When you received Me as your Lord and Savior, you joined My army of saints. You entered spiritual warfare. Your part in this warfare is to declare My Word, My victory, and your righteousness because of My blood. Your Mode of Operation is PRAYER. Your strategy manual is My Word.
Daily you need to put on My full armor. I am your armor. I am your high tower as well as your hiding place. You can put on My full armor simply by hiding yourself in Me daily. Also I want you to lift up the shield of faith by speaking My Word out loud when you are tempted just as I did when I was tempted in the wilderness.
Place My blood over yourself and take every thought that is contrary to My Word captive. Then give those thoughts to Me, and I will do warfare for you. You cannot fight My enemy in your own strength. Remember always that I am the Captain of the heavenly hosts who stand ready to help you the moment you declare My Word. My angels and My saints who intercede for you are your reinforcements.

Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.
At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.
FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.
MINISTRY
