I spoke to Peter and told him that I would build My church upon the declaration he made when he said that I was the "Christ, the Son of the living God." Then I told him that the gates of hell would not prevail against the church.
The gates of hell will never prevail against My church because I hear the prayers of My church as they trust Me to work through them to do the same works that I did when I was on earth.
I also hear My church as they enter the gates where I dwell with thanksgiving. Their thanksgiving, praises and worship bring great joy to Me. Know that you can receive My joy to strengthen you so that you will always triumph over My adversary, the devil.
