My promise is that if you will wait upon Me, you will run and not be weary and you will walk and not faint. I am able to cause you to mount up like wings of an eagle. An eagle spreads its wings and glides on the air currents. The eagle waits until the currents are perfect, and then it takes off.
This is exactly what I want you to do. I want you to wait on My Holy Spirit. My Holy Spirit supplies your breath when you are so weary that you think you cannot even take another breath.
My Holy Spirit is able to supply you with you second wind so that you can glide thru the rest of your day without being frustrated and overtired.
Wait upon Me today and see how I will hold you up by the wind of My Spirit. At the end of the day you will be able to have a sweet sleep.

HEALING
All those who came to Me for healing were healed. I know how you question often why some people are healed and some people are not. There are things that do prevent a person from being healed. When there is any bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness in the heart of the one who seeks healing, that heart condition has to be cleansed.
Before physical surgery is done on anyone, that person has to have his or her heart tested to be sure that it is strong enough to survive the operation. If there are blocks in the arteries of the heart, those blocks have to be removed so that the heart will be strong and cleansed. The same is true about your spiritual heart condition. When your heart is not overflowing with My love, those blocks need to be removed in order for you to receive the healing that I purchased for you when I died on the tree TO TAKE YOUR INFIRMITIES AND BARE YOUR SICKNESES.
David prayed, "Search Me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting (Psalm 139:23-24). Whenever you are seeking healing, pray this prayer David prayed. I want your heart to be strong in My strength and cleansed by My blood.

DETERMINATION
Where you are weak, I will be strong for you. I know there are times that you feel you just cannot accomplish a task that I have assigned for you to complete. When those times occur, ask My Holy Spirit to give you the determination to finish that good work that I am doing through you.
Always keep in mind that it is My work through you. Simply yield to My Spirit and allow Him to empower you to do what you cannot do.
My grace is always sufficient for every task. My grace is My supernatural empowerment to do what you cannot do in the natural. KNOWLEDGE
There are two kinds of knowledge - worldly knowledge and Holy knowledge. So many saturate themselves with worldly knowledge. Such knowledge may satisfy temporarily, but it will eventually pass away. When the day comes for a person to meet their appointed time with death, all the knowledge in the world will mean nothing.
I want you to absorb into your very being the knowledge of Me. My Spirit can help unveil the mysteries of My righteousness, and when you receive this unveiling, you will never be the same.
The knowledge of the Holy is worth spending time in My presence and allowing My Spirit to interpret My Word to you.
When you discover more knowledge of Me, you will be able to express that knowledge in words to others. You are on Earth for one purpose- to reveal My glory to others. PEACE
I can give you peace every moment of each day. However, to receive My peace, you must focus on My presence with you moment by moment. In My presence is fullness of joy, and also in My presence is peace. It is up to you to not let your heart be troubled by what you see going on in the world.
The peace I give to you is not as the world gives. The world will know no peace until I return. Until that time there will be wars and rumors of wars.
I do exhort you to pray for the peace of Jerusalem daily. Those who love Israel will be blessed, and those who curse Israel will be cursed. When you pray for the peace of Jerusalem, you are praying for My soon return.

DISCRETION
I sent My Holy Spirit to help you moment by moment through every day. Sometimes you forget to call upon His help. He can give you both understanding and wisdom about the every day decisions you have to make. My Spirit can give you discretion about when to speak and when not to speak.
Solomon compared a fair woman without discretion to a pig with a jewel of gold in its nose. He was delivering the message that discrete women as well as men do not pretend to be who they are not. They are discrete in their conversations as well as their outward appearance.
When you depend upon My Holy Spirit, He will help you guide your affairs with discretion. When you receive discretion as a gift from My Spirit, you will avoid many pitfalls in your life.
PROVERBS 11:22; PSALM 112:5

INFLUENCE
What you see and what you hear during a day's time can greatly influence you. You live in an age that is much more complicated than the age when I walked on Earth. Because of the increase in technology, you are flooded with information that you see and hear daily. That information stays in your mind even though you may not want it to.
Guard your ear and eye gate during the day. Be careful to be selective in what you see and hear.
Solomon exhorted people to guard their hearts with all diligence because out of the heart comes the issues of life.

ENERGY
These summer months will sap your energy, but there is a refreshing that I have provided for you daily. That refreshing and revitalizing of your energy will occur when you stop your activities just for ten minutes at least three times during the day and intentionally acknowledge My presence with you.
I am always with you, but often your busy days will make you less aware of My presence. When you take those few minutes to draw aside, simply rest yourself in Me. Think of the things that you are thankful for and begin to speak them out loud.
Thankfulness will lead you into praise and soon you will forget that you were weary. My Spirit will energize you. You will be able to accomplish much more during the day when you take those times of refreshing.

FAVOR
Favor surrounds the righteous as a shield. I am your righteousness. When My enemy sees you, he sees My righteousness as a shield round about you. I truly am your shield and your defense against all the plans of My enemy.
No weapon formed against you will prosper. I have given you what you need to say against the enemy daily. Your inheritance as My saint and My servant is to say these words against the enemy when he comes against you: "My righteousness is of Jesus Christ." When you say this out loud, the enemy has to drop his weapons immediately.
My enemy can attack your own self-righteousness, but he cannot attack My righteousness that is your shield. You will have favor with others as you daily speak out loud in your prayer time, "My righteousness is of Jesus Christ." My Word spoken out loud will always pierce My enemy.

