SOMMER FAMILY BLESSING

Welcome to the blog for Linda Sommer.

My Blog will cover three subjects:

WORD FROM THE LORD, FAMILY, and MINISTRY.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.

At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.

FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.

MINISTRY
Tom and I have traveled the world. To find out more about our ministry you may consult our webpage -

I will keep you updated on future speaking enagements and ministry developments.

DWELL

When I told My disciples to abide in Me, abide in My Word, and abide in My love, I was telling them to dwell or live with Me as you read My Word and live with Me as you express My love to others.  When you dwell with a person, you are in their presence continually.

I want you to daily be aware of My presence with you.  You dwell with your family by communicating with them and committing yourself to serve them.  It is so easy with the busy days you experience to forget that I stand ready for you to converse with Me throughout the day.

I want you to talk to Me about everything that you want to do in a day's time.  Then I desire for you to listen carefully to My Holy Spirit as He instructs you when to do things, how to do things, and what to say to others during the day.  My Spirit may have a totally different plan than yours, so be open to hear His voice throughout the day.  When you dwell with Me continually by being aware of My presence, I guarantee that your day will be full of joy.
