My Holy Spirit enjoys giving My beloved insight about My Word. As you read My Word and ask My Holy Spirit to be your teacher, you will be able to discern what voice is speaking to you. Everyday you live, you have at least four voices that compete to get your attention.
The voices you hear are not audible, but you hear those voices with your mind and spirit. The thoughts and intents of your heart often are delivered to you as whispers in your inner man. Only My Word and My Spirit are able to discern whether or not you are hearing from your own flesh, from My enemy, the world, or from Me.
The voice that I want you to tune into is the voice of My Spirit. As you know, My Spirit speaks to you in a still, quiet voice. In order to hear His instructions and directions for the day, you need to quiet yourself. I exhort you to do this every morning before the other voices of this world have an opportunity to distract you.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.
At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.
FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.
MINISTRY
