When you incline your ears to hear My Word with a heart that is ready to obey My Word, you then can recline. By that, I mean that you can rest in Me and trust Me to fulfill My will through you.
My Word is My will, and those who hear My Word will grow in faith. Those who obey My Word will be fruitful.
I know how you love to climb into your recliner when all the work you had to do that day is done. Daily, I want you to climb into Me and recline or rest every burden on Me because you know that I am the One Who works through you both to will and to do of My Father's good pleasure.

YOKE
I exhorted My beloved to take My yoke upon them and learn of Me because I am meek and lowly of heart,, and they will find rest for their souls. I explained that My yoke is easy, and my burden is light. I know that in the past when you read this, you immediately pictured two oxen that are yoked together and ready to plow. However, this is not what I want you to picture.
When I walked on Earth rabbis, or teachers, had students who were yoked to them. In other words, the mantle of their master teacher was upon them to help them learn from and better serve them. When I gave this exhortation, I was exhorting My followers to learn from me.
I exclaimed that I was meek and lowly of heart and that is why it is easy to bear My yoke. So many teachers lord it over their students, but I work with you to help you easily understand My teachings. I sent My Holy Spirit to lead you into all truth, and He is the yoke you wear when you study My Word.

FLESH
I cursed Satan in the garden. His curse was to crawl on his belly and eat dust all of his days.. Ever since that time he has had his mouth full of dirt. I created man out of the dust of the Earth. The only way that Satan can get to you is when you walk in the flesh instead of the Spirit.
Satan would just love to devour you, and he uses your weaknesses in the flesh to attack you. This is why it is so important for you to submit yourself daily to Me as a living sacrifice. I can protect you from the attacks of My enemy only if your will is to do My will and not your own.
When you get emotionally frustrated and irritated, you are reacting to Satan's gnawing at your flesh. If you allow him to keep gnawing, he could eat you alive. Daily receive a fresh anointing of My Spirit and walk in praise and thanksgiving. When you do this, Satan will not be able to have you for lunch.

STIR
My servant Paul wrote Timothy to stir up the gift that he had received at the laying on of hands. That gift was My Holy Spirit with His seven-fold anointing (the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of might and counsel, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord). Isaiah wrote about this seven-fold anointing, and this very anointing came upon Me at My baptism before I began the ministry My Father gave me.
Daily you and all My beloved need a fresh anointing. The flame that was kindled when you first received the gift of the Holy Spirit needs to be stirred daily. Otherwise, the ministry My Father gives you day by day will not bear lasting fruit.
Yield yourself to My Spirit today and stir the flame of the Spirit within you. If a fire is not stirred, it will soon just be a flicker. I want you to daily walk in the power of My Spirit. My Spirit is the Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind. Ask for a fresh anointing daily.

GRACE
So many of My beloved pray, "Lord, have mercy." You do not have to beg Me for mercy. I am always ready to pour out My mercy upon you just as I am always ready to pour out My grace upon you.
When you approach My throne room through prayer, you are approaching My mercy seat and My throne of grace where you will find grace and mercy whenever you are in need. Do you believe this? If you truly believe this, you will not ever have to pray for mercy or grace. These two wonderful gifts that flow continually from My throne room are always available whenever you need them.
From now on, whenever you are in a needy position because of finances, health, or other issues, simply begin to thank Me that My grace is sufficient and that My mercy endures to all generations.

REVIEW
My servant King David often reviewed the events in his life when he saw My hand upon him to deliver him. This is a spiritual exercise that I want you to do often. This exercise will especially help you through the times of great trial.
The answered prayers that you have experienced are faith builders. Your faith only grows when you hear My Word, but you can be built up in faith when you hear testimonies of how My Word and My strength has gotten My beloved through many trials.
Keeping a record of your prayers and the answers to them is helpful since often you cannot remember everything. My Holy Spirit, however, can bring events to your memory. Meditate today on the many times that I have answered your prayers, and you will have a blessed day.

