There are days I know that you feel like you have run out of energy. You feel as though you cannot take another step. It is at those times that you can tap into My strength. There are several ways you can do this. One way is to declare My Word out loud. When you do this angels come to your aid to help you with whatever task is at hand. You can declare: "The joy of the Lord is My strength." Another word to declare is: "I can do all things through Christ Who gives Me the strength." Here is another word, "Where I am weak, I am strong in the Lord."
Another way to tap into My strength is to pray in the Spirit. When you pray in tongues, there is a refreshing that comes. You build yourself up in your most holy faith. I can replenish your strength when you spend time praying in the Spirit.
Do not forget also to take time all during the day to rest in Me. By that I mean just sit and be still for a few minutes and allow Me to infuse you with My love and strength. It is My delight to replenish you daily.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.
At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.
FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.
MINISTRY
