SOMMER FAMILY BLESSING

Welcome to the blog for Linda Sommer.

My Blog will cover three subjects:

WORD FROM THE LORD, FAMILY, and MINISTRY.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.

At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.

FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.

MINISTRY
Tom and I have traveled the world. To find out more about our ministry you may consult our webpage -
http://www.voiceofthesword.com/.
I will keep you updated on future speaking enagements and ministry developments.

ACCUSATIONS

My adversary always uses the tongues of others to accuse you and all believers.  My Word says that Satan is the "accuser of the brethren."  You are living in a day when there will be many false accusations against you.

I want you to be at peace when this happens.  After I was resurrected, I gave My disciples the priestly role of being able to totally forgive the sins of others.  I breathed into them My Holy Spirit, and then I said to them, "Whose soever sins you remit, they are remitted unto them, and whose soever sins you retain, they are retained (John 20:21)."

The way to silence the accuser is to totally forgive the person who has accused you.  The ability to forgive others totally was given to the disciples on that day I breathed My Spirit into them.  I told them that I  was sending them to do the same thing I did.  What was that thing?  I came to forgive the world of their sins.  You have this power within you right now.  You are called to forgive others even as I have forgiven you. This means that you do not want your accusers to suffer for their sins.

REVELATION 12:10; JOHN 20:19-23; EPHESIANS 4:32