REACH
Rest in the knowledge that some things in My Word are beyond your reach mentally to understand. There are mysteries in My Word that are meant to stay mysteries while you are still on Earth.
For example, the day of My return is only known by My Father. You do not have to spend your mental abilities trying to figure out the date of My return.
My followers expected Me to return right away after My resurrection and ascension. They looked forward to My return. As the days do draw near to My second coming, share the gospel, stay in My Word, pray, and watch out for My enemy. He will attack more than ever as the time draws near to My coming.
You do not have to concern yourself about being perfected and complete in Me before My return. When you received Me as your Lord and Savior, you were ready then to meet Me. You received My robe of righteousness then and you will be clothed in that righteousness all of your Earthly life.
COLOSSIANS 2:10

WISDOM
I know how difficult it is for you to see those you love making unwise decisions. You feel so helpless. People do suffer the consequences of unwise decisions. It is a mystery to Me why such people do not ask Me daily for wisdom. I am made unto them all wisdom.
I long to help those who do not know whether to turn to the left or the right. Confusion seems to reign in the minds of even some of My beloved followers. I am not the author of confusion.
Pray for those you know who love Me to ask Me daily for wisdom. Pray that they will begin to depend upon My Holy Spirit to lead them. Pray that they will be faithful to renew their minds by reading and obeying My Word daily. Your prayers will make a difference in the lives of those you love.

DRAMATIC
In the last days that I called the beginning of sorrows, you will see dramatic changes politically, economically, climatically, socially, and spiritually. Prepare yourself for these changes by abiding in the three things that will never change.
The three things that will never change are My love for you, My Word, and My presence with you.. Abide in My love. Abide in My Word that is eternal. Abide in My presence. I have promised to never leave you or forsake you.

CHURCH
Many on Earth have the wrong idea about church. They feel like if they go to church every Sunday that they have fulfilled their religious obligation. Church is not a denomination or a building. The true church is made of people who love Me and who walk in the power of My Spirit.
The early church was finally labeled Christian which means Christ like. My true church is made of people who are daily becoming more like Me. Those who are members of My body are willing daily to surrender their own bodies as living sacrifices. They are willing to surrender the members of their body to be used as instruments of My righteousness, peace, and joy.
Today, do not just go to church. Be My church. Be My body on Earth that demonstrates My love moment by moment. I enjoy always those who worship Me in their church buildings or fellowship, but I am thrilled when people realize that they are living stones and that their bodies are My holy temple. You are the temple of the living God. Live that way today.

FORCE
I am Captain of a mighty host of angels who are equal to defend and attack any other force whether it be the spiritual, demonic forces of the evil one or natural armies on Earth. I could have called on that mighty force of angels to rescue Me from dying on the tree, but I knew that I had to offer Myself as the perfect sacrifice to fulfill My Father's plan to offer salvation from sin to the world.
My angels stand ready to minister to you throughout this day. I know that you cannot see them, but they are surrounding you wherever you go. This is why you never have to be afraid. At the mention of My name or the declaration of My Word, this mighty force is activated on your behalf.
My Word says that the angels are encamped around those who fear Me. You fear Me when you have an awesome respect for My authority and worshipful and prayerful heart that is always ready to obey Me. Today abide in Me, My Word, and My love and you will have nothing to fear.

VOICE
I want you to give voice to My Word. When you speak My Word out loud, My angels come to attention. They always stand ready to help you. However, they are activated by My Word. Also My Word does not become the sword of the Spirit until you speak My Word out loud.
My Holy Spirit speaks to you in a still quiet voice, and often He gives you verses of Scripture that He wants you to speak out loud. Today, pay special attention to the times when verses come to your mind. Satan cannot read your mind, so speak those verses out loud. The battle, of course, is in your mind, but the penetration of the evil realm of the spirit does not happen until you make declarations from My Word out loud.
If you are in a place where you cannot resist My enemy with the sword of the Spirit, then excuse yourself for a moment and then speak the words My Spirit gives you to speak. Often the atmosphere in a tough relationship where there is striving and arguments will clear, when you take time to do this.

WRESTLE
It is no use for you to mentally wrestle with worries or relationally wrestle with people. By that I mean that you use up all of your strength thinking about how things might be in the future or you use up all of your strength by trying to prove your point to others.
Paul wrote that believers do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but they wrestle against principalities, powers, rulers, and wickedness in high places. When you recognize that you are wrestling with demonically inspired people and thoughts, you will know now to resist the devil.
When relationships are strained to the point where accusations and judgments are declared, rest assured that you are not dealing with people. You are dealing with the devil. When your mind is bound by worry and fear, you also are dealing with the devil. Put on the full armor, call upon Me, declare My name, bind the demons in My blood and command them to go where I will deal with them. I long to fight your battles, but first you must submit yourself to Me and then resist the devil.

TRAUMA
I said that in the world you will experience tribulation, but I then reminded My followers that they could be of good cheer because they know that I have overcome the world. Going thru a traumatic time is not at all easy.
You may ask, "How can I even go on even one minute more?" I hear this question often from My beloved. My response is for My beloved to take one minute at a time, and call on My strength for that minute. Also, I sent My Holy Spirit to comfort those who are experiencing traumatic situations. Ask for the help of My Spirit.
It is important that you keep your eyes focused on those things above and not on the things on this Earth. The minute you feel those sinking feelings again, speak My name out loud, and give the burden to Me. I came to make your burden light, but I can only do this when you release every care to Me.

