My Blog will cover three subjects:

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.

At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.

FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.

MINISTRY

WORTHY

You sing a song, "Worthy is the Lamb" during your worship times.  It is true that I am worthy, but I want you to meditate on the fact that I count you worthy to contain My very Spirit, My Holy Spirit Who lives within you.

My servant Paul prayed a prayer for the church at Thessalonica, and this is My prayer for you.  Paul prayed that those in this church would be counted worthy of their calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of My goodness, and the work of faith with power:

He prayed that My name would be glorified in them, and them in Me according to the grace that My Father has given them. This is a wonderful prayer for you to pray this year for the church throughout the world.

2 THESSALONIANS 1:11-12
