When you seek first My Kingdom and My righteousness, I will be able to provide all of your daily needs. You may ask yourself, "What does it mean to seek?" When you seek Me with all of your heart, I will be uppermost in your mind all the day long. You will be able to stay your thoughts upon Me, and then I will be able to keep you in perfect peace no matter what is happening to you during the day.
Today, let your first thoughts be of Me and then train your mind to reject those thoughts that are negative and worldly. The ability to bring every thought that is contrary to My will for you and My Word does take training. The moment you have a negative thought or any thought that is worldly, give it to Me and ask Me to send you a righteous thought.
You live in an age when thoughts come to you constantly to distract you from My presence. Keep your focus on Me and think about those things that are true, honest, just, lovely, pure, of good report, and virtuous. Fill your day with praises to Me.

WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.
At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.
FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.
MINISTRY
