COMMUNICATION

Communication is a word that you need to examine closely. "Co" means together. The root of "unication" is "unity." For there to be real communication between two individuals, there must be unity. There also should be co-operation. Look at the word "co-operation" closely. You co-operate with another person when you are in agreement on how an operation ( a work or a matter) should be handled.

True co-operation will only occur when two individuals submit to one another in love and esteem one another higher than themselves. Love always brings unity. Today and every day pray for Me to empower you to love like I love. You will be amazed at how many misunderstandings will melt away and how soon good communication and cooperation will develop.

I love words in every language. Always remember that I am the "Living Word."


JOHN 15:10; PHILIPPIANS 2:3; PSALM 133:1

SPIRIT WALK

Step aside and allow Me to do the work. I watched My Father in the Spirit and then I joined Him in His work. You must do the same. Make a determined effort to let your flesh (mind, emotions, and will) step aside, and then allow My Spirit within you to join in with what Father is doing.

To walk as I walked on earth requires you to be in constant communion with Me just as I was in constant communion with My Father. Keep your spiritual eyes open to see things in the Spirit. Keep your spiritual ears open to hear My gentle promptings.

Watch and pray. Today is the day I have ordained you to labor in My vineyard.

JOHN 10:32; GALATIANS 5:16

DESIRES

Desires can be deceptive if you do not walk close to Me day by day. The world will always try to plant all kinds of desires in you that are not of Me. Everyday you are confronted with the temptations to spend time and money on things that will pass.

I am able to plant My desires in your heart. In fact, as you seek to walk the righteous path, your desires will line up with My desires. What I plant in your heart, I will grant. It is My absolute joy to give you the desires of your heart. Walk close to Me today and you will not be seduced by the enemy to give in to the ungodly desires of the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life.

BIRTHDAYS

Many of My beloved do not know this, but whenever a saint on earth has a birthday, their loved ones who are in heaven enjoy celebrating. Of course, you already know that there is a great celebration of the spiritual birthdays that occur when one person is born again into My Father's Kingdom. The angels rejoice and we all give a loud cheer.

Your birth was a special day because at last, the thoughts Father had towards you could be fulfilled in a physical way when you began your life on earth. Father and I had you in our thoughts long before you were born to your parents. Your conception was personally attended by Me. I am the "Light of the World," Who lights every person who comes into the world.

Share My love with others today on this special day when you celebrate your birth. One of the greatest gifts you can give Me on your birthday is to receive another person into Our Family as a result of your sharing the gospel with that person. I am praying that there will be many birthday gifts from you this year to your Family in Heaven.

VESSELS

Pouring out and refilling is the mode of operation for My saints. I see each saint as a precious, costly vessel that is created to be filled with the water of My Word and Spirit. However, you and all My saints are to continually pour out My Word and My anointing to others. There should be a constant flow of My "River of Life" through you. So many in this world are thirsty for more and you possess the only water that will quench their thirst eternally.

If you could have your eyes opened right now to see into the spiritual realm, you would see the "River of Life" flowing from My throne room to earth. Today and every day, I desire for you to emerse yourself and refresh yourself in this "River of Life." I said that out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water. Every time you pray in the Spirit, the water of My Spirit within you is stirred and you are energized, refreshed, and ready to face whatever the day brings. Pray in the Spirit often throughout this day, and you will not grow weary.

PECULIAR

My beloved are a peculiar people set apart to glorify Me. People think you are peculiar because your face shines with My glory light. Never take it personally if people are turned off by you.
This will happen when you encounter people who are walking in darkness. Such people do not like to be around the light of My glory. Light always penetrates darkness, and they have chosen to walk in darkness.

People who are turned off by you would like to turn off the light that shines from your face. I have given you a great treasure - the light of My glory within you. Pray for those who are darkness to turn to Me so that they also can receive this great treasure.

BEAUTY

If you could see the earth as I originally created it, you would be awestruck by its beauty. One of the most beautiful things that existed before Adam and Eve disobeyed Me was the continual fellowship I had with them. How I loved to walk with them at sunset. We enjoyed the symphony of bird songs at sunset. Then when the night came, we looked at the stars that I had named.

The good news is that you can enjoy the beauty of My holiness throughout the day whenever you turn your thoughts towards Me. I look forward to our conversations together each day. Relish the beauty of My presence with you moment by moment today.

