I want you to understand the strategies of My enemy, Satan. His first line of attack is put doubt and fear in your thoughts. He wants you to doubt who you are and then he tries to cause you to fear the future. If he is successful, you will be paralyzed with doubt and fear, and then you will be powerless to resist him.
Satan attacked me with the word, "if," when he tempted Me in the wilderness. He said, "IF you you are the Son of God, command this stone that it be made into bread." Then he showed me the kingdoms of this world and said I could have them "IF I would worship him." Then he challenged Me to jump off the pinnacle of the temple by saying, "IF you are the Son of God, cast yourself down from here.
Beware when you hear the word, "IF," and make sure you ask the Holy Spirit where that "IF" thought originated. You live in an age of seduction, but My Word and My Spirit will always give you the discernment you need if you ask for My help.
