WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.

At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.

FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.

CAST

 I want you to humble yourself by casting every care upon Me because I care for you.  Know without a doubt that I can perfect everything that is a concern to you.

When a fisherman casts his line out into the lake, he waits in quietness and trusts that he will get a bite from a fish. When he gets a bite, he moves the line around to hook the fish. This is the way I want you to wait upon Me.

When you pray about something that concerns you, be willing to wait for the answer.  Be patient.  You receive the promises I have provided with faith and patience .  Wait and know with great assurance that I have heard your prayer.  If the answer does not come right away, begin to praise Me for the answer.

1 PETER 5: 6-:7; PSALM 138:8; HEBREWS 6:12
