TRIUMPH

I have already triumphed over all your enemies. The word, "triumph" indicates that a victory has already been won.  When you put your trust in Me, I will always cause you to triumph (celebrate the victory that I have already won).

When you pray about any situation, see with eyes of faith that I have already finished victoriously every issue and concern that you might have.  When  I exclaimed, "It is finished!" when I died on the tree, it truly was finished.  All that you need in this life was purchased by My own shed blood.
Your sorrows, pain, sicknesses, and every sin was placed upon Me on that day. 

I won complete victory over every battle you may face today and every day until you meet Me face to face.  Rejoice today and celebrate your victory in Me.

2 CORINTHIANS 2:14; COLOSSIANS 2:15

THRONE

When you hear the word, "Throne," I know that you immediately see in your mind an ornate, jeweled throne that has scarlet velvet pillows.  You also see steps to reach the throne.  You may even imagine guards around the throne.

Today I want to give you the picture of My throne.  I want you to have this picture because you are seated with Me in heaven.  Isaiah saw My throne.  He saw seraphims with six wings.   The seraphims are My guards around My throne.  They were saying, "Holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory."

John saw My throne.  He saw a rainbow around My throne.  The throne looked like jasper and a sardine stone.  It also looked like emerald.  Lightnings and thunderings proceeded from My throne. He saw four seraphim around My throne.  He heard them cry out, "Worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power, for you have created all things for they were created for your pleasure." I created you for My pleasure and one day you will see My throne in all of its glory.

ISAIAH 6:1-3; REVELATION 4:2-11

SUPPLICATION

My servant Paul exhorted believers to be anxious in nothing, but instead to pray about everything.  He urged believers to make their supplications and prayers with thanksgiving.  This is the key to praying effectively.  Thank Me ahead of time before you receive from Me.  You can do this with faith because faith is the evidence of things not seen. When you pray, pray receiving and believing.

You may ask, "What is the difference between prayer and supplication?"  Supplication is loud crying out to Me.  Whenever the children of Israel cried out to Me, I heard them and delivered them.  I am not hard of hearing, but your loud crying seals something in your own heart.  It seals the fact that you are persistent and serious. 

When you cry out to Me and thank Me ahead of time for hearing and answering your cry, you will see results from your prayers.  The result will be that you will have complete peace of mind and a settled heart that I have heard your prayers and that I have answered.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Everyone likes to be an achiever.  People like to have many degrees, awards, and honors given to them.  I have a special award for those who achieve in My Kingdom.  This award is called the "Dependency Award."  This award is given to those who have depended upon Me to do My Father's will through them. 

Whenever a person tries to achieve honor in My Kingdom through their own efforts, that person will miss My saying, "Well done, My good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into the joy of your Lord."  That person will enter into My Kingdom simply because he has believed in Me.  However, those works that were done in his own self-effort will be burned when his works are judged for reward.

I am so pleased when you depend upon Me both to will and to do of My Father's good pleasure throughout your life.  Keep depending upon Me.

ATTEMPT

Before you ever attempt to do anything major in your life like a major household project of a major business decision, I want you to seek Me in prayer.  Life in the Spirit is very practical.  My brother James wrote, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all liberally, and upbraids not; and it shall be given him." I am all wisdom and I want to give you My wisdom and counsel before you attempt major things in your life.

Look at the word, "attempt."  The word, "tempt" is a part of that word.  My enemy will tempt you to make hasty decisions without asking for the counsel of My Spirit or My wisdom.  I want you to pray about everything, not just the small things.  I am able to perfect everything that is a concern to you.

JAMES 1:5; 1 CORINTHIANS 1:30

AFFLICTIONS

No one likes to think about being afflicted by circumstances.  My Word, however, gives an encouraging prophecy about affliction.  David wrote: "Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivers him out of them all."  My servant David experienced much affliction in his lifetime.  His life was one of fight and flight.  However, he experienced My deliverance in all of his afflictions.

You can trust Me to deliver you out of every affliction.  Even though the afflictions seem to be overwhelming at the time, you can know that I will eventually deliver you.  Study My Word and see how many times My Father looked upon the affliction of His people, and He had mercy upon them and delivered them from all their afflictions.

I am your hiding place in the midst of affliction, and I will give you songs of deliverance for you to sing as you travel through and out of  every affliction.

