Worry is negative meditation. When I invite you to cast all of your cares upon Me, I am inviting you to stop worrying. Worry is based on things that might happen. When you truly trust Me with every care, you will not be worried.
Give Me all your concerns in the morning and then pray the moment you feel anxious about anything during the day. Satan wants to get you into a worry wad, but I want to give you complete rest from every care.
Today remain in thanksgiving and praise and you will not have time to worry.

MY DAY
"I said that the Sabbath was created for man, not man for the Sabbath. Therefore the Son of Man is also Lord of the Sabbath." I said this in response to the Pharisees who saw my disciples plucking the heads of grain in the fields. The Pharisees accused My disciples of doing what is not lawful on the Sabbath. The Pharisees did not understand that I created the Sabbath as a day of rest, not a day of rules. It is My joy to give My beloved rest and to see them enjoy a day that is not filled with the duties of work. My Father rested on the seventh day.
Thank Me for the rest I give to you. Whenever you cease from your own labors, you have the opportunity to focus completely on Me. Most of you can enjoy a whole weekend away from your usual work. Use the seventh day, Saturday, as a day of rest instead of a day filled with shopping and chores. Use the first day of the week, Sunday, to focus on Me and to fellowship with your brothers and sisters who love Me. I am not a legalist. In fact, every day is My day - a day to fellowship with Me, a day to share My love with others, and a day to be renewed by My Word.
I am the Lord of your days and I love it when you thank Me in the morning for a new day. Every day is a day to know My presence with you and a day to respond to My presence with joy, praise, and worship.

MANNA FROM HEAVEN
When I was with My disciples at the last Passover that I experienced while I was on earth, I told them to eat the bread and drink the wine in remembrance of Me. Later John wrote that I am the bread of life. I truly am your daily bread. Whenever you pray the prayer that I taught My disciples, you ask Me to give you your daily bread. I am the manna from heaven. Seek Me first always and you will have daily provision for your needs.
The day will come when I will give you hidden manna. For now, however, daily seek Me first. As you do this, I will be on duty night and day to provide for you. It is My joy and My Father's joy to give you your daily bread, both physical and spiritual.

FATHERS
I know that many of My beloved did not have fathers who praised them. Some of My beloved even had fathers that abused them or even abandoned them. I came to earth to reveal the love of My Father to the world. Those of you who have had fathers who did not see you as I see you can rest assured that My heavenly Father loves you just as much as He loves Me.
Everyday you can picture yourself in My Father's lap. When I told the disciples to bring the children to Me, it was My joy to express My Father's love to them. You are My child and I hold you daily in My arms. I know that you cannot see Me, but I support you and lead you daily with My arms securely around you.
When you feel secure in My love, there will be no room for fear in your life or condemnation.
My perfect love casts out all fear and I never condemn you. Recognize My loving presence with you and let Me express My Father's love to you all through this day.

RECONSTRUCTION
When Adam and Eve sinned, the whole earth began a downward cycle. Things began to get worse by the day. The earth had to be destroyed and a new beginning was given to mankind after the flood. Earth at that time was reconstructed, but mankind was not. It did not take long for Noah's son, Ham, to commit sin. Sin was the problem and so I came to give and answer to that problem.
When I died on the cross and was resurrected, I purchased with My shed blood a new blueprint for mankind. This blueprint was not blue. It was red because it was written with My blood. The title to the blueprint was "RECONCILIATION WITH GOD." On the cross I dealt with sin and I conquered the works of the devil. I became the bridge between mankind and My heavenly Father.
Now, you daily can submit your whole being to Me so that I can reconstruct you. I have sent My Holy Spirit to help you. You are My building and you are My workmanship. I am your Master Builder and I can take what seems to be rundown, of no use, and transform your life into My very image. Allow Me today to infuse you with My grace, peace, joy, and love and look forward to the reconstruction process that I will accomplish.

