FRONT

Often you miss the opportunity to witness when the person I have chosen for you to speak to about Me is right in front of you.  Always remember that faith can only function in the present moment.  I have given you the "ministry of the moment."

Today, do not be so busy with the routines of life that you forget to listen to My Holy Spirit for opportunities to share My story and your story with others.  I have promised to direct the steps of those who love Me when they delight themselves in Me.

Listen carefully to My Spirit as He directs your steps today.  The person in front of you today is there not by accident.  I will place you in the right place at the right time to enjoy the 'ministry of the moment."

HEBREWS 11:1; PSALM 37:23;

PRESSURE

You live in an age where you can feel pressure almost daily.  You are pressured to perform at work or you will lose your job.  You feel pressure at school when the semester if almost over.  There is just so much you can do in a day's time, and you feel like you are running out of time.

When you are under pressure, I want you to still your soul by visualizing a beautiful gazebo in the middle of a spring garden. All you can hear are the songs of birds as they sing praises to Me.

I am seated with you and My arm is around your shoulder as I whisper My love songs to you. You have just given all your burdens to Me, so your soul is at rest.  Ask Me daily to help you visualize My presence with you, and the pressures of this life will slowly fade away.

PSALM 131:2; MATTHEW 11:28-30

BURY

When someone approached me and wanted to be my follower, he said that he first had to bury his Father.  I responded, "Follow Me; and let the dead bury their dead. This statement might seem rude to you.  However, I wanted those around me and this young man to know that I must come first in his life if he desired to follow Me.

This is the message I want to give you today also.  Family is very important and I want you to enjoy loving your family.  However, I want you to love first your first family.

Yes, My Father and My Holy Spirit and I are your first family.  My Father is your Abba.  My Holy Spirit is like a mother to you.  He comforts you, guides you, and teaches you. I am your elder brother.  The thing I want you to bury daily is the old man within you by reckoning yourself dead to sin and alive to Me.

BURDENS

Remember when you had a vision as you released several burdens to Me.in prayer.  You saw those burdens wrapped in silver and gold like gifts ascending into My throne room.  I excitedly grabbed each burden and held it close to Me while I danced around heaven.

You heard Me speak to your heart these words, "Look at the burdens Linda just released to Me.  Now I can do something about them."  Whatever you release to Me I can bless.  I gave the invitation long ago for My beloved to come to Me and release their burdens to Me.

I said that My burden is light.  The reason My burden is light is because the moment I receive your burdens I release those burdens to My Father.  Then we pray in agreement about your burdens.

EXTOL

I want you to extol Me.  This is a way of worshipping Me that immediately will get your mind off your trying circumstances.  When some people are asked, "How are you doing?", the response sometimes is, "I'm doing pretty well under the circumstances."

I never want you to be under your circumstances.  Circumstances come and go, but My word and I am eternal.  I want you to be content no matter what your circumstances are.  The way to rise above your circumstances is to extol Me.

You extol Me when you lift Me up and recognize that I am over all of you circumstances.  Nothing in your life takes me by surprise.  When you lift Me up by acknowledging My power and supremacy over all, your soul (mind, will, and emotions) will also be lifted up.  Extol Me today by praising Me and singing songs to Me.

TEAM

I had My own team when I walked on Earth.  I spent much time in prayer with My Father before I chose this team.  I was amazed at the choices I heard from My Father.  Each one on My team were so different.  However, they all had one thing in common.  They loved to fish.

After My resurrection and ascension to be with My Father, a new team was formed. I told My first team that they would become fishers of men.  Fishing for men is much like fishing for fish.  You have to throw out the net if you want to catch any fish.

The net you must throw out as a part of My new team is called prayer.  Yes, prayer preparation is the key in sharing My good news with others.  Without prayer preparation, hearts will not be prepared to receive My gospel. Remember, only My Holy Spirit has the power to change a heart.

MATTHEW 4:19

JUMP

When I gave you this word, I know you questioned if you heard Me, but you did.  I created people with the ability to jump.  Some people jump for joy, and others jump up and down to cheer at sports events.  I have seen worshippers jumping up and down as they praised Me.

You might think that jumping up and down is a strange way to worship Me, but I just love seeing people worship Me this way. I consider that jumping upward is a way of coming closer to Me since I am above all.

The problem with jumping is that the pull of gravity will naturally pull you back down.  However, there is a way that you can stay closer to Me without any pull of gravity drawing you earthward.  That way is to spend time with Me in My presence.  Today is Sabbath.  Spend some time with Me today.

HISTORY

Studying My Word is helpful because you will come to an understanding of Who I am and the plans also that I have for you. Some people say that the Bible is "His Story," which means that the Bible records My story from Genesis to Revelation.

Today as you read your Bible, ask My Holy Spirit to reveal to you a new aspect of My character or another truth that you did not know about Me.

The cherubims of glory continually encircle the throne room in heaven.    Someone, asked in prayer one time, "Don't these cherubims weary of encircling your throne?"  I replied, "No, because every time they pass by the throne room again, they discover a new aspect about Me. Never weary of learning something new about Me.

