You are an earthen vessel that I have called to contain, retain, maintain and proclaim. These are common callings that I have given to all those who desire to serve Me in My kingdom on Earth. You contain the very glory of God - My Holy Spirit within you. I designed you not only to contain My glory, but also to share My glory by proclaiming My good news of salvation with others.
I have made you to contain My Spirit in your earthen vessel so that the excellency of the power within you will be of Me and not of you. However, because you are an earthen vessel, you sometimes leak. Whenever you give into the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, or the pride of life, My power and My glory are not demonstrated in your life. This is why I have called you to maintain My Spirit by taking time daily to renew your mind as you study My Word and to daily receive a fresh infilling of My Holy Spirit. My Spirit will not leave you, but your flesh sometimes can prevent My Spirit from flowing through you to others.
Ask Me today to give you a fresh anointing of My Spirit and take time to linger in My presence and commune with Me.

PRAYER
I continually make intercession for you. I know all of your needs before you even verbalize them to Me in prayer. This fact may cause you to ask, "Then, why should I pray? When you pray, you are calling for heaven to be manifested on Earth. In order for this to happen, you have to give My Word voice on Earth. I taught My disciples to pray, "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven."
The moment you present your need to Me, praise, or thank Me, angels are activated in the spirit realm. They have been sent to minister to you, and they begin to help you the moment you voice your prayer. Remember, how I told Daniel that the moment he voiced his prayer, it was heard in heaven. There was warfare, however, that hindered the answer from coming right away. However, My mighty host of angels began to do battle for him the instant he prayed.
Prayer paves a highway to heaven that My angels can travel on to help you. Warfare prayers that you pray on Earth can cause the enemy's plans for you to be foiled. Remember always to pray the promise when you present the problem. My very nature is imparted to you when you pray the promise and not just the problem. Always make your requests know with thanksgiving because when you do this, I know you have faith to believe that I not only have heard your prayers, but I am also sending the answer.

GIVING
When you see someone in need, reach out to them in love. So often you think that you have to have money to give, but people sometimes just need a word of encouragement of a listening ear.
Just think about this. I had no money while I lived on Earth, but I was able to meet the needs of all those who came to Me. I own the cattle on a thousand hills, but I had no earthly possessions when I humbled Myself and came to live on Earth as the Son of Man.
When I walked the Sea of Galilee, I had only one garment of clothing to wear. Others invited Me to spend the night in their homes and that is how I was fed. One time I told a scribe who wanted to follow Me, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head."
I lived a life that was totally dependent upon the Father and others to meet My needs. I lived that way to prove to you that you do not have to have money to share the riches of My kingdom with others. You only have to do the will of My Father.

TENDERHEARTED
Be kind and tenderhearted towards others. You live in a day when so many people are only thinking their own thoughts and doing their own thing. Such people serve three idols-me, myself, and I.
Whenever you allow others to wound you with their words or actions, your thoughts also are upon yourself, not on the person who just hurt you. I said "love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you." I gave those instructions because I know how easy it is for you and others to be wounded when hurtful words are spoken and unkind deeds are done to you.
My love in you suffers long and is kind. My love in you is not easily offended. You will have a tender heart towards others when you consider that the person who wounded you is most likely also wounded. Ask Me to help your thoughts to go outward to others and upward to Me whenever someone criticizes, judges or persecutes you in any way. Did I not pray, "Father, forgive them for they do not know what they do," when I died on the tree of sacrifice for you?

GRATEFULNESS
Gratefulness is the gateway to blessing. Offer Me the sacrifices of praise and thanksgiving even when you are going through horrific trials. I desire for you to praise Me in and thank Me for all things. Grace abounds to the thankful heart.
I know how you long for the difficult people and the trying circumstances in your life to change. Only I can change the hearts. The only heart you can change is your own. If you are experiencing strife, worry, fear, and anxiety in the midst of the trial you are in, come to Me and thank Me and make your supplications known to Me with thanksgiving. When you supplicate with thanksgiving, you transfer the burden you are experiencing now to Me. I then can remove any fears and worries from your heart.
Be willing to forbear with those people who you wish would change and thank Me for them. I have a purpose for them and for you in that relationship. Be willing to wait upon Me with thanksgiving during difficult trials. When you remain in gratefulness no matter what or who you encounter day by day, your heart and mind will be at peace.

FUTURE
The best is yet to come! Yes, you have so much to look forward to. I have prepared a place for you that is beyond anything you could think, hope, or imagine. It is My delight to bless you right now and for all eternity.
Right now you only see glimpses of My glory, but you will some day see it all. The day will come when the earth will be filled with My glory. You will see that day also. Until that day, seek to glorify Me moment by moment. I have blessed you so that you can be a blessing to all you encounter today and all your tomorrows.
Rejoice today, rejoice tomorrow, and rejoice knowing that the best is yet to come!!

KNOWLEDGE
To know Me is to love Me. So few take the time to really know Me. I came to reveal My Father's character and His love. The Scriptures reveal all you need to know about Me. My Holy Spirit came to take the things I said on Earth and bring them to your remembrance.
I have opened the door for you to have pure communion with Me and My Father. The reality of My presence with you and within you is revealed to you daily by My Spirit. His assignment is to teach, empower, and encourage you daily to walk as I walked on Earth. However, He cannot fulfill His assignment if you do not take the time to sit in His classroom and open the textbook, My Holy Scriptures.
The major lesson My Spirit, "The Great Teacher," wants you to learn is meekness and lowliness of heart. When you truly learn this lesson, you will be able to learn all you need to know about Me. However, I desire for you to not just know all about Me. I want you to know Me intimately. After all, I am your husband, lover, and best friend.
