Statements that are made are sometimes called emphatic statements which means the words spoken in those statements are forcible, striking and definite. My Word is filled with emphatic statements.
I made an emphatic statement when I said, ""I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by Me." Many believe that there is a god, but no one can know My Father, the One true God, unless they know and believe in Me first.
I want everyone on this Earth to know My Father personally. Many have said they believe in the man upstairs, but they do not really know My Father. To have an intimate relationship with My Father, I am the only way people can know Him as Abba, their loving Father. I came on Earth to reveal My Father's love to the world so that anyone who believes that I came to Earth, was crucified, dead, buried and raised again will be saved and will be able to know My Father's personal love for them.
