It is easy for you to slip into a mode of judging and criticizing others. Whenever you judge others, you are looking down upon them. In a way you are saying that you are better than the one you are critcizing.
Even when you do not speak your criticisms out loud, I am aware of your judgmental thoughts. The critical thoughts you have need to be given to Me immediately. Take those thoughts captive to Me and allow Me to send you thoughts that edify. If you do not do this, soon a stronghold of pride will be built in your mind that will be difficult to pull down.
I desire for you to esteem others higher than yourself. When you do this, you please Me and I am able to empower you with the gift of exhortation that will replace your critical attitude. Remember always that I am the only just judge, and I know the hearts of people. Quickly release all judgments to Me.

SEALED
You are sealed by My Holy Spirit. You are Mine and always will be Mine. Let this sink deep in your heart.

BE BOLD
I have provided the way for you to eneter boldly to My throne of grace to find help whenever you need it. When I became the perfect sacrifice and I gave My blood to atone for your sins, I cleared a pathway for you to communicate your every need to My Father.
When you make your requests known to Me with thanksgiving, I interecede to the Father on your behalf. I can identify with your every need because I humbled Myself and lived in bodily form on Earth.
Every morning as you come to Me in prayer, I am able to tell Father exactly how you are feeling because I was touched with every feeling of weakness that you have ever experienced. It is My delight to intercede for you, so do not hesitate to come to Me.

HEAVENLY MINDED
Meditate today on the beauty of My holiness. I know you cannot see Me with your natural eyes, but this is why I have given you faith eyes and an imagination. My Holy Spirit can enable to see the unseen with your mind's eye, your imagination. Allow My Spirit to open the eyes of your understanding to see beyond the natural realm.
I never want you to be so heavenly minded that you are no earthly good. However, I desire for you to set your affection on the things that are above, not earthly things. Some people escape the pressures of the day by going to the image maker, the TV. I have a much better escape for you.
Whenever you feel overwhelmed by just the routines of the day, take a break and think on heavenly things. Focus your mind on Me and enjoy My presence with you. I will be able to settle you with My peace that is beyond your understanding when your mind is stayed upon Me.

SUFFERING
Everyone would love to avoid suffering in this life, but because you live in a fallen world, you will experience suffering. I said, "In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer because I have overcome the world." How can you be of good cheer when everything in your life seems to be falling apart?
I have provided everything that you need to get through even the most horendous trials in your life. I sent My Spirit to comfort you. I gave you My peace as an inheritance so that My Spirit can blanket you with My peace even during times of stress and pressure. I imparted My joy to you so that you can draw from the wells of salvation within you. As you abide in Me, abide in My Word, and abide in My love, My peace, love, and joy in the Holy Spirit will see you through whatever you may face today or in the days to come.
I learned obedience through the things that I suffered. Times of sufffering are times when you must totally depend upon Me and obey Me. At your weakest moment, cry out to Me and I will immediately strengthen you. I am your high tower that you can climb and there you can see things from My perspective. I am your rock of safety that you can hide in when the waves of adversity are pounding against you. Never forget that I am always everything you need to overcome in every situation and trial. You can be of good cheer today and every day because truly I have overcome the world.

WATCH AND PRAY
"Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation." These were the instructions I gave to My disciples just before I left them to be with My Father in heaven. More than ever, you need to be on the alert to submit yourself to Me and resist the devil. He knows his time is short and he is bombarding the saints with many temptations in an attempt to wear them out.
Do not grow weary in well doing. Accomplish your assignments and listen carefully to My Spirit. My Holy Spirit will put you in the right place at the right time each day as you listen carefully and obey His still, small voice within you.
Guard your heart. Do not allow anything to distract you from your assigments.

WORSHIP
I love to hear the joyful praises of My beloved and the harmony of their voices as they join in songs of adoration to Me. Heaven is filled with beautiful music. I enjoy the songs you sing to Me morning by morning. However, what gives Me the greatest delight is for you to offer your body to Me daily as a living sacrifice.
True worship is doing the will of My Father. When you give your whole being to Me daily for My service, I am able to fine tune you as an instrument of worship that will do My Father's will moment by moment. When you commit the members of your body as instruments of My righteousness, My Spirit is able to flow My love, My joy, and My peace through you during the day.
You are an instrument of worship whenever you seek first My kingdom and My righteousness. I look forward to the sacrifice of worship you will present to Me today.
ROMANS 6:13; 12:1
