When I was asked if it was lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not, I asked to see the tribute money. I asked them whose image was on the coin. They replied Caesar's. I then told them to "Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's; and to God the things that are God's."
The word, "render," means to give to, submit, deliver, or present to someone. When I told them to render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's and to God the things that are God's, they did not realize that everything on earth is Mine.
Through Me and by Me was everything created that was created and all things belong to Me. I am the owner of all things. I have called you to steward what belongs to Me. You also are mine and all mine is yours since you are a joint heir with Me. You are My treasure, and you are much more precious than any thing of monetary value. When you daily render yourself to Me to be used for My glory, I am pleased.
