I am able to keep you from falling. David wrote, "The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord; and He delights in his way. Though he fall, he will not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholds him with His hand (PSALM 37:23-24). Paul ended his letter to Jude with these words, "Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever, Amen" (JUDE 23-24).
I am with you always, and I never turn My back on you. I am always face to face with you and My arms are always outstretched to catch you if you start to fall. You will never be utterly cast down because I will right your steps if you are about to fall.
Be encouraged today and know that My arms are waiting to not only catch you if you begin to fall, but also to direct your steps as you travel with Me through life on earth.

RELEASE/REST
What you release to Me, I can bless and you will be at rest. Those burdens that you hold on to and do not release to Me will cause anxiety, fear, confusion, and many other negative fruits. This is why I invited all those who believe in Me to come to Me with their burdens. My promise is that when you release your burdens to Me, I will give you rest for your soul.
I desire for you always to have a rested soul. My beloved Paul exhorted the church at Philippi to not be anxious about anything, but instead to pray about everything. When you do this, My peace will invade your soul and I will be able to mount guard over both your heart and your mind.
Your mind is where the battle takes place, and My enemy wants to give you all kinds of negative thoughts that will create worry and fear. The moment you experience a negative, fearful, or worry thought, give those thoughts to Me immediately, and I will replace those thoughts with thoughts of peace and calm. Practice this moment by moment and your soul will always experience rest.

RESENTMENT/REMIT
When you hold on to hurts, you run the risk of harboring resentment and bitterness in your heart. When you are unwilling to forgive others and instead meditate on how they hurt you, I will not be able to bless you and that is My desire. My Word exhorts you to forgive others as I have forgiven you. My forgiveness is not conditional. When I died on the tree as the perfect sacrifice I forgave all of your sins, past, present, and future. Ask My Holy Spirit to fill your heart with My forgiveness and My love.
I gave you and all My followers the power to remit the sins of others. That means that you are able to intercede for those who have committed sins against you or others. Then I will be able to do battle for them so that My enemy will not take further advantage over them. Pray for My Father to send them the gift of repentance. When you do this, you will free yourself and those who hurt you to receive the blessings that I long to give you and them.

RESTRAINT
I recognize that is it is difficult for you to restrain yourself from losing control when things do not go your way or when someone says things to hurt you. Your natural response is to have an emotional outburst and then you will say things that should not be said. You forget then that you are a new creature in Me. You have a new nature. Remember this always and operate in your new nature instead of the old man that often wants to have his own way.
Self-control is one of My fruits and you can grow and develop in this fruit as you yield to My Holy Spirit. I sent Him to help you to know when to speak and when not to speak. You do have to give My Spirit time to speak to your heart. You can easily yield to His presence within you when you train yourself to respond to people rather than react to them. When someone offends you or when you cannot have your way, stay silent for a few minutes and give My Spirit time to instruct you on the way you should respond.
It is My delight when I see you operating in My fruits moment by moment. This will happen more and more in your life when you take a few minutes in silence before blurting out quick reactionary words.

CAREFUL
I do desire for you to live a carefree life. You are the sheep of My pasture, and sheep are not burden bearers. This is why I issued the invitation to you to come to Me with all of your burdens because My burden is light. My burden is light because as soon as you give Me your burdens, I interecede for you to My Father and pass that burden on to Him. Then My Holy Spirit on earth can begin to work on your behalf to lighten your load.

You can actually place a curse on yourself and others by speaking negatively about yourself and others. When you have negative thoughts, give them to Me. I will then be able to give you the thoughts that you should speak aloud.
Also be careful to watch and pray daily because My enemy like a roaring lion is seeking whom he may devour. Be careful to hear My voice and then be careful to obey My voice. Hearing My voice and doing what I instruct you to do is the way to live a blessed life.

READY
So many of My beloved feel like they are not ready for My return to earth. They forget that My Father already sees them complete in Me. When I said, "It is finished," as I gave My last breath while nailed to the tree, everything that you need to be ready for My return was purchased for you.
The very righteousness of God My Father was made available to all those who will receive Me as their Lord and Savior.
Yes, it is true that I am coming for a church that is perfect without blemish, but I already see that work finished and ready for My return. I am the One Who calls, and I am the One Who is faithful to see to it that you finish the work I have for you on Earth.
I work within you both to will and to do of My Father's good pleasure. My Father is pleased with you and sees you ready simply because He is pleased with Me and I live within you. Rest in the finished work that I have purchased for you by My shed blood.