HEBREWS 9:5

COMMUNICATION

Reconciling broken relationships is impossible when all communication is cut off between the parties concerned. The ability to communicate was the gift given at creation to the first human being.  No other physical being has the ability to use words as communication.

Words are containers that can communicate bitterness and anger or love and grace.  Paul exhorted the Ephesians to make sure that their conversations with others were designed to edify, not to tear down.

Today's way of communicating by email, texting, or face book are substitutes for face to face communication. Even handwritten letters will not work towards a reconciliation solution. I have given all My beloved the ministry of reconciliation.  I exhort you to make every effort for face to face communication to speed the reconciliation process.

EPHESIANS 4:29; COLOSSIANS 4:6; 2 CORINTHIANS 5:18

SORT

There are so many things that you need to sort out when you are about to move to another location.  You have to decide what you want to take with you, what you can give away, and what needs to go in the trash. I did not have that problem because My life was so very simple when I walked on Earth.

Besides material things that need sorting, you often need to sort out relationships.  You need My help to do this.  People are complicated - emotionally and spiritually.

When a relationship is strained, come to Me, and ask Me to help you know what your part is in the restoration of a relationship that has been difficult. I know the hearts of people.  I desire that you have no broken relationships.  Lift your heart and the other person's heart to Me in prayer, and ask Me to heal the hearts involved.  Only I can heal the brokenhearted.

ISAIAH 61:1; 2 CORINTHIANS 5:18

RESIST

I resist the proud and I give grace to the humble.  If you are dealing with a person who has a haughty spirit, the strategy for you in the Spirit is to stay humble whenever you are with this person.

I give grace to the humble and I resist the proud.  When you take over My job to resist, you are out of order.  Leave the resistance in My hands. Be sure to hide yourself in Me before you do warfare.
I am your full armor. Bind the haughty spirit in My blood and send that wicked spirit to Me.

I am over all principalities and powers, and rulers of darkness and wickedness in heavenly places.  Haughty spirits dwell in the second haven (the atmosphere) where My enemy dwells. Release the hearts of the proud people to Me, and then I will resist them.

JAMES 1:6; EPHESIANS 6

TESTS

People usually dread tests.  They feel as though they are not prepared to pass certain tests. You are in the school of life, and there are many tests that I will allow in your life.  I never tempt people, but I do allow them to be tested.

As you read your Bible, you will see how the patriarchs and apostles were sorely tested.  Every test I allow is a test of faith.  The good news is that if you fail to pass a test of faith, I always give make up tests.  Remember, I gave Peter a make up test.

When I allow your faith to be tested, I have full confidence that you will pass the test when you depend completely upon Me.  Remember, I am the One Who works through you to not only give you the will to do well in testing time, but also the power to pass the test.

PHILIPPIANS 2:13

ABOUND

Paul wrote to the church in Corinth about bountiful grace.  Listen to his words carefully: "So we urged Titus, that as he had begun,  so he would also complete this grace in you as well.  But as you abound in everything-in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all diligence, and in your love for us-see that you abound in this grace also (2 Corinthians 8:7-8.) 

The grace that Paul talked about was the grace of being a cheerful giver. I became poor so that you can now abound.  I am able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.

My grace will always abound to you when you give cheerfully to others, and when you remain always in thanksgiving for my provisions for you.

2 CORINTHIANS 8:-9

FLESH

I understand completely that you sometimes get in your flesh.  Paul and all My apostles had the same problem.  The battle between flesh and Spirit is continual.  How can you win this battle?

Paul wrote about this battle in My Word.  His flesh warred against My Spirit within him almost daily. He lost this war only when he forgot who he is in Me and what I did for him when I died on the tree to set him free from the law of sin and death.

He learned daily to reckon himself dead to sin and alive in Me.  He left this battle in My hands by seeing his position in Me.  Both Paul and you are seated with Me in heavenly places because when  I died in the flesh, you also died in the flesh.  Meditate on this truth, and you will not receive any condemnation from the devil.

ROMANS 7-8

EFFICIENT

People usually praise a person for being efficient.  People who are efficient waste no time, no money, and they have a purpose for doing all they do.  They also have a plan to accomplish their purpose.  Not only that, they seem to have the power or energy to finish what they begin.

Today, I want you to praise Me because I am more efficient than anyone on Earth.  I waste nothing. I am a redeemer who can redeem people who have lived wasted lives.  I can restore relationships that have been broken.

My purpose is to save people from their sins.  My plan is to draw all things to Me at the end time.  My Father has given Me the power to accomplish this plan.  This plan is in action even as you read this.  My friend Paul wrote about my efficiency in Ephesians 1.  Read it, and be encouraged.

EPHESIANS 1:1-19

AFRAID?

Fear is always the frontal attack of My enemy.  He uses fear as a spiritual and emotional anesthetic to paralyze you.  His plan is to send other demonic forces your way once you are paralyzed.

You must understand that certain fears are real, like being fearful when you are face to face with a wild animal that is about to attack you.  Those fears are real.  However, the fear that My enemy sends you is not based on truth.  My enemy is a deceiver.  He is the father of lies.