PSALM 66

FORBEARANCE AND LONGSUFFERING

JUST A QUICK NOTE - the background to the blog is different, but everything else is the same. We will try to get a more pleasing background next week. They said we could no longer use our background. I may miss a few days since I will not have a computer with me, but I will resume daily when possible.

Forbearance and longsuffering are two of the aspects of My character that are the most difficult to develop. Forbearance is the ability in My strength to lovingly accept others along with all of their peculiarities. Longsuffering is the ability with My strength to joyfully endure trials with patience. You definitely need the help of My Holy Spirit to develop these character traits, but they both are essential for My body on earth to represent Me in a sterling way.

Pray today and ask the Holy Spirit to help you develop these characteristics. Most everyday you will encounter peculiar people because, after all, Christians are called peculiar people. Most every day you will run into a difficult, trying situation where longsuffering is needed. When you encounter these people and situations, call upon My strength.

EPHESIANS 4:2

CONCERNS

Your mind is often filled with thoughts concerning your friends, family, the ministry I have given you, and the things you have to do daily. I know it is so easy for your mind to whirl from one concern to another. The more you think about your concerns, the more you will be concerned. Instead of thinking about these concerns, release every concern you have to Me in prayer.

I did not design your mind to ever be overwhelmed with the cares of this world. I desire for your mind to be filled with My peace. Stay your mind on Me today, and give every concern to Me because I can perfect all of your concerns. However, I can only do this if you give every care to Me in prayer.

PSALMS 138:8; PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7; ISAIAH 26:3-4

HAPPINESS

Happiness is based on happenings in your life. Happiness can easily be interupted by the happenings in a given day. An illness, an accident, a loss of a job or a loved one can occur suddenly. Your spiritual condition will determine how you respond to such happenings in your life.

When you seek Me first and ask My Spirit to fill you afresh every morning, your heart will be shielded by My faith within you and your emotions will be guarded by My peace. When your first priority is to do the will of My Father, I will be able to impart My sustaining joy to you . You then can face whatever happens to you today and every day with grace, (My supernatural enablement imparted to you).

Trials are allowed to test your faith and to develop proven character within you. When you are totally dependent upon Me moment by moment, you will be abe to face whatever happens to you today and every day with faith, thanksgiving, peace, and joy.

MATTHEW 6:33; JAMES 1:2-4

REVELATIONS

Write down the revelations I give you. Review them. I reveal My secrets to those who seek Me with all their hearts. There are things that are beyond the natural that you will see as you wait upon Me. I will open your eyes to those things and then hide them in your heart. Share those revelations only with those whom I give you permission to share. Otherwise, you may cast My pearls before swine.

My Spirit is able to stir the gifts within you so that you will be an inspiration to others, but never use those gifts to impress others. Always know that it is My Spirit within you that nignites and inspires you. Give the Glory to Me always. Hide My Word in your heart and stand ready to give My words of exhortation to others at the right time and in the right place.

AMOS 3:7; Matthew 7:6

ACCUSATIONS

Never take criticisms and judgments of you personally. Satan is the accuser of the brethren and he loves to use the tongues of others to criticize and judge. Your enemy is never people. Your only enemy is Satan who uses people to do his pleasure. Satan is the one always that you should come against whenever tongues of others speak negative things over you. However, you cannot fight Satan unless you first submit to Me and then allow Me to do battle for you.

You do have a part, however, to play in this battle. Whenever negative words are spoken over you, lift the "Shield of Faith" and use the "Sword of the Spirit," My Word, against Satan. Speak out loud these words:

No weapon formed against Me will prosper because My righteousness is of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Satan can attack your own righteousness, but he cannot attack My righteousness. When you speak these words out loud, you are also putting on the "Breastplate of Righteousness" and the fiery darts of the evil one will not be able to wound you.

EPHESIANS 6; ISAIAH 54:17

TRIALS

When you study the lives of many of My beloved in the Bible, you will see that they had many trials. Some of these trials developed because they did not inquire of Me or seek My face. Others experienced trials simply because they stood for righteousness and therefore were persecuted. Because we live in a fallen world where many people do not listen to My guidance or fear Me, many of My beloved suffer because of the disobedience of others.

It is not that important to determine what is causing a trial in your life. It is extremely important that you respond to the trial with thanksgiving. I know that this very statement does not seem rational to you, but if you truly believe that I am good and that I will work good out of every trial, you can give Me thanks.