PERSISTANCE/PREVAIL
I know you have experienced persistant people who seem to never give up. As you recall, you had someone in your life years ago that insisted that you attend a certain prayer meeting. You thought to yourself, "I wish they would just give up and quit asking me to attend." However, that person did not give up and you finally went just so this person would finally quit annoying you. When you attended the meeting, your life was changed forever.
Persistance is a quality that I love. I want you always to persist in prayer. Never feel like you are annoying Me when you keep asking Me to move in a certain situation in your life. When you persist in prayer about a matter, I know that you desire for the matter to be settled in your life. When you persist in prayer for others, I also know how important those people are to you. I know all things, but your persistance proves to Me that you will not give up until you prevail with My strength. Remember how Jacob wrestled with Me and did not let go until I blessed him.
Always know that I am never put off by your persistance. Keep persisting. The word "surrender" is a part of My vocabulary, but the phrase, "I give up," is not. RESCUE/RESIST
My beloved David cried out to me, "LORD, how long will You look on? rescue my soul from their destructions, my darlings from the lions. Satan is like a roaring lion who seeks to devour the souls of many. I exhorted my disciples to do two things as the day approached when I would leave them and go to My Father. Those two things were: "Watch and pray." Peter gave this exhortation, "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour: whom resist stedfast in faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world."
You are entering a season of time in this age when more than ever the devil will seem to be having his way. You may even doubt that I am watching over you. Rest assured, that I watch over you daily, and there are angels also assigned to watch over you. I do see the evil in your age, and I do care that many have become victims of my adversary. This is why I want you to, more than ever, watch and pray, and be ready to resist the devil if he tries to attack you.
Hide yourself in Me every morning. I am your full armor. Place the blood over yourself and your loved ones and use all of your weapons of warfare to resist my enemy every day.

PAIN
During your lifetime, you will more than likely experience all kinds of pain - both emotional and physical. When those times occur in your life, I want you to put your focus on Me instead of the pain. I can identify with your pain because just before I died on the tree, I experienced every kind of pain that mankind could ever experience.
I created a world that was meant to be without pain. However, when Adam and Eve sinned, the door was opened for pain to be a part of life. In fact, part of the curse that Adam and Eve brought upon themselves was that Eve would experience pain in childbirth and Adam would experience pain as he toiled and sweated to grow crops. Before the Fall there were no thorns to choke what is planted.

CROWNS
When you look at the royalty on earth, you often stand in awe of the regal beauty of the ceremony when a new king or queen is crowned. Those earthly ceremonies do not compare with the ceremony that will take place when you stand before Me, and I place on your head the crowns of reward for your service to Me while you were on earth.
On that day, you will realize that I was the One Who worked through you to both give you the will and the way to accomplish what is pleasing in My sight. This is why when you receive your crown or crowns, you will then lay them at My feet in thanksgiving for how I used you as an instrument on earth to do My will. All the glory will go to Me.
Daily offer yourself as a living sacrifice and the memberS of your body to be used by Me to display My righteousness, peace, joy, and love. When you are faithful to do this, I will be faithful to use you to do My will moment by moment.

DELICATE
Sometimes you face situations that are extremly delicate, and you do not know how to communicate with others in those situations. Often when there has been a tragedy in a family that you know, you want to reach out to those in the family, but you are at a loss for words.
When Lazarus died, I faced such a situation. Mary and Martha were distraught. They thought I did not care because I delayed in coming to pray for Lazarus. When I arrived, he had been dead for four days. I knew, however, that My Father wanted to reveal His glory through Me by raising Lazarus from the dead.
I knew the plan of My Father because I took time to seek Him. This is My exhortation to you when you face delicate situations. When those situations arise, do not move in haste. Instead, wait upon Me and listen carefully to what I desire for you to say and do. I will be able to give you a word in season to minister to others who face horrific trials. I have sent My comforter to you, and He is able to fill your heart with My compassion and also fill your mouth with the words that will comfort.