POWER
I have heard many of My beloved question where did the power go in the church? My Spirit is the very power that enables those who believe in Me to demonstrate My works on Earth. When I walked on Earth, I demonstrated that power as a man. Now that I have been raised from the dead, all those who believe in Me have the same power that raised Me from the dead dwelling in their mortal bodies.
The power has not gone out of My body of believers on Earth. The problem is that many believers have not tapped into that power. This is why My brother James exhorted those who believe in Me to submit themselves to God and resist the devil.
Today and every day submit your body to Me as a living sacrifice as My friend Paul urged all believers to do. Then yield moment by moment to that resurrection power within you. Listen carefully to Me as I direct you to do the very same works that I did while I walked on Earth. You have the power to do even greater works than I ever did.

MINUTES
Wait a minute!!! This is an expression used by many to get people to slow down. I asked My disciples to wait while I went to My Father to pray. They fell asleep. When I returned, I exclaimed, "Could you not watch one hour?
I gave two instructions before I left this Earth. Those instructions were to watch and to pray. The minutes of your life go by so fast. It seems that people are wasting precious time with Me because they are too busy to spend at least an hour with Me daily.
You may think that one hour is too much. However, you can break that hour into 15 minute increments all the day long. The hour is coming soon when you will no longer be able to labor in My kingdom. I ask you today to spend one hour with Me. You can start by praying while you are driving in traffic.
Every minute is precious because you do not know when the thief will come to steal minutes away from you. Do not allow My enemy to steal your precious time with Me.

CARING
Sometimes you will encounter people who need much more care than others. In most cases these people have broken hearts through rejection. Such people are not able to follow through on projects, and they fantasize that everything is just fine when it is not. Such people often escape their rejection through denial. That way the rejection does not hurt so much.
Sensitivity to such people can only come from My Holy Spirit. It would be much easier for you in the flesh to just write such people off and make the decision not minister to them because the ministry to such people is usually endless.
It grieves Me that few in My body, are willing to take the time and the care to minister to people who have received much rejection. I came to heal the broken hearted, and I will always supply you to strength to minister to people. Lift broken hearted people up in prayer and then minister to them in My power. I can give rejected people beauty for ashes and the oil of joy for mourning. Give yourself as a willing vessel to minister to these precious treasures of mine.

JOIN
Life was simple when I walked on Earth. However, we did not have all the conveniences that you have today. Even with all the conveniences to make work in the home and on the job easier, so many believers busy themselves in their leisure time with sports, clubs, and other activities. It seems almost that they are running away from spending quiet time with Me..
Such earthly activities will not produce lasting fruit in My kingdom. I long for you and those who are called by My name to join Me in prayer before their busy day begins. I pray that they will commit their day to Me and their works to Me so that My Spirit can establish their thoughts all through the day.
Today, commit your works and your way to Me. Ask My Spirit to help you prioritize your activities. My Spirit will help you determine what activities will produce lasting fruit. Be willing to drop the activities that produce no lasting fruit.
PSALM 37:5; PROVERBS 16:3

I created your five senses so that you could be satisfied with the wonderful things I created you to enjoy on Earth.
I created your sense of sight to enjoy the beauty of nature. I created your sense of smell to enjoy the delightful fragrances that come from spending time in My presence and time in nature. I created your sense of touch so that you could feel the tender touch of loved ones.
I created your sense of taste so that you could enjoy the delectable flavors of food. I created your sense of hearing to hear My voice and the sounds of praise from all of nature when the sun comes up and the sun goes down.
I want your senses to always be satisfied with My creation, not with what this world has to offer. You have worldly lusts within you that are never satisfied. Those worldly lusts (the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life) can cause you to respond to the tempter who wants you to overindulge and become addicted through the cravings of your senses. Be on guard against the tempter, and today say "No" to those worldly lusts that can never be satisfied.

RECOGNITION
Living a fruitful life is easy when you simply do two things: hear My voice and obey My voice. I deliver My voice to you in many ways. The main way that you hear My voice is as you read My Word. Always ask My Holy Spirit to speak to you when you read My Word.
You can hear My voice through the still, quiet voice of My Holy Spirit within you. You also can hear My voice through the teaching and preaching of My Word. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
The problem with the culture that you live in is that there are many voices vying for your attention.
Daily, you hear the voice of My enemy who tempts and sends negative messages to you. You also hear the voice of others. Most of the day, you hear your own voice (the voice of your flesh). The voice of your flesh says, "I want, I feel, and I think. Often My enemy will use the personal pronoun "I" to try to fool you into thinking his thoughts.
Pray today that you will recognize My voice when I speak to you, and then pray that My Spirit will give you both the desire and the power to obey My voice.

