Life is an adventure. When you awake in the morning, you have no idea what the day may hold. Those who work assume that they will get to work on time. Those who are at home assume that they will accomplish the things on their "To Do List" that day.
By now, you have learned that many unexpected things may occur during the day. This is why I want you to set your sails to travel with Me on the adventure that I have planned for you.
Think of it this way. You are in the boat called "Life." You do know your destination which is to be with Me for all eternity. However, recognize that I am with you every minute of each day. You may hit some rough waters and storms as you travel through the day. If you raise the sail of My Holy Spirit by committing your works and your way to Me in the morning, I will be able to accomplish the adventure I have planed for you each day.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.
At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.
FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.
MINISTRY
