GARDENS

As summer draws near, you are excited to at last have fresh vegetables and fruit. In the first garden on Earth where Adam and Eve lived, the plan was that they would enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs all the time.

Northing fermented because there was a protective shield over Earth that prevented the sun from causing things to rot and mold.  Their garden was watered by a fine mist.

When you are in the New Jerusalem, you will have fresh food all year long.  People will have gardens and they will not have to weed and fertilize their gardens.  You can look forward to this, but until then, I desire for you allow My Spirit to help you develop the fruit of My Spirit.

SURROUND

You live in a very dangerous world.  This could cause you to be fearful when you leave your home to go out into the world.  However, you do not need to fear.

As the days draw near to My second coming, evil will increase because My enemy knows that his time is short.  This is the time that you need to draw near to Me.  You can be filled with My perfect love and joy when you take time before you leave your home to draw near to Me.

In My presence is fulness of joy and also complete and perfect love.  Take time every morning and allow Me to love you.  I will surround you with My Holy angels and My perfect love.  My perfect love will cast out all of your fears.  Fear not.

PSALM 16:11; 1 JOHN 4:18

REVERENCE

There seems to be a lack of reverence in many churches today.  The first part of this word, "reverence," spells "revere."

When people revere Me as they worship Me, there will be reverence in church.  My Word speaks often about the "fear of the Lord."  You fear Me when you have an obedient heart to do My will and an awesome respect for My power.

Some people think this phrase, "the fear of the Lord" means to be afraid of Me.  When people revere Me and My name, I will draw near to them, and My perfect love will be able to cast out all their fears.

1 JOHN 4:18; PSALM 22:25

NUMBERS

Numbers are usually important to people on Earth.  They want to see the numbers listed on the stock market, on their grades and on many other things.  Numbers are also very important to Me.

I keep track of the number of times you have thought about My name and talked to others about Me.  Those numbers are recorded in the "Book of Remembrance."

I also keep track of the number of days that you have left to live. My friend Moses wrote, "So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom." You have no idea of how many days you may have left to live on Earth, but your heart will be able to receive My wisdom if you live each day as the day when you will stand before Me to receive your heavenly rewards.

MALACHI 3:16; PSALM 90:12

DIVISION

My enemy's assignment is to divide families and churches.  It is the spirit of ant-Christ that causes division.  As you pray for those families and churches who are being divided, bind the spirit of inti-Christ with My blood and render it powerless to complete its assignment.

Before you do your warfare, make sure that you are dressed in My full armor and that you and your loved ones are protected by My blood.  I have given you to keys to the kingdom and whatever you bind on earth is bound in heaven (the second heaven where My enemy dwells) and whatever you loose on earth is loosed in the second heaven..

I live in the third heaven, and I am over all principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and wickedness in heavenly places.  After you have bound whatever demonic spirits that you discern are active, release the Spirit of power, love, and a sound mind to the individuals undergoing division.

ABANDONMENT

I spent My last Passover with My disciples just before I was betrayed.  I knew what I was about to face, but My disciples had no idea what they would face in the future.

When I told the two disciples who wanted to have a chief place next to Me in My kingdom, they were thinking about an earthly kingdom.  When I made My triumphant entrance into Jerusalem, My followers were confident that this would be the time when I would set up My kingdom on earth.

After My betrayal, all the disciples fled in fear with the exception of John.  I experienced abandonment then, but it did not compare to the abandonment I would soon face when I felt My Father had abandoned Me when I hung on the tree.  I know what it is to feel abandoned, so I know exactly how to minister to those who are feel forsaken,  Pray for those you know who feel abandoned.

MATTHEW 22:46

SOUL

When John wrote to Gaius, he said that he prayed that Gaius might prosper in all things and be in health, just as his soul prospers.  This, of course, is My desire for you, and this is a good prayer to pray for all those you love.

The condition of your soul does have an influence on many things in your life and also your health.  This is why I exhort you today to lift up your soul to Me.  Lift your mind, will, and emotions to Me and ask Me to be in control of those aspects of your soul.

The psalmist David prayed, "Unto thee Oh Lord do I lift up My soul."  David knew that I was able to restore his soul whenever he felt disheartened.  He also knew that My Word had the power to convert his soul from discouragement to victory.  Allow Me to do this for you today.

