment you cry out to Me, I hear your cry, and I begin the battle to deliver you.

My adversary, the devil, wants to hinder you in every way from spreading My good news to the world. Take heart!  He is a defeated foe.  I won the battle over him and his demons on the cross.  Your part is to take authority over his plans.  When Daniel fasted and cried out for his nation, it took three weeks before he received the answer because there was spiritual warfare that delayed his reception of that answer.

FORGETTING

As you look back over your life, it is so easy  to forget how My hand was upon you from the day you were born.  This is why I want you to write down those moments when I revealed My hand upon you.

Those things you could write down will reveal how active I am in your life and how I am a God of details.  For example, that friend you just happened to see in the store when you went shopping, and how your talk with that friend was edifying.

What you write down could be as simple as My leading you to find something that was lost when you prayed out loud, "All things lost found in My name."  You will see how I weave so many blessings throughout your day,and you will end your day rejoicing.

PSALM 103

TRUTH

You live in an age when people are spinning fake facts through the media.  It is hard for you to tell what is the truth and what is not the truth.

There is only one way to know the truth.  First, you must continue in My Word, and you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free..  Only My Word can give you clear discernment about what is true.  Second, ask My Holy Spirit Who is the "Spirit of Truth" to reveal to you what is the truth through My Word.

My Word is sharper than a two edged sword and is able to divide the soul from the spirit, and it is also a discerner of the very thoughts and intents of the heart.  More than ever, you need keen discernment, and remember always that I am the "TRUTH."  Stay in communication with Me, and you will be able to discern a lie when you hear it or read it.

TRUST

Many of My beloved sing the song, "Trust and obey, for there is no other way to be happy in Jesus than to trust and obey."  The spiritual exercise of trust is strengthened when believers go through difficult circumstances.

Trust is different than faith.  Faith always is exercised in the present.  Trust is releasing the days ahead of you to Me.  This is difficult because you do not know what will happen if you release yourself, your future, and all of your loved ones to Me.

Trust includes waiting upon Me.  You may not know what will happen tomorrow, but you do know Me, and I never change.  When you deepen your relationship with Me and discover My true character, it will be much easier to trust that whatever I do in the future days will include a blessing that could happen no other way.

PROVERBS 3:5-6

DETERMINATION

I want you to daily be determined to do My will.  You cannot know what lies ahead, but as long as you are determined to hear My Holy Spirit as He leads and guides you to do the next thing, I will accomplish My will through you.

Each day is a new page in your book of life.  Begin each day with an exciting expectation of many divine appointments that you will make.  Receive each day with joy by spending time in My presence.

Know with assurance that I also am determined to enable you to accomplish every good work I have planned for you to do moment by moment.  I want you to thank everyone of My beloved you have had great determination to daily lift your husband in prayer as he receives strength and healing daily from My throne room.