TENSE
My desire is that you never become tense over any situation you may be facing. When you are tense, you have a hard time hearing My voice. I know that throughout your life you will face intense moments that can cause you even to have a tension headache. When those moments come, take a few moments to elevate your thoughts from what you are facing to behold My face.
Throughout My Word, the exhortation is given to seek My face. This seems to many of My beloved to be a strange exhortation since My physical presence is no longer on earth. However, I have created you with a divine imagination that enables you to picture what I look like. The image you have of Me may not be perfect, but picturing My face is one way to draw closer to My presence with you. I am the express image of My Father, and I told My followers when I was on earth that if they had seen Me, they also had seen My Father.
The moment you feel tense, let your mind capture once again the image you have of My face, and tension will leave your mind and body and be replaced with My peace.

ADVANCE
People are blessed when they experience something happening in advance of the time they expected. Some may receive an early pay check or a refund in advance that they did not expect to receive until later. I rejoice when people are blessed by advances that they did not expect.
You can rejoice today because I paid your debt to sin even before you were born. In fact, from before the earth was created, My Father had you in mind and He saw to it that I would be the perfect sacrifice for your sin. In the heavenly vision I gave John, He described Me as the "Lamb, as it had been slain." Then I opened the book, and those surrounding Me sang a new song. They sang, "Worthy is the Lamb that was slain who has redeemed us to God by His blood."
Today as you worship Me, you can sing that song with the hosts of heaven. Thank Me today for shedding My blood for you to forgive you of all your sins, past, present, and future. Rejoice today for My advance payment of your debt to sin.

STILLNESS
Few in the age you live enjoy moments when there is stillness in the atmosphere. It is so difficult to shut off the noise the world offers. Throughout each day, you have many voices that compete for your attention. The voices of people that you encounter in a day's time either by phone or in person, the voices that come over your radio, TV, and computer. This is why you have to be intentional to take a time out away from all of these voices.
Spend time during the day and shut off all voices and enjoy an encounter with Me. There are things that I want to tell you, but you will never be able to hear My voice if you do not still your soul. My servant David learned to be quiet and still before Me. It was during those still times that he wrote many of the psalms.
I challenge you in this year to spend more quiet times with Me. Even though you do not hear Me speak to you, you will be refreshed by the silence you experience. When I walked on earth, I spent many nights in silence and in prayer as I waited to hear My Father's voice. Look forward to those silent times with Me this year and your days will be infused with the awareness of My presence with you throughout the day.

DESIRE
I know that you desire to do My will daily. When that desire is uppermost in your mind, I will be able to work through you both to will and to do of My good pleasure. However, you have to be intentional to not allow other desires in your life crowd out your main desire to do My will.
When I walked on earth, I wanted to minister to everyone in the crowds who heard Me teach and who followed Me. However, Father told Me to minister to only those who came to Me. I also wanted to teach in every synagogue throughout the region, but Father only led Me to teach in certain areas.
I had to listen carefully to My Father's instructions daily in order to accomplish what He wanted Me to accomplish each day. Train yourself to do the same.
I know you want to minister to so many people, but be careful to hear from My Spirit as He leads you to those He wants to help. You can be easily distracted from accomplishing what My Father wants you to in a day's time. In the morning, ask My Holy Spirit to lead you to those My Father has prepared for you to help. You then will not be exhausted at the end of the day.

CHALLENGE
As you face another year, I know you already see challenges ahead. Instead of meditating on what you may be facing in this next year, I want you to increase your face to face encounters with Me. I realize that you cannot see Me, but be intentional this year to spend a few minutes throughout the day to talk with Me one on one. Find a quiet spot in your work place, school, or home, and go there several times during the day.
During those few moments with Me, pour out your concerns to Me. I am all wisdom and I can give you the wisdom you need to face your challenges as they come up during the day. My Holy Spirit also wants to help you discern the next things you need to do to face the next challenge. My Father sent My Holy Spirit to help you daily, but sadly few believers ask for His help or even ask Me to give them wisdom.
I'm looking forward to our times together this year. Remember that I am always present with you and you can talk with Me throughout the day. SIMPLICITY
Life in your age has become very complicated. With the advances in technology, people are always communicating by using these new advances. Few take the time to communicate in person to others.
Whatever you can do to simplify your life would be advantageous in your walk with Me. I led a simple life. I just walked around the Sea of Galilee and ministered to people as they came to Me.
Sometimes I taught in the synagogues and I made sure that I attended every feast time in Jerusalem.
Distraction is one of the major weapons My enemy employs to keep you from communing with Me moment by moment. I exhort you that this year would be a good time to simplify your life. RETROACTIVE
Even though you cannot cancel out the consequences of past sins in your life, My blood is sufficient to remove your sins. As far as the east is from the west, so far have I removed your transgressions. My blood is retroactive. It has an effect on all of your past sins. When you are reminded of your past sins and you begin to condemn yourself for those sins, recognize that I have forgiven you for all of your sins - past, present, and future.
The debt you owe to Me because of you sinful behavior in the past is canceled. The depth of My love is My forgiveness. I am able to go into the deep areas of your life where there has been sin and I not only forgive those sins, but I also can redeem you from ever practicing those sins again.
Whenever My enemy tries to get you into condemnation because of past sins, say out loud. My righteousness is of Jesus Christ. Because you are in Me and I am in you, you can live a life free from condemnation and guilt over the past. This is good news.