When you go through trials, remember the words of My brother James and My beloved Peter.
James wrote, "My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience, but let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing (James 1:2-3). Peter wrote, " Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ's sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy (1 Peter 4:12-13).

WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING

Wisdom and understanding are like twin sisters. Wisdom is applied knowledge. Understanding is the bridge that enables you to apply the knowledge you receive. It is My joy to give you knowlege, understanding, and wisdom whenever you ask, but you must ask for this. Most of the mistakes My beloved made in the past happened because they failed to inquire of Me.

My brother James wrote, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). Today, if there is a decision you need to make, ask for wisdom. Then I will give you the knowledge you need and also the understanding to apply what I have told you. I am all wisdom.

I love for you to inquire of Me. I am looking forward to helping you throughout this day. Listen carefully to My Spirit after you ask Me for wisdom, and I will lead you to the Scriptures that will confirm what you hear. Then apply what you hear by faith, and you will see fruitful results.

PLANS

Are you willing to do My will today? I know you have your plans. You are already thinking about all you have to do today. As you make your "To Do List," commit your works to Me and then My Spirit will order your thoughts. My Spirit is a great organizer.

Wives are called to fit in with their husband's plans. You are My beloved bride. You ask, "How can I fit in with your plans, Lord, when I do not know what they are?" The plans I have for you are always good and they are designed to give you both purpose and hope in this life.

My plans for you today and every day are simple. My plan for you is that you abide in Me, abide in My Word, and abide in My love. When you do these three things, you will have abounding joy throughout the day.

Always remember that I am the One who works through you both to will and to do My Father's good pleasure. Throw every care to Me in prayer and then listen carefully to the still, quiet voice of My Holy Spirit Who will direct you throughtout the day. Have a blessed day!!

PRESENT

The present time is a present I give to you moment by moment. Seize the moment. Do not occupy your mind with thoughts of tomorrow. This is the day I have made and rejoice in it and be glad.

With joy draw living water from your inmost being where the wells of salvation reside. You will be filled and overflowing with joy when you think and meditate upon the liberty I have purchased for you. When I said "It is finished," I was declaring that I had purchased back all Satan had stolen from you.

Each moment you live is my moment, not a moment for you to give into your own flesh and allow Satan to have his way with you. Live in My presence in the present moment and thank and praise Me. When you do this, Satan will not be able to steal your moments.

PSALM 118

EARTHEN VESSEL

You are an earthen vessel that I have called to contain, retain, maintain and proclaim. These are common callings that I have given to all those who desire to serve Me in My kingdom on Earth. You contain the very glory of God - My Holy Spirit within you. I designed you not only to contain My glory, but also to share My glory by proclaiming My good news of salvation with others.

I have made you to contain My Spirit in your earthen vessel so that the excellency of the power within you will be of Me and not of you. However, because you are an earthen vessel, you sometimes leak. Whenever you give into the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, or the pride of life, My power and My glory are not demonstrated in your life. This is why I have called you to maintain My Spirit by taking time daily to renew your mind as you study My Word and to daily receive a fresh infilling of My Holy Spirit. My Spirit will not leave you, but your flesh sometimes can prevent My Spirit from flowing through you to others.

Ask Me today to give you a fresh anointing of My Spirit and take time to linger in My presence and commune with Me.

1 CORINTHIANS 4:6-7

PRAYER

I continually make intercession for you. I know all of your needs before you even verbalize them to Me in prayer. This fact may cause you to ask, "Then, why should I pray? When you pray, you are calling for heaven to be manifested on Earth. In order for this to happen, you have to give My Word voice on Earth. I taught My disciples to pray, "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven."

The moment you present your need to Me, praise, or thank Me, angels are activated in the spirit realm. They have been sent to minister to you, and they begin to help you the moment you voice your prayer. Remember, how I told Daniel that the moment he voiced his prayer, it was heard in heaven. There was warfare, however, that hindered the answer from coming right away. However, My mighty host of angels began to do battle for him the instant he prayed.

Prayer paves a highway to heaven that My angels can travel on to help you. Warfare prayers that you pray on Earth can cause the enemy's plans for you to be foiled. Remember always to pray the promise when you present the problem. My very nature is imparted to you when you pray the promise and not just the problem. Always make your requests know with thanksgiving because when you do this, I know you have faith to believe that I not only have heard your prayers, but I am also sending the answer.

GIVING

When you see someone in need, reach out to them in love. So often you think that you have to have money to give, but people sometimes just need a word of encouragement of a listening ear.

