SOMMER FAMILY BLESSING

Welcome to the blog for Linda Sommer.

My Blog will cover three subjects:

WORD FROM THE LORD, FAMILY, and MINISTRY.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.

At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.

FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.

MINISTRY
Tom and I have traveled the world. To find out more about our ministry you may consult our webpage -

I will keep you updated on future speaking enagements and ministry developments.

FELLOWSHIP

I had a wonderful time fellowshipping with My disciples.  You have probably heard the saying: "Fellowship means fellows together in one boat."  That certainly describes the fun times I had with the disciples as we fished together. I even enjoyed fellowshipping with those who did not know Me and who were in the world.

It is so important that My beloved have much fellowship together as the day draws near to My second coming.  All of you will need an extra measure of strength to get through the trials ahead.

On My last night with My disciples, I told them the way to have joy in their future journey.  I told them three things they must do: Abide in Me; abide in My love; and abide in My Word.  I told them these things so that their joy would be full and so My joy would remain in them.  When you fellowship with fellow believers, keep a focus on these three things, and your time together will be
fruitful and filled with joy. My joy will be your strength in the days ahead.