The debt you owe to Me because of you sinful behavior in the past is canceled. The depth of My love is My forgiveness. I am able to go into the deep areas of your life where there has been sin and I not only forgive those sins, but I also can redeem you from ever practicing those sins again.
Whenever My enemy tries to get you into condemnation because of past sins, say out loud. My righteousness is of Jesus Christ. Because you are in Me and I am in you, you can live a life free from condemnation and guilt over the past. This is good news.

WORRY
I know you have heard the expression, "Don't worry, be happy!" Worry is simply negative thinking. Meditation occurs when you keep reviewing one thought over and over again in your mind. My friend Paul exhorted believers to pray about everything instead of worrying about anything.
Whenever a worry thought comes to your mind, give it to me. Most all negative thoughts come from My enemy. My Word says that as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Give Me your heart every morning and ask My Holy Spirit to fill your heart with My love. My perfect love in your heart will cast out all fear and worry.
Keep your focus on Me. Fill your mind with My good news instead of the news of this world. Pick a promise in My Word that you can meditate on all day long and when a worry thought comes, speak that promise out loud. Pray the promise instead of the problem. I tell you these things to strengthen you in the Spirit for the days that lay ahead.
PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7; PROVERBS 23:7

TIME
I live in a realm where there is no time or space. I created the earth to have times and seasons. However, I did not want mankind to be bound by time. Time was created just for your enjoyment. On a clear night you can gaze at the moon and stars and you can enjoy the beauty of a sunrise and a sunset every day. The sun gives you the warmth and engergy that is needed on earth and the heavens declare My glory.
So many of My saints are bound by time. They seem to box their days into time spans and get frustrated when they are late for an appointment or when someone interrupts the special time they have reserved to enjoy a quiet moment.
I desire for your days to flow instead of being rigid. I want you to be ready in season and out to give a word of encouragement to others. Recognize that your schedule is not what is most important in life. Knowing My presence with you and reaching out to My treasures (people) to love them should be top on your list for the day. Enjoy the seasons and the moments, but always remember that you can only minister in the moment to those who are near you at that moment.

CAREFREE
I am your "Good Shepherd." I said that My sheep hear My voice. Sheep are not burden bearers. I created you not to bear your burdens, but instead to give them to Me. Nothing can be gained by worrying about tomorrow or about whatever is a concern to you today. I want you to unburden yourself the moment you begin to fret or to be fearful about those things that are happening in your life.
When you cast your burden upon Me, you humble yourself before Me and you then can receive the grace from My throneroom that you need to overcome whatever is troubling you. My heart goes out to those who cannot release their burdens to Me. It is My joy to take your every burden. My burden is light. The reason why My burden is light is because the moment you give your burdens to Me, I then interecede for you and give your burden to My heavenly Father.
Today, do not be anxious about anything. Instead, pray about everything, and you will have a carefree day.

GRATITUDE
I recognize the fact that some people live in circumstances that are very difficult. When you study My Word, you will see how My disciples faced many horrific situations. My friend Paul learned the secret to enjoying life when it sometimes seemed unbearable. When he wrote the church at Philippi, he exhorted them to rejoice in every circumstance and every trial. My brother James encouraged the church in Jerusalem that was facing great persecution to rejoice in the midst of trials.
I never want you to be pulled down by circumstances or fearful about situations that you may face in the future. The key to a life of joy is simply this: Keep your focus on Me - who I am and what I have done for you. Set your affections on the things above, not the things on this earth. Thank Me for everything and in everything. When you do this, you will look forward to every day. Fear and dread will have to take a back seat to trust and faith in Me. When you have an attitude of gratitude in spite of what you are going through right now, you will not be weighed down by the cares of this world.

