I know that sometimes you are annoyed by character traits that people have. Instead of being annoyed by those traits, pray for those people to yield themselves to Me. My servant John said that he needed to decrease so that I could increase.
Recognize the truth that people who do not display My character traits are people who have not spent a good deal of time in My Word and in My presence. Be patient with such people because the day will come as they yield to My Spirit that they will be more like Me.
The way anyone and you can become more like Me is to give more of yourself to Me. Remember the song you used to sing, "I want more of Jesus, so I will give Him more of Me." That is the secret to maturing in your walk with Me.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.
At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.
FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.