PSALM 34:19; 32:7

CHALLENGES

Every day you are faced with challenges.  There may be a leak in your plumbing, a reorganization in your work place, or a child who brought home a bad grade from school.  Truly life is full of challenges. 

When those challenges come, I want you to instantly turn to Me.  Give me the problem whatever it is and then try to think of a promise from My Word that you can declare over the problem.  For example, when you have a plumbing problem, you could declare "I commit this work of fixing this plumbing issue to you, Lord, and I know you will establish my thoughts and show me what to do."  If there is a problem in your work place, you can declare: "You are my peace, Lord, and I will just pray about this."  Give me the details of the problem and then I can send you My peace.  When a child is struggling in school, declare over that child: "You have My mind (the mind of Christ).

When challenges come your way, pray the promise out loud.  Then glance at the problem and gaze at Me.  When you do this, your mind will be renewed to think My thoughts instead of negative thoughts.

2 CORINTHIANS 1:20

IF

The word "if" is one of My enemy's favorite words.  He used that word when he tempted Me in the wilderness.  He said, "If you are the Son of God, command this stone to be turned to bread."  Then he promised Me his kingdoms if  I would worship him.  When he took me up to the pinnacle, he said, "If you are the Son of God, cast yourself down for it is written, He shall give his angels charge over you, to keep you."

My enemy uses no new tactics.  He still seeks to put doubt in your mind by raising that "if" question in your mind.  He wants you to think about the past or the future because he knows that faith will only work in the "now."  He wants you to regret your past and plants this thought in your mind: "If you had not done or said this, then that would not have happened."  Then he plants this thought about your future, "If this happens, then what will you do."  That thought will keep you in a worry whirl.

Be cautious when you hear the word, "if" and resist thoughts of doubt and unbelief with My Word even as I used My Father's Word to resist the devil in the wilderness.  The next time you have regrets about your past or fears about your future, say this out loud: "The Lord is My righteousness.  He is My provider in the now, My protection in the future, and My peace when I think about the past."

LUKE 4

STIMULATION

I created your five senses (touch, taste, see, smell, and hear)  to receive stimulation from the beauty I created on earth.  When you look at the beauty of a rose, appreciate the rich color.Touch its smooth velvet like petals.  Smell its fragrant perfume.  When you taste your favorite food, smell it  and allow the delicious taste to linger on your taste buds as you chew slowly.  When you are by the seashore, listen to the waves as they crash on the beach and then return to the sea in a slow rhythm.  I want you to use every sense to enjoy My creation.

Sadly the world has turned to other ways to stimulate their senses.  Often those who do not recognize Me as the creator of all things, turn to drugs, alcohol, and music that does not lift the soul.

Today, stop and smell the roses.  If you are worried or tense about a situation, take a short walk and notice the beauty of My creation as you walk.  Turn off the noise of the world, and tune into My voice.  I long to stimulate your five senses with the beauty of My holiness.  Give Me a chance to do just that today and every day as you take moments throughout the day to recognize My presence and the beauty of My holiness.

PSALM 29

FEELINGS

Remember always that My enemy works in the area of your feelings.  He loves to give you feelings of fear, panic, and all kinds of emotional turmoil.  This is why hope is the anchor of your soul.
When the waves of adversity come your way, the only thing that can steady the ship of your life is hope.

You live in an age when many have lost their hope.  You will never lose hope because I am able to dispense My peace and My very glory to you whenever you feel like you have lost all hope.

I am your hope. Paul wrote to the believers in Colosse that I live within every believer and that I am their very hope of glory. Paul greeted Timothy in his first letter to him with these words:"Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Savior, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope".  You can hold fast until the end of this age because I am your hope and I will be with you always even until the end of this age and for all eternity.

HEBREWS 6:19; COLOSSIANS 1:27; 1 TIMOTHY 1:1

RESTRICT

When My Father gave the ten commandments to Moses, He had the welfare of the children of Israel in His heart.  He knew that if they had no restrictions, they would continue to live unfruitful lives. The Pharisees and Sadducees put many religious restrictions on people.  Those restrictions caused people to be under the heavy burden of condemnation.. 

I do not want to restrict you.  On the contrary, I condensed the whole law to only two commandments - Love the Lord God with all your heart, soul, and mind and love your neighbor as yourself.  When you follow the law of love and allow My love to fill you to overflow, you will not need any restrictions because My Spirit will help you love Me with all of your heart and also love others.