PSALM 19:7

ORGANIZATION

A business that is not organized will not prosper.  Organization helps employees to find things easily.  Even today as you work on your computer, your data has to be organized so that you can find things when you need them.

When I walked on Earth, I did not have to organize very much.  I depended upon the My Father's instructions moment by moment.  However, there was a complete plan for Me to become the perfect sacrifice so that salvation from sin could be offered to the whole world.

At times, My disciples did not seem very organized.  However, you now have the Holy Spirit Who can help you daily to be organized.  Today and every day, I want you to commit your works to Me, and the promise is that My Spirit will establish your thoughts so that you will know the next thing to do.

PROVERBS 16:3

APPRECIATION

People long to be appreciated and accepted.  However, so often people only think about themselves.  They do not take time to express their appreciation and thanks to those who they see daily.

When was the last time someone said to you, "I truly appreciate you."  If you have not heard this lately, then I want right now to declare My appreciation for you.

I appreciate you just because you are who you are.  You are My special treasure, precious child, willing servant, dear friend, and dedicated disciple. I am delighted to be in your presence, and I love to hear your voice as you sing, pray, worship and praise Me.

EPHESIANS 1:6

TRUST

You have learned that the only way to grow in faith is to hear My Word. "So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God  (Romans 10:17)." 

How do you grow in your ability to trust Me? Proverbs 3:5-6  reveals how you can grow in trust.  "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6)."

When the answers to your prayers do not come right away, you trust that I have not only heard your prayers, but that I also am in the process of answering your requests. Do not allow your own understanding to cause you to doubt.  Instead, acknowledge with thanksgiving that I have heard your requests.  I direct your path, so you can trust that the answer will come in My perfect timing.

RECOVERY

After physical surgery, the patient is usually sent to the recovery room where those attending make sure that there are no complications.  If everything is well with the patient, the patient is then sent to a regular room.

I am the "Great Physician" who can do surgery on broken hearts. The surgical knife I use is My Word.  It is a two edged sword that is able to remove the layers of flesh that hide the strongholds (patterns of thinking) that cause certain behavior.

The recovery room after I heal a person's heart is My sanctuary which is My presence.  When complications arose in the psalmist David 's life, he entered My sanctuary. There he found a safe place where he could receive My strength, peace, love, and hope.

OVERFLOW

When you allow My Spirit to fill your heart with My love, My love will overflow through you.  Your thoughts will be on Me throughout the day, and you also will be thinking and praying for others.

The only two things that will stop the overflow of My love from your heart are unforgiveness and unbelief.  Unforgiveness will form a hard crust around your heart that prevents My love from flowing out to others.

Unbelief will block your ability to have faith and trust in Me throughout each day.  The enemy will always send thoughts of doubt and accusations about Me.  When those thoughts come, discard them immediately, and the dam of doubt and unbelief that has kept My love from overflowing will be destroyed.

ROMANS 5:5

COUNSEL

When Isaiah wrote about the Spirit of the Lord, I had not been born yet.  However, he was anointed to share exactly why I came to Earth many years later.

Isaiah wrote: "And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord:" This prophecy described the anointing that was upon Me when I walked on Earth.

Because My Spirit lives in you, this anointing can flow thru your earthly vessel when it is needed.  You may think that you could never counsel anyone.  However, whenever you are faced with the opportunity to counsel someone, ask for the spirit of counsel, and you will be amazed how you will be able to help others.

THINGS

Your life is full of things (material things, emotional things, relational things, physical things), I see  all of these things that you encounter daily.  When you put such things in your life ahead of your relationship with Me, every thing is out of order.

Often you get absorbed with taking care of things just as My friend Martha was.  She was so interested in the presentation of things and serving Me a good dinner that she basically ignored Me.

I want you to keep the main thing the main thing in your life and the main thing is Me.  Put Me first in your life by seeking Me early in the morning before you leave your abode, and then all these things will be prioritized according to My will in your life.

DELAY

Often when you release your burdens to Me as you pray, the answers seem to be delayed.  This is especially true when there is much warfare that needs to be done in the spiritual realm.

Daniel's answer to his prayer was delayed for three weeks because there was a great deal of warfare in the spiritual realm.  Finally an angel appeared to him and told him that from the first day he prayed, God heard his prayer.