DRAMA
You are living out the drama presentation of the last days. Only My Father knows when the heavens will be rolled up like a scroll just like a curtain is rolled up at the end of the last performance of a drama. My friend Peter and My prophet Isaiah wrote about that day. What they described to most is a horrifying end to this drama. However, believers in Me know the rest of the drama.
There will be a new heaven and a new earth and at last My enemy will no longer have access to deceive the minds of people, You will live in a new earth that has no darkness of evil at all because the prince of darkness will not be there. Only the glory of My light will be in the new earth.
As you read about the last days before the earth is purified by fire, know that you will be in My presence and that you have nothing to fear. The heavens and earth will be shaken, but you live in a kingdom that is unshakable.
ISAIAH 34:4; 2 PETER 3:9-14; REVELATION 6:14

TRYING
"If you fail, then try, try again!" is a phrase that many people speak when they want to be encouraged.
What seems to look like failure to you is not failure in My Father's eyes. When My Father looks at you, He sees Me and I never fail. In fact, I never want you to try to gain victory when you feel you have failed. Instead, give the battles with your own flesh to Me. I know there are habits you want to break and mistakes that you wish you could correct, but release all of those feelings of failure to Me.
Remember always that My enemy wants to give you feelings of failure. He wants to pull you down. He loves for you to condemn yourself and he often reminds you of the times you have failed. When you experience self-condemnation or condemnation by others, declare this aloud: "My righteousness is of Jesus Christ." The enemy can attack your attempts to try to overcome, but he cannot attack My righteousness within you. You are perfect and complete in Me.
Meditate on these truths and the next time you feel like a failure, remember that I never fail and I live within you. The victory that overcomes the world is your faith. Put all of your faith in Me and you will see the victory.

CONSEQUENCES
As you enter this new year, meditate on the fact that your actions always produce consequences. Whenever you go your own way instead of My way, you will be faced with consequences that usually are not good. I desire for you to live a life that produces good consequences.
Your life will be filled with good consequences when you simply do three things:
1. Love Me with all of your heart and soul.
2. Allow My love to fill your heart so that you can love even your enemies.
3. Daily submit the members of your body to Me to be used as instruments of My peace, joy,
righteousness and love.
Most of the bad consequences in life are a result of selfishness. Humble yourself before Me daily and yield to My Spirit within you and you will experience fruitful consequences throughout your life.

INFORMATION
You live in an age when knowledge has increased to such a magnitude that people are overloaded with information. My Word predicted that knowledge would increase in the last days. This increase in knowledge is good, but it can divert you from the only knowledge that is important. I speak of the knowledge that can not only inform you, but also inspire you and even change you. That knowledge is the knowledge of Me, the Holy One. and the knowledge of My love.
My friend Paul prayed that believers would come to know the breadth, length, depth and height of My love. The breadth of My love is My truth. My truth is able to set you free to expand the borders of your life to reach souls through prayer and witness throughout the world. The length of My love is My mercy. My mercy extends to every generation and My mercy draws you to know Me better every day and to pass that knowledge to the next generation. The depth of My love is My forgiveness. I am able to reach down to the depth of your heart and forgive all your sins past, present, and future. The height of My love is My grace that is extended to you to empower you to do things by the power of My Spirit that are impossible in the natural.
Meditate today on the information that I just relayed to you about My love and you will enter into the knowledge that will change you to be more like Me.

RESOLUTIONS
This is the time in the new year to make resolutions. Many resolve to lose weight. Others resolve to exercise more. Resolutions are a way of at least setting goals even though they may never be accomplished.
This year I want you to make only one resolution. That resolution is to draw closer to Me in this year. I am always close to you, but often you do not recognize My nearness. Resolve this year to spend more time quietly waiting for Me to speak to you and to sing songs over you. The way to enter those quiet moments is to begin to thank Me for Who I am and for what I have accomplished for you.
I made a resolution while I walked on earth. That resolution was to accomplish My Father's will.
As you draw closer to Me in this year, you will fulfill My Father's will in your life because you will be able to hear the gentle voice of My Spirit leading and guiding you moment by moment. I know you will have a blessed year as you seek to be closer to Me than ever in this year.