I came to fulfill the law. It is only when you have an intimate relationship with Me that you will live a fruitful and joyful life.  I told My disciples how they could bear much fruit and remain in My joy.  I told them to abide in Me, abide in My Word, and abide in My love.  Do these three things and you will fulfill all the law.

ARMS

Prophets of old often mentioned the holy arm of the Lord.  I am that holy arm.  Isaiah wrote, "Who has believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?  For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of the dry ground, he has no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him."  When I died on the tree, I was marred beyond recognition.  On that day there was no beauty in My form.

When I died to provide the acceptable sacrifice for sin so that those who believe in Me can receive My righteousness, My arms were extended to the whole world.  I wanted to gather everyone in My loving arms to protect them from the evil one.  Sadly, many in the world rejected Me and still are rejecting My offer to cleanse them of all their sins.

Pray for those who refuse to allow Me to enfold them in My everlasting arms. 

ISAIAH 53:1-2

ENERGY

I know there are days when you just feel spent.  You think your energy has been depleted.  The truth, however, is that you have not spent the time needed to rest in My presence.  When you rest in My presence, My Holy Spirit will be able to energize you. 

Physical exercise also helps you to have more energy, but it does not profit you as much as spiritual exercise does.  Your spiritual food is My Word and your spiritual exercise is prayer.  When you have a balanced diet of My Word daily and time spent communing with Me throughout your day, you will not be exhausted at the end of the day.

My servant Paul exhorted Jude to build himself up in his most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit. Take time today to just rest your body and pray in the Spirit.  My Spirit then will be able to touch both your body and your inner being with the electricity of My presence and your battery will be recharged to continue the day in My strength.  My joy is your strength.

JUDE 20; NEHEMIAH 8:10

RADIANCE

My Word is truly a lamp to your feet and a light to your path. I desire for you to be My reflection to others as they look into the mirror of your face.  I want you to so shine with the light of My presence with you that others will ask what makes your face shine.

When you spend time in My presence, I am able to share My glory with you.  Remember how Moses' face shined so brightly after being in My presence that he had to cover his face. When you reflect My glory to others, the radiance of My love will touch those who you encounter today.

Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify My Father in heaven.  The work I have for you is simply believing, receiving, and sharing My radiant love with others.

MATTHEW 5:16

HIDING PLACE

Truly I am your hiding place.  I am a shield around about you and the glory and the lifter of your head.  I am the high tower that you can run to in times of trouble. 

Every morning when you wake up picture yourself in the hiding place that I have provided for you.  Picture yourself in a pavilion far away from the strife of  tongues and all the strife that My enemy wants to deliver to you that day.  Picture satin pillows around that pavilion that protect your physical and spiritual ears from receiving worldly and disturbing sounds.

When you pray for others, place them in My secret hiding place and know that they will remain there throughout the day.  The hiding place that I have provided for you is My presence and in My presence is fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore.

PSALM 31-32

RENEWAL

It will not be long before spring flowers will appear.  Spring is a time for renewal.  It is a time when many spring clean and many prepare their homes for the Passover celebration.  Renewal is a time to re-establish, resume, and refresh.

Jewish  people celebrate the new year during the Feast of Trumpets that occurs in the Fall.  Most nations celebrate the new year the first day of January.  The Chinese celebrate their new year usually in mid-winter.  My Father ordained that the new year occur in early spring because this season is a refreshing time to begin anew.

It is my desire that you experience renewal every day of every season.  When you spend time in My presence every day, I am able to renew your mind as you read My word, refresh your emotions as you experience My peace, and recommit your will to do My will.  Look forward to this springtime, but understand that every day can be springtime when you stay close to Me.  Remember always that I am the One Who works through you to give you both the will and the strength to do My Father's will.

PHILIPPIANS 2:13

GOOD SHEPHERD

David wrote that I truly am your Good Shepherd and that as you trust in Me I will provide everything that you need.  He wrote, "The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want." Then He listed what I would provide - rest, restoration, righteousness, refuge, resources, and resurrection power.

Even though I had not come to earth in the flesh, David knew Me in the Spirit.  He said I anointed his head with oil and that his cup ran over.  He was speaking of My anointing of wisdom and understanding, might and counsel,  knowledge, and the fear of Me (awesome reverence of Me).

