"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1)." This is a truth from My Word that has relevant meaning for the times that you live in today. You cannot see faith or hope just as you cannot see the corona virus, but you know they are present.
The substance of faith is hope, and that substance is real. It is substance you can see. Hope is the serene, confident expectation of good. The only way you can see and receive the hope that will stabilize your emotions during these turbulent times is to abide in My Word.
The highway into My throne room is called "Faith," and that highway is paved with this real substance called hope. I want your highway of faith today to be paved with My promises that are found in My Word. Fill your mind with My promises, and your faith will be solid, and hope will anchor your emotions.

Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.
At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.
FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.