Just think about this. I had no money while I lived on Earth, but I was able to meet the needs of all those who came to Me. I own the cattle on a thousand hills, but I had no earthly possessions when I humbled Myself and came to live on Earth as the Son of Man.

When I walked the Sea of Galilee, I had only one garment of clothing to wear. Others invited Me to spend the night in their homes and that is how I was fed. One time I told a scribe who wanted to follow Me, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head."

I lived a life that was totally dependent upon the Father and others to meet My needs. I lived that way to prove to you that you do not have to have money to share the riches of My kingdom with others. You only have to do the will of My Father.

MATTHEW 8:19-20

TENDERHEARTED

Be kind and tenderhearted towards others. You live in a day when so many people are only thinking their own thoughts and doing their own thing. Such people serve three idols-me, myself, and I.

Whenever you allow others to wound you with their words or actions, your thoughts also are upon yourself, not on the person who just hurt you. I said "love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you." I gave those instructions because I know how easy it is for you and others to be wounded when hurtful words are spoken and unkind deeds are done to you.

My love in you suffers long and is kind. My love in you is not easily offended. You will have a tender heart towards others when you consider that the person who wounded you is most likely also wounded. Ask Me to help your thoughts to go outward to others and upward to Me whenever someone criticizes, judges or persecutes you in any way. Did I not pray, "Father, forgive them for they do not know what they do," when I died on the tree of sacrifice for you?

GRATEFULNESS

Gratefulness is the gateway to blessing. Offer Me the sacrifices of praise and thanksgiving even when you are going through horrific trials. I desire for you to praise Me in and thank Me for all things. Grace abounds to the thankful heart.

I know how you long for the difficult people and the trying circumstances in your life to change. Only I can change the hearts. The only heart you can change is your own. If you are experiencing strife, worry, fear, and anxiety in the midst of the trial you are in, come to Me and thank Me and make your supplications known to Me with thanksgiving. When you supplicate with thanksgiving, you transfer the burden you are experiencing now to Me. I then can remove any fears and worries from your heart.

Be willing to forbear with those people who you wish would change and thank Me for them. I have a purpose for them and for you in that relationship. Be willing to wait upon Me with thanksgiving during difficult trials. When you remain in gratefulness no matter what or who you encounter day by day, your heart and mind will be at peace.

FUTURE

The best is yet to come! Yes, you have so much to look forward to. I have prepared a place for you that is beyond anything you could think, hope, or imagine. It is My delight to bless you right now and for all eternity.

Right now you only see glimpses of My glory, but you will some day see it all. The day will come when the earth will be filled with My glory. You will see that day also. Until that day, seek to glorify Me moment by moment. I have blessed you so that you can be a blessing to all you encounter today and all your tomorrows.

Rejoice today, rejoice tomorrow, and rejoice knowing that the best is yet to come!!

KNOWLEDGE

To know Me is to love Me. So few take the time to really know Me. I came to reveal My Father's character and His love. The Scriptures reveal all you need to know about Me. My Holy Spirit came to take the things I said on Earth and bring them to your remembrance.

I have opened the door for you to have pure communion with Me and My Father. The reality of My presence with you and within you is revealed to you daily by My Spirit. His assignment is to teach, empower, and encourage you daily to walk as I walked on Earth. However, He cannot fulfill His assignment if you do not take the time to sit in His classroom and open the textbook, My Holy Scriptures.

The major lesson My Spirit, "The Great Teacher," wants you to learn is meekness and lowliness of heart. When you truly learn this lesson, you will be able to learn all you need to know about Me. However, I desire for you to not just know all about Me. I want you to know Me intimately. After all, I am your husband, lover, and best friend.

MATTHEW 11:28-29; JOHN 14:26

CRITICISM

It is easy for you to slip into a mode of judging and criticizing others. Whenever you judge others, you are looking down upon them. In a way you are saying that you are better than the one you are critcizing.

Even when you do not speak your criticisms out loud, I am aware of your judgmental thoughts. The critical thoughts you have need to be given to Me immediately. Take those thoughts captive to Me and allow Me to send you thoughts that edify. If you do not do this, soon a stronghold of pride will be built in your mind that will be difficult to pull down.

I desire for you to esteem others higher than yourself. When you do this, you please Me and I am able to empower you with the gift of exhortation that will replace your critical attitude. Remember always that I am the only just judge, and I know the hearts of people. Quickly release all judgments to Me.