ENCOURAGEMENT
Look carefully at the word, "encouragement." Right in the middle of that word is the word, "courage." I sent My Holy Spirit to you to encourage you and to give you courage and confidence each day of your life.
You have nothing to fear. You do not have to fear the devil. I have conquered him. You do not have to fear man. If I am for you, who can be against you? You do not have to fear the future because I hold the future in My hands and I will lead you into it step by step. You do not have to fear death because I also have conquered that. You do not have to fear harm because I will protect you. You do not have to fear illness because I will see you thru every illness and bring you to the other side in victory.
Fear is the anesthesia that the enemy uses to paralyze you so that you cannot move forward in Me. My perfect love casts out all fear. Be encouraged today by these words and take courage. Fear is not based on what is. Fear is based on what might be. Do not play the "What If Game."

REGRET
I know that as you look back on the past or even on what happened yesterday, you may have regrets. You may regret something you said or did that you thought did not please Me. You may have said something in anger that hurt someonelse. You may not have shown My love to others in your daily walk with Me.
I desire for you to have no regrets. You have probably heard the saying, "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. You are My excellent plowman and a plowman does not look back. He keeps pressing forward. I want you to set your hand to the plow and keep moving forward. Keep planting the seed of My Word. Each day is a gift to you. Use that day and allow Me to work through you. When you dwell on the past, you will not be able to fully function in the day. Trust Me to handle your future.

BELOVED
You are My beloved. Receive this as truth and meditate on this true fact all day long. Nothing you will do or say today will negate My love for you. I rejoice over you with singing and I am excited every time you speak to Me. I cannot wait to hear your voice.
Recognize that you have been chosen to do My will. You are My praise and glory. Never enter the day with the thought that you have to do something to please Me. I am pleased when you simply talk to Me throughout the day.
Abiding in My love simply means to allow My love for you to penetrate every part of your being.
Your mind will stay at perfect peace when you stay your mind on My love for you. Your emotions will be anchored in My hope when you take time for Me to minister My love to you.
You will be doing My will throughout the day without even being aware that you are when you meditate on My love for you all the day long. Let this be a love day for you by allowing My love to so fill your heart that My love overflows to others thru you all the day long.

ALL POWER
I have given you all authority over all the power of the enemy. When you believe this with all of your heart, you can do effective warfare against the enemy. Know that My blood purchased for you this authority and that My name is above everything that is named on earth and that includes every demon spirit that tries to harass you.
I am saddened when I see so many of My beloved not using the power of My name and My blood to come against the enemy. Yes, I do battle for you, but I have also chosen you to be a victorious soldier in the Spirit who uses the authority I have given you. I have given you the keys to the kingdom to bind and to loose. Use them daily whenever the enemy comes against you.
You have to give My Word voice on earth for things to move in the spirit realm. Angels hearken to the voice of My Word and they come to assist you. Demons flee when you give My Word voice on earth. Never be afraid of the devil. He is a defeated foe. You are always in the position of victory over Him.

DOUBT OUT
One of the greatest strongholds your enemy wants to plant in your mind is doubt. It is natural to have doubts about Me simply because you cannot see Me. However, you do know Me and I am more real than those you see. Understand that doubt is one of the fiery doubts that the devil sends to you quite frequently. His tactic in the Garden was to first get Eve to doubt God's Word.
He was successful.
You have much more going for you now than she had. You have Me. I indwell you and I fight your battles. When those fiery darts of doubt come, simply say out loud, "Doubt out in the name of Jesus." At My name every knee has to bow and demons have to flee.
Never feel condemned when you have doubts. I understand completely the battles you face while you are on earth. Take those thoughts of doubt the moment they come to you and give them to Me. Ask Me for the gift of faith and it is My delight to give that gift to you.

TIMING
Remember when the excellence of your piano practice depended on your keeping the rhythm flowing exactly according to what was written on the piece of music you were playing. You had times when you ceased playing and rested. There were other times when you had to keep your hands on the keys continually because the ryhthm was so fast. I want your life to flow at the rhythm I have written in your book of life.
There will be times of great productivity. Sometimes you will not feel you can get everything accomplished in a day's time. Then there will be times of rest when you can receive more of My anointing and refreshment as you allow Me to minister to you.
Ask Me today to lead you by My Spirit to keep the rhythm flowing that I have designed for you during this day. Listen carefully to My Holy Spirit and follow those gentle impressions He will give you. When you do this, you will be able to lay your head on your pillow and know that I have done the works through you that I wanted to accomplish that day.