FIRE
I know how you pray sometimes that the fire that you had when you first received Me as you Lord and Savior would be rekindled. The secret to keeping the fire of My Spirit stirred within you is to often meet with others in My body.
The writer of Hebrews exhorted believers to not forsake the assembling of themselves together as the day draws nearer to My return. I give you that same exhortation today. You are the light of the world, and as the days become darker before My return, you will find comfort, encouragement, edification, instruction, and prayer power as you join yourself to fellow believers.
The only way to get a fire going when it seems that it is on the verge of being put out is to stir the fire and add hot coals to it. Every believer contains the fire of My Spirit, and when you meet together, the light and warmth of My love stirs the fire within you to renew your commitment to Me and your determination to keep My light within you burning brightly.

Words are containers. Words can contain love or hate. Words can contain encouragement or discouragement. Words can contain contention or peace. Both David and Solomon knew the power of words. David prayed, "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart,be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD. my strength, and My redeemer." Solomon wrote, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue."
My brother James wrote, "Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing." I said that people express in words what is in their hearts. This is why Solomon exhorted you to diligently guard your heart.
Today commit your words to Me. I will then be able to fill your words with My words. My words edify others and glorify My Father in heaven.

DISAPPOINTMENTS
My disciples expected that I had come to establish an earthly kingdom. They were disappointed because I did not fulfill their expectations. They finally realized that they were in the presence of the kingdom of God when they were with Me.. I am the kingdom of God. When I instructed them to seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, I was telling them to seek Me first.
When you seek Me first in your life, you will never be disappointed. When you seek Me first, your focus will be on Me instead of your focus being on yourself, things, or other people. People will disappoint you, but I will never disappoint you.
I promise that all the things you need in life will be met if you seek Me first. Seek My presence with you instead of seeking Me to do something for you. In My presence is fullness of joy, and pleasures for ever more. You will be content with your life when you finally realize that your life is My life within you.

CALL
I trust that you know My telephone number (Jeremiah 33:3). This verse says, "Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and hidden things that you do not know (Jeremiah 33:3)." Too few of My beloved dial My heavenly telephone number daily. I am available moment by moment to answer any questions that you might have.
I am also available to instruct you and to give you wisdom when you are trying to make a decision.
I love to hear your voice when you dial My number through prayer. After you call Me, then wait quietly for Me to answer. So many of My beloved give Me their questions and their petitions and then hang up the prayer phone without waiting to hear My voice.
Learn to still your soul like a weaned child just as David did. I know there are times when you have to cry out to Me with prayers of supplication, but I desire to talk with you daily. Remember always that we have a two-way conversation. Listening to Me is really more important than talking to Me. HARMONY
The goal of most people is to live in harmony with their family members, friends, employees, and employers. When I walked on Earth, even my disciples did not always get along. I was with them during that time, but I did not dwell within them until right before I gave Myself as the perfect sacrifice for sins.
You have My Spirit now within you, and His job is to help you live a harmonious life. Living a harmonious life does not mean living a life with no disagreements. Whenever you have a disagreement, you can listen to the still quiet voice of My Spirit within you and He will tell you what to say and what not to say.
Often it is pride that causes disharmony with others. Never feel like you have to prove your point.
Ask for the anointing of My Spirit and you will have both wisdom and understanding operate through you when you encounter disagreements.

SPACE
I have heard some of My beloved say, "I just need some space." I understand that life can sometimes be so overwhelming that people need to just be alone. When those times happen in your life, I want you to remember that you are never alone.
Use that "space time" to come into My presence. I want to minister to you during those times. Quiet your soul and allow Me to speak to your heart. I may have a passage from My Word to give you or simply a word of encouragement. My Holy Spirit is the encourager and He loves to lift you up when you are down emotionally.
I live in eternity and there is no space and time with Me. However, I am always with you every minute of the day. I know that your finite mind can not understand My greatness, but just accept the fact that I am continually humbling Myself to look into the hearts of people. I am the glory and the lifter of your head. Allow Me to lift your head heavenward to behold Me.

WRONG
It is so easy for My beloved to believe that they are absolutely right about a matter and everyone else is totally wrong. The root of such a belief is pride. Pride causes you to think more highly of your own opinion than that of others.
There are no absolutes in life, but the truths that are found in My Word. Those truths are to be presented from a person who is willing to say, "You may be right." Truth is truth, but truth needs to be expressed by a person who is yielded to My Spirit. I am drawn to a person who has a contrite heart and who esteems others higher than themselves.
Whenever you present My truths to others keep in your mind and heart that My righteousness, peace, joy, love, patience, and faithfulness are the major truths I want you to express as you expound the Scriptures to others.

DISOBEDIENCE
Some people do not understand why My Father and I permit evil in this world. When Adam and Eve disobeyed Our command not to eat of the tree of knowledge, sin was birthed and so was death. Death and sin have been the enemies of mankind ever since that time.
Adam and Eve had a choice to obey or disobey Our command just as Satan had a choice to obey or disobey when he lived in heaven. Pride entered the heart of Satan when he wanted to exalt himself above Our throne. Satan tempted Eve to know what Father and I know. Again, it was pride that caused them to disobey.
The fruit of pride is always disobedience or rebellion to the Our commands found in Our Word. Father and I are One, and Father saw fit to put on an Earth suit (flesh) to come and retake what Satan had stolen through My perfect sacrifice for you. Father and I resist pride always in our beloved because We know that Our grace cannot bring showers of blessings to Our beloved if they put up the umbrella of pride. Make sure today that you do not allow yourself to get into pride. You will have a glorious, peaceful day when you humble yourself before Me by casting all of your cares upon My Father and I.
