SOMMER FAMILY BLESSING

Welcome to the blog for Linda Sommer.

My Blog will cover three subjects:

WORD FROM THE LORD, FAMILY, and MINISTRY.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.

At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.

FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.

MINISTRY
Tom and I have traveled the world. To find out more about our ministry you may consult our webpage -

I will keep you updated on future speaking enagements and ministry developments.

TASKS

Everyone has tasks that they have to do. Those tasks may involve your work or even your church. They may involve homework assignments in school. They may involve building a home or cleaning a house. There are all kinds of tasks that you have to accomplish. The things that you have to do in order to accomplish those tasks usually whirl around in your head all the day long and at the end of the day, you feel like you did not successfully accomplish your goal to finish certan tasks.

I do understand your mind set, but let Me help you with your tasks. I sent My "Helper" to help you order your thoughts and also to help you perform your tasks. The two tasks I require of you are simply to hear My voice ( the voice of the Helper) and obey what you hear. When you listen to My Spirit within you, I will be able to tell you the next thing to do.

You get overwhelmed when you think about all you have to do in a day's time. Give your day to Me. Commit all of your "To Do List" to Me, and I will establish the priorities simply by telling you the next thing to do. Stay open to My leading throughout the day and at the end of the day you will rejoice because you had a meaningful day instead of a muddled day when nothing was accomplished.
