You would take action right away if you knew your home was being invaded by thieves who not only desire to rob you, but who also are armed to kill you. However, there has been an invasion in your home already. These robbers in your home are your TV, your computer, your computer games, and your "I Phone." Those technical items are robbing you from interpersonal relationships that are needed to help you and those living with you grow in intimacy with one another.
When more time is spent relating to a technical item than relating and communicating with Me or others, you will become isolated from one another. Relating to people through these modern day interactions on the computer will never replace eye to eye, face to face communication.
My enemy wants to keep you from intimacy with Me, and those in your home and your work place. The art of conversation and the instruction of parents to children are sorely lacking in the age that you presently live. I exhort you today to guard your home and yourself from My enemy. The first step is to be intentional to have quality communication with those in your home and the work place.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.
At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.
FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.