When you are praying for relationships to be healed, recognize that My Father and I are interceding for all those involved in broken relationships.  Each person involved has specific needs that must be answered in a timely way.  Wait with patience for the answer.  I will do spiritual battle on behalf of those involved and you will eventually see the answer to your prayer.

DANIEL 10:9-13

DOUBLE TIME

The phrase "double time" can mean many things.  In the military the cadence of a march sometimes is double time.  You may feel like you need to double the time in a day in order to finish your work.

As your short term memory begins to fade, you double your work load because you do everything twice. You are living in the last days, and these are the days when I want you to do double time.  

I want you double your time spent with Me so that you can receive a double anointing to help you be the most effective witness as you share the gospel with others.  When you double  your time spent with Me, I can redeem those moments so that you can complete all the works I have designed for you each day.

JOHN 4:35

SIT

I commanded the multitude to sit down just before I planned to bless the five loaves and two fishes to feed them. The crowds were hungry for physical food because the day was almost spent.

On that day I fed the multitudes both physically and spiritually. They had to sit down before they could receive what would fill their hunger.

Daily, if you will listen to My still, quiet voice, you will hear Me say, "Sit down and take the load off your feet and spend a little time in My presence."  I want to daily feed you spiritually, but first you must hunger for time with Me.  Pray for time today to sit in My presence and allow Me to feed you the bread of life, My holy Word.  I also am the bread of life.

VACATIONS

Vacations are a time for relaxing from the routines of life.  Everyone needs that time to renew them physically and spiritually.  I designed the sabbath for that reason and also the feasts for that reason.

The sabbath provides a time set apart for times with Me and also with family members.  I do want you to try to do no work on such days if at all possible. There are feast days and feast weeks that are designed also for times set aside to direct your thoughts towards Me and to enjoy your family.

Enjoy My presence daily and never miss those days that are created for restoration and renewal for you.  I never missed a feast while I was on Earth.  However, I was late going to the Feast of Tabernacles.

RESIDENCE

Some people have experienced many moves in their lives.  Often those moves include leaving one location to a location many, many miles away.  Wherever you reside on Earth, I desire for you to
make that place a welcoming place for My angels,

I want your residence to be so filled with My presence that people who enter the door of your residence will immediately feel My peace and love.

I am even now preparing a residence for you in heaven.  I told My disciples that I would go to prepare a place for them.  You can look forward to that eternal residence.  Until then, know that you have a special residence in My Father's heart.

DELIVERANCE

Soon it will be time for Passover.  This is the time when you remember God's delivering power.  He delivered the Israelites from the cruel bondage of the Egyptians.  The death angel passed over the children of Israel, but did no harm to them because they had put the blood of the lamb upon their doorposts.

I am still in the deliverance business.  Nothing gives Me more joy than to see people set free from the cruel bondage that Satan has put upon them.

Today as you pray, remember that the fast I have chosen for you is to loose the bands of wickedness over people who are bound.  Ask My Spirit today to give you the names of those people you know who are bound, and then use your keys to the kingdom (binding the enemy and loosing My Holy Spirit) over those people.

SHORTCUTS

There are no shortcuts to aid you in becoming a mature believer.  James and John wanted a shortcut to a position in heaven with Me.  I told them, that they had to drink the same cup that I would drink from and experience the same baptism I would experience.

The cup I spoke of was the cup of suffering that I would soon experience and the baptism I spoke of was the baptism of fire that tested My faith in the garden.  The mature believer will have their faith tested many times.

Peter wrote about the trials of our faith that would be tested with fire.  No believer likes to think of suffering or trials that are tested by fire, but when I appear, there will be great rewards for those who have remained faithful through every trial.

ROOTS

I stand amazed at how many believers do not appreciate their Jewish roots.  Some believers even have never heard that I am Jewish or that all My disciples were Jewish with the exception of Luke who was a Gentile.

Jewish people formed the first church.  This fact is never shared in many churches.  Some churches even believe that My Father is done with the Jewish people.  I am a covenant God, and the covenant I made with Abraham is still in place.

I want you to tell your Jewish friends how much you appreciate your Jewish roots.  My Father promised that Abraham would be the father of many nations (Gentiles).  Meditate on that fact today that you are a child of God because God revealed His redemptive plan to the Jews first.  I came preaching the kingdom of God to the Jews first.
