Paul wrote to the church in Corinth about bountiful grace. Listen to his words carefully: "So we urged Titus, that as he had begun, so he would also complete this grace in you as well. But as you abound in everything-in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all diligence, and in your love for us-see that you abound in this grace also (2 Corinthians 8:7-8.)
The grace that Paul talked about was the grace of being a cheerful giver. I became poor so that you can now abound. I am able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
My grace will always abound to you when you give cheerfully to others, and when you remain always in thanksgiving for my provisions for you.
