EXTREME

The weather this past season has been extreme.  Also the climate in Washington has also been extreme.  I want you to always remember Who is in control of the weather and also Who puts leaders in high places.

As you read My Word, you will see that it is within My power to withhold rain and to send it.  It is also in My power to promote or demote leaders.

I have the power to soften extremely hard hearts.  Remembering that I have extreme control over everything.will encourage you to release every burden and care to Me.  I am the author and finisher of your faith.  As you face this day, know without a doubt that I care for you.

JOB 12:15; PSALM 84:11, 75:6

SAVINGS

Most of your financial planners advise that you keep a certain amount of money in a savings account as an emergency fund  to be used whenever something needs repair in your car or your house..  This is good advice for your earthly finances, but I have the best savings, emergency fund that you can draw from at any time.

 I counseled My disciples to store up treasures in heaven rather than on Earth.  I have a treasure storehouse in heaven that I can easily access for you when you have an emergency.

 As you are faithful to tithe into My storehouse in heaven, I will rebuke the devourer for you so that you will not have many household emergencies.

MATTHEW 6:19; MALACHI 3:10-11

FORCE

There are angel armies all around you.  You cannot see them, but they are there.  I am the Captain of this heavenly hosts.  I do not want you to ever feel alone.  Thank Me daily for the angels I have assigned to you.  One day you will meet them.

Elisha's  servant was frightened because a great army was coming against them, but then I opened the servants eyes to see the hosts of angels in chariots all around them.

Thank Me today for this heavenly force that is around you.  It is true that My adversary is the prince and power of the air, but I have an air force that is much more powerful.

CONTROL

So many people think that they are in control of their own lives and that they can control other people's lives.  No one on earth is in control or their life..  Every day you have two choices.  Do you want Me to be in control of your life or do you want My adversary to be in control of your life?

If you choose to have Me control of your life, you daily need to surrender your life to Me.  First you must surrender your will to Me just as I surrendered my own will to My Father's will when I agonized in the garden just before I died to forgive all of your sins.

If you choose not to surrender your will to Me, then you will do your own will which will be influenced greatly by My adversary.  When you walk in the flesh, you are an open target for My adversary.  Today choose to surrender your will to Me, and you will not fulfill the lusts of your own flesh.

GALATIANS 5:16

INVITATION

I give you My personal invitation to come before My throne room daily.  It seems strange to Me that people turn down that invitation to communicate with Me.  Who in the world would turn down an invitation to present themselves before an earthly king?

I am your Heavenly King who flung the stars of the universe into place and Who named every star.  I am able to turn hearts towards Me just as I am able to turn the waters in the river courses. 

When you do answer My daily invitation, I want you to pray with great confidence that I not only hear your prayers, but I also will answer your requests.  When you pray anything according to My will, I will always respond with the answer.  Do not miss your audience today with Me, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

1 JOHN 5:14-15

RUSH

People seem to be in such a rush these days.  They seldom take time just to sit down and communicate with Me.  Of course, you can communicate with Me throughout your day because I am with you always.

There is great value in taking maybe 10 minutes every two hours in your day to reflect upon My nearness to you, and to be refreshed by My Holy Spirit.  I recommend that you take some time while you are having your first cup of coffee to ask My Spirit to remind you of a song or a hymn, a Psalm,  Proverb, or a promise that you can meditate on throughout your day.

This morning I gave you the old hymn: "Take Time To Be Holy."  The first verse is: "Take time to be holy. Speak oft with your God. Abide in Him only and feed on His Word."  Good advice for you on a Monday as you begin your work week.

SPARE TIME

When I walked on Earth, I had much more spare time than you have.  Busy housewives have to clean, wash clothes, cook and shuttle children back and forth to lessons and sports events. Men work 8 hours a day.

I never had to cook, wash clothes, clean my home because I did not have one and My only work was doing the will of My Father..  People like Mary and Martha took care of my needs.  I told someone who wanted to follow Me that I did not even have any place to lay My head.

Everyone is given the same amount of time, but what you do in your spare time will make all the difference in your life.  It is important to take some time for yourself like reading a good book.  May I suggest that the best book you can read is the Bible.  You also need to have fellowship with others, but do not forget to fellowship with Me.  In fact, you do not need spare time to do that because I am with you always.  Just talk with Me throughout your busy day.
