CHANGE

So many of My beloved pray that I will change their hearts to be more surrendered to Me.  I do have the power to change hearts.  I have the power to soften hearts and to harden hearts.

I hear this request of sincere Christians who want to be more like Me.  I have promised in My Word exactly how your heart and the hearts of all My beloved can be changed.

The promise is: "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the LORD, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the LORD.  As you spend quality time with Me and My Word which is like a mirror, My Spirit will be able to change you to be more like Me. 

2 CORINTHIANS 3:18 

PRODIGAL

I told the parable of what some today call the "Parable of the Prodigal Son."  The prodigal son asked for his inheritance early and then he left his family and spent his inheritance on riotous living. When he had no more money, he returned to his home.  His father did not condemn him.  Instead, his father threw a party for him.

The word, "prodigal" is used to describe wastefulness and recklessness.  There are many prodigal sons and daughters today that I am calling back to my family.  Seducing spirits have imprisoned them in worldly thinking and worldly ways.

Pray for these prodigals with faith believing that I long to have an encounter with them. Pray for that encounter.  One revelation of My love for them is all they need to return to be with Me.

LUKE 15:11-32

GRANT

There is so much that I have granted to those who love Me.  The first thing I granted to you was the gift of faith to believe in Me. Next, I granted you the gift of repentance.

After you repented of your sins, I granted you My forgiveness for your sins (past, present, and future). I also granted you the grace to live a blessed, abundant life.

Today and every day, I grant you the power and the anointing of My Holy Spirit both to give you the will to do My will and the way to do My works.

ACTS 11:18, 14:3; PHILIPPIANS 2:13

FLAME

When you strike a match and throw it into a stack of wooden logs, it takes oxygen in the atmosphere to ignite a flame.  I have called you to be the light of the world.  I want you to be not only a light, but I want you to be a flame that will never grow dim as long as you are on this earth.

The oxygen I supply that causes you to be that flame is My Holy Spirit.  My Holy Spirit is like a mighty wind that blows on you and causes you to burn with zeal in your heart for Me.

Allow My Holy Spirit to breathe a fresh anointing upon you daily, and I will then not only be able to keep the flame burning in your heart for Me, but also the grace to ignite others with My eternal love.

ISAIAH 10:17

BREAD

I am the true bread that came down from heaven.  I am the bread of life.  When you come to Me, you will never hunger and you will never thirst.

I told those listening that if they ate of this bread, they would live forever. When I said that bread was My flesh, some left Me because they did not understand.

Whenever you have communion, I want you to remember what I said to My disciples on that fateful night when I was betrayed.  First I blessed the bread and then I broke it and gave it to My disciples, and I said, "This is My body that is given for you." I gave My body as the perfect sacrifice for you.

JOHN 6:31-35

STORMS

This is summer season where you live, and storms come up suddenly. The sun can be shining brightly, and then it becomes very dark.  The wind picks up, and lightning flashes, and you seek to find shelter quickly.

It was such a storm that suddenly came upon My disciples as they crossed the Galilee.  I was asleep in the boat, and they could not believe that I was not concerned for them.  I calmly woke up, and said to the storm, "Peace be still."

Remember that I am in control over not only the weather, but also over the storms of life that suddenly seek to overwhelm you.  When those dark storms surround you and the waves of adversity seek to drown you, speak My words, "Peace be still."  Run to Me.  I am your shelter, and I will see you through all of life's storms.

MARK 4:37-39

ABSENT

Paul wrote: We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the LORD.  Wherefore we labor, that whether present or absent, we may be  accepted of Him         (2 Corinthians 5:8-9)."

I want you to always know that your days are written in your book of life.  The day you were born and the day you will die are written in this book.

As long as you are on earth, I want you to do the works I have given you to do.  I will see to it that you complete these works before I call you home to be with Me. Remember, the good works that I have begun in you, I will complete.