You can hear My voice through the still, quiet voice of My Holy Spirit within you. You also can hear My voice through the teaching and preaching of My Word. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
The problem with the culture that you live in is that there are many voices vying for your attention.
Daily, you hear the voice of My enemy who tempts and sends negative messages to you. You also hear the voice of others. Most of the day, you hear your own voice (the voice of your flesh). The voice of your flesh says, "I want, I feel, and I think. Often My enemy will use the personal pronoun "I" to try to fool you into thinking his thoughts.
Pray today that you will recognize My voice when I speak to you, and then pray that My Spirit will give you both the desire and the power to obey My voice.

FAITH
Many of My beloved feel that they do not have enough faith to pray for miracles to happen in people's lives. After My death, resurrection, and ascension, one hundred and twenty of My followers gathered in the upper room where I told them to wait until they received the promise of My Father.
It was in that upper room that My followers were baptized with the Holy Spirit and with fire. They had already received My Spirit when I breathed My Spirit into them before I ascended to My Father.
On that Pentecost day, My Spirit immersed them with power, and they received the full anointing of My Spirit spoken about by the prophet Isaiah. They received the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, might and counsel, and knowledge and the fear of the Lord. They received the full anointing of My Spirit, and they were emboldened to be My witnesses throughout Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the world.
On that special Pentecost day, they also received something that all who believe in Me can receive.
They received My faith. When Peter and John healed the lame man at the gate Beautiful in front of the temple, Peter said that it was by My faith and faith in My name that healed this man. You have My very faith within you. Draw upon My faith when you pray for people to be healed and set free.

SNARE
Beware of the snares My enemy prepares to entrap you. He prepares his snares with the very words you speak. Your spoken words are also the ammunition My enemy uses as fiery darts to wound your soul. Solomon wrote, "You are snared with the words of your mouth, you are taken with the words of your mouth (Proverbs 6:2)."
Be extremely careful about what you speak. Use the "Think Test" that Paul wrote about as a "Talk Test." Speak only the following things:
Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report: if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (Philippians 4:8).
Solomon wrote, "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he" (Proverbs 23:7). When you blurt out all the negative words My enemy gives you in your mind, you are helping My enemy ensnare you. Solomon also wrote, "Whoso keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps his soul from troubles (Proverbs 21:23).
Be careful today not to cooperate with My enemy as he tries to entrap you.

BIBLICAL
I know how you want to check every talk or sermon that you hear to see if what you heard was biblical. When I walked on Earth, I spoke biblical things. I quoted often from the Tenach as you know it today.
When I read from the prophet Isaiah in the synagogue, I was declaring that the anointing of the Holy Spirit was upon Me. Isaiah also prophesied about My ministry. Sadly many of My Jewish brethren today do not read the Holy Covenant that I made with them.
Pray for those you know who do not read the Holy Book that was written by men, but inspired by My Holy Spirit. The Bible as you know it today is the manual for life. The world is in a mess now because few read this wonderful manual for life.

INSTRUMENT
I have heard you sing, "Lord, make me an instrument for Your glory." Rest assured that I have made you and all My beloved instruments for My glory.
I also want you to know that I have made you a powerful instrument to resist and destroy all the works of the evil one. Isaiah wrote:
"Behold I have created the smith that blows the coals in the fire, and that brings forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of Me, says the Lord (Isaiah 54:16-17).
I have created you to be a fine threshing instrument to waste and destroy all the works of the devil. Never be afraid of the devil. I am greater within you than he is. (See Isaiah 41:15.)

MEMBERSHIP
There are so many clubs, classes, and conferences that you can join. Life is much more complicated for you today than it was for Me when I walked on Earth. When I prayed to My Father to tell Me Who should join Me in the ministry, He told Me exactly those who would be faithful to Me.
When the twelve joined Me, they had no fees, dues, or payments to make. They did not realize, however, that eventually their membership with Me would cost them their lives. I have called you also to be My disciple. You may not have to physically die to join Me in ministry, but I do want you to reckon yourself dead daily to sin and alive to Me.
The benefits of joining Me in ministry are eternal. Other earthly memberships pale in comparison to the membership in My eternal kingdom. Listen carefully today to the voice of My Spirit as He leads you to share all about your eternal membership with Me with others.