MATTHEW 7:1-5; PHILIPPIANS 2:3; 1 THESSALONIANS 5:12-13

SEALED

You are sealed by My Holy Spirit. You are Mine and always will be Mine. Let this sink deep in your heart.

I wake you every morning. I give you instructions through out the day. Be mindful of My presence with you. I am all you need today and for all your tomorrows. I go before you. I am by your side. I am supporting you with My everlasting arms. I am your rear guard. You are hid with Me in My Father.

Your name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life. Never doubt that I know every detail of your life. It is My joy to see you trusting Me and walking by faith with Me. I love you. You are My treasure.

PHILIPPIANS 2:13

BE BOLD

I have provided the way for you to eneter boldly to My throne of grace to find help whenever you need it. When I became the perfect sacrifice and I gave My blood to atone for your sins, I cleared a pathway for you to communicate your every need to My Father.

When you make your requests known to Me with thanksgiving, I interecede to the Father on your behalf. I can identify with your every need because I humbled Myself and lived in bodily form on Earth.

Every morning as you come to Me in prayer, I am able to tell Father exactly how you are feeling because I was touched with every feeling of weakness that you have ever experienced. It is My delight to intercede for you, so do not hesitate to come to Me.

HEBREWS 4:15, 10:19-22; PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7

HEAVENLY MINDED

Meditate today on the beauty of My holiness. I know you cannot see Me with your natural eyes, but this is why I have given you faith eyes and an imagination. My Holy Spirit can enable to see the unseen with your mind's eye, your imagination. Allow My Spirit to open the eyes of your understanding to see beyond the natural realm.

I never want you to be so heavenly minded that you are no earthly good. However, I desire for you to set your affection on the things that are above, not earthly things. Some people escape the pressures of the day by going to the image maker, the TV. I have a much better escape for you.

Whenever you feel overwhelmed by just the routines of the day, take a break and think on heavenly things. Focus your mind on Me and enjoy My presence with you. I will be able to settle you with My peace that is beyond your understanding when your mind is stayed upon Me.

PSALM 29:2; COLOSSIANS 3:2; ISAIAH 26:3

SUFFERING

Everyone would love to avoid suffering in this life, but because you live in a fallen world, you will experience suffering. I said, "In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer because I have overcome the world." How can you be of good cheer when everything in your life seems to be falling apart?

I have provided everything that you need to get through even the most horendous trials in your life. I sent My Spirit to comfort you. I gave you My peace as an inheritance so that My Spirit can blanket you with My peace even during times of stress and pressure. I imparted My joy to you so that you can draw from the wells of salvation within you. As you abide in Me, abide in My Word, and abide in My love, My peace, love, and joy in the Holy Spirit will see you through whatever you may face today or in the days to come.

I learned obedience through the things that I suffered. Times of sufffering are times when you must totally depend upon Me and obey Me. At your weakest moment, cry out to Me and I will immediately strengthen you. I am your high tower that you can climb and there you can see things from My perspective. I am your rock of safety that you can hide in when the waves of adversity are pounding against you. Never forget that I am always everything you need to overcome in every situation and trial. You can be of good cheer today and every day because truly I have overcome the world.

WATCH AND PRAY

"Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation." These were the instructions I gave to My disciples just before I left them to be with My Father in heaven. More than ever, you need to be on the alert to submit yourself to Me and resist the devil. He knows his time is short and he is bombarding the saints with many temptations in an attempt to wear them out.

Do not grow weary in well doing. Accomplish your assignments and listen carefully to My Spirit. My Holy Spirit will put you in the right place at the right time each day as you listen carefully and obey His still, small voice within you.

Guard your heart. Do not allow anything to distract you from your assigments.

MATTHEW 26:41; GALATIANS 6:9

WORSHIP

I love to hear the joyful praises of My beloved and the harmony of their voices as they join in songs of adoration to Me. Heaven is filled with beautiful music. I enjoy the songs you sing to Me morning by morning. However, what gives Me the greatest delight is for you to offer your body to Me daily as a living sacrifice.

True worship is doing the will of My Father. When you give your whole being to Me daily for My service, I am able to fine tune you as an instrument of worship that will do My Father's will moment by moment. When you commit the members of your body as instruments of My righteousness, My Spirit is able to flow My love, My joy, and My peace through you during the day.

You are an instrument of worship whenever you seek first My kingdom and My righteousness. I look forward to the sacrifice of worship you will present to Me today.
