The doctors advise one half hour of vigorous exercise daily to keep your body in shape. My Word says that bodily exercise profits little. Your body is simply a tent for My Spirit. However, I do want you to number your days and apply your hearts to wisdom.
I want you to do what you can to keep your body functioning well until it is your time to be with Me face to face. I also want you to do your spiritual exercise throughout the day. Your spiritual exercise is prayer (communing with Me).
Eating a balanced diet is also what the medical doctors advise in order for you to keep in health.
Your spiritual food is My Word. Doctors advise that you eat 6 small meals a day. Follow this pattern with you spiritual food. Read a portion of My Word 6 times a day and end the day with a reading from Psalms, then you will sleep like a baby.