This special anointing provides resurrection power to you.  The same power that raised Me from the dead dwells within you.  That resurrection power anointing provides all that you will ever need to do My Father's will on earth.  Rejoice today because My rest, restoration, righteousness, refuge, and resources are available to you today.  All you have to do is RECEIVE and BELIEVE that this special anointing abides in you continually, and then yield to that special anointing throughout your day.

PSALM 23; ISAIAH 11:1-2; ROMANS 8:11

DISCIPLINE

In order to be a disciple of mine, discipline in your daily life is needed.  I know you do not like to hear this, but it is true.  The good news is that I have sent My Holy Spirit to help you live a life of discipline.  I exhorted My followers to continue in My Word.  The promise I gave them was that if they continued in My Word, they would know the truth and the truth would set them free.

You may not have a great desire to live a life of discipline, but I know you want to live a life of liberty and freedom.  Freedom in the Spirit comes when you are willing to daily renew your mind through reading and declaring My Word.  To be My disciple you also need to discipline your time.  Time with Me, sitting at my feet, and learning from Me will change you to be more like Me.
In My presence is fullness of joy, and you will experience a joyful life of discipline when you take time to behold Me, to meditate on My Word, and to hear My still quiet voice.

You are My disciple, and I rejoice when you acknowledge My presence with you always.  Ask My Holy Spirit daily to help you live a life of discipline in the Spirit, and you will be empowered to  enjoy establishing even more spiritual disciplines in your life.

JOHN 8:31-32

CONVERT

It may surprise you that the word, "Convert," is in My Word.  My prophet Isaiah wrote about the conversion experience when he said, "Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed."  It truly is in My Spirit's power to dull the ears and shut the eyes of people. This is a judgment that My Father delivers to rebellious people. When this happens, they are not able to turn to Me.  Just as I hardened the heart of Pharaoh, I can harden people's hearts to fulfill My purposes. My purpose in hardening Pharaoh's heart was to show forth My glory to an unbelieving nation.

It is My Father's will now that none perish, but that all turn to Me.  Only My Father by My Holy Spirit has the power to open the eyes of the understanding of people and open their ears so that they can hear My good news, repent, and come to Me. 

When you pray for those you know who do not yet know Me, pray that My Father will draw them, remove the veil upon their spiritual eyes by My Spirit, and open their ears so that they can respond to the gospel.  Also pray that the gift of faith will be delivered to them so that faith and the word can cause them to be born again.

CONDEMNATION

My beloved Paul wrote that there is no more condemnation for those who are in Me and who walk after the Spirit because I have set you and all believers in Me free from the law of sin and death.
As you seek to walk in the Spirit daily, understand that whenever you receive condemning thoughts that those thoughts come from My enemy, not from Me. 

I came into the world not to condemn the world, but that the world through Me might be saved. I have set all those who believe in Me completely free from condemnation.  When you receive condemning thoughts like, "I am not worthy to fellowship with God," take such thoughts captive and give them to Me.  Then say out loud, "My righteousness is of Jesus Christ."

My enemy loves to attack you with thoughts of condemnation, but the moment you declare out loud that your righteousness is of Me, he will flee.  I have purchased you the right to condemn every word of judgment that people have said about you or that you have said about yourself.  Rejoice in the freedom that I have given you.

ROMANS 8:1-2; JOHN 3:16-17; ISAIAH 54:17

THOUGHTS

My beloved David wrote, "How precious also are Your thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!  If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with You."  It is true that My thoughts are continually in your direction.  I see everything and know everything about you, and it blesses Me as I think about you.  You are precious in My sight and one day you will know completely the breadth, and length, and depth, and height of My love towards you.

It saddens Me when My beloved ever doubt that I love them with an everlasting love.  Many are hindered from receiving My love in all of its fulness because of the rejection they have experienced in life.  My enemy loves to wound those who are wounded, and he always attempts to put doubts about My love in the minds of those who have been wounded by abandonment or rejection.

I was abandoned and rejected by My Father when the sins of the world were laid upon Me. My Father had purer eyes than to behold evil, and He had to turn away from Me for a moment.  Through that abandonment and rejection, I was able to purchase for you the right to never be rejected or abandoned by My Father.  Know with assurance that you are in the everlasting arms of Me and My Father for all eternity.