The fears My enemy sends your way are False Expectations that Appear to be Real.  You learned that acrostic just recently, and do not forget it.  Whenever you are afraid, say out loud: "When I am afraid, I will trust in the Lord." Do not deny the feeling of fear, but fight it by speaking out loud that you trust in Me.

EXPANSION

Churches, communities, cities, and even private homes are expanding.  It seems that people in your age think, "The bigger, the better."  I have noticed that homes are much larger than they used to be.  Leaders in many countries want to expand their territory.

I created Earth to offer room for expansion, but physical expansion of buildings and lands is of little interest to Me.  When I brought the children of Israel into the land of Canaan, I limited their expansion of territory to the borders I planned.

What interests Me is the expansion of My gospel on Earth.  This will only happen as those who believe in Me will faithfully pray for more laborers to labor in this last great harvest.  Watch for opportunities every day to share the truths of My gospel with others.  You are an expansionist.

LUKE 10:2

HOPE

I want you to put all of your hope in Me and My Word..  Hope is not wishful thinking.  Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Only My Word can supply the correct things in which to place your hope.

If you put all of your hope in the things of this world or in people who live in this world, you will be sadly disappointed. If you put your hope in the fact that circumstances or people in your life will change, you have misplaced your hope.

When you place your hope in Me and My Word, this hope will become an anchor to your soul that will keep you from sinking when the waves of adversity beat against the ship of your life.

HEBREWS 11:1, 6:18-19

 

TRAVEL

Travel has become so simple in your age.  You can make all of your arrangements through your phone or computer, and you even can print out your tickets before you go to the airport.  

The ability to reach the world with My message without even traveling to other lands is possible in your day. The sign of My soon return to Earth will be that My gospel has been preached to every nation. 

Pray for increased technical ability to speed the spread of My gospel. Also pray for more laborers to work in this last great harvest.

MATTHEW 24:14

ARRANGE

I know how you like to arrange your plans so that you can complete your projects and have tine left to relax.  My Father had an excellent plan when He created the earth. He left a day to rest,

One way to insure that you will have time to rest during your work day is to begin your day with Me.  Commit your day to Me and your works to Me, and then I will be able to help you with your priorities.  Many things on your "To Do List" can be accomplished another day,

Remember that there are works already written in your "Book of Life" that I want you to accomplish daily.  You will only be able to complete these works when you completely trust Me with your day,

CANCEL

I had no debts when I walked on Earth. So many in your age are encumbered by debt. People are in prison as long as they owe money that they cannot pay.

I want you to owe no man but to love him. I want you to work towards being debt free,  When you are debt free, you will be able to set your affections on the things that are above, not on this earth.

Submit your finances to Me, and I will be able to give you wisdom on how to pay down your debt,
It was My joy to cancel the debt of your sin, and it will be My joy to help you cancel your financial debt,

ROMANS 13:8

RUSH

When you are in a rush, Satan can take advantage of you.  My enemy wants to keep you in the  rush mode all the day long. 

When you are in a hurry, you have no time to listen to the still quiet voice of My Spirit.  My Spirit was sent to lead and guide you, and He can prevent you from falling into the traps My enemy has set for you.

When you first arise, take a few moments to set the sails of your day to flow with the wind of My Spirit.  My Spirit then will gently lead you beside the still waters of My presence.  In My presence you will receive My joy, peace, and love that will keep you from a hurried day.

PSALM 37:5

LOVELY

It is so difficult to think about things that are lovely, pure, virtuous, and of good report in the age that you live.  Daily your mind is flooded with reports of tragic incidents and horrific weather.  My Word exhorts you to seek My face,

My Father commanded the light to shine out of darkness into My heart to give the light of the knowledge of My glory in My face.

I am altogether lovely.  I want you to seek My face.  Ask My Holy Spirit to reveal My loveliness to you.  You can receive an image of My face in the Spirit,  Once this happens, close your eyes and envision My face.  Then the things of this world will grow strangely dim in the light of My glory and grace.

SECURITY

One of the  greatest needs a person has is to feel secure,  I can provide for you security for life.  Because you believe in Me, you are hid with Me in My Father's heart.

So many people in your age are fearful,  They fear what will happen in the future,  My Word says that in the last days people's hearts will fail because they are so fearful.

You have nothing to fear about the future.  Your future is eternally secure with Me,  I promised that I would be with you even until the end of the world,  You do not even need to fear death because when you die, it will be like falling asleep and waking up in My arms. 

COLOSSIANS 3:3; MATTHEW 28:20

SIGNS

I performed many signs when I walked on Earth. Jewish people seek a sign, and many Jewish people are coming to know Me as their Messiah because My Holy Spirit has revealed a sign to them.

The greatest sign that I demonstrated was My Father's love. My will was to do the will of My Father, My will was motivated by My Father's love, and it was His love flowing through Me that empowered Me to do many miracles and other signs on Earth.

My Father so loved the world that he sent Me to provide the perfect sacrifice so that people could be reconciled to Him.  Faith works by love, and I desire for your motivation to do My will to be love not only for Me, but also for every person you minister to.  Be moved with My compassion for others today.
