WORD FROM THE LORD
Every day I spend time with the Lord in the morning and He speaks to my heart words that are encouraging, exhorting and sometimes rebuking.

At first, I felt not to share these words with others, but then I realized I am just one of His followers. There are many people who need a word daily from the Lord, but they do not have the time to seek Him. This is why I decided to share the words I received from time to time. The messages are in first person as the the Lord relayed them to my spirtual ears.

FAMILY
We have three sons and nine grandchildren. There is something new happening all the time in the Sommer family. I will post some of these events of interest.

MEDITATION

Many on earth have ways to meditate and those ways may cause a person to find temporary peace.  However, when you meditate on Me and My Word, you will receive a peace that is timeless.

I am the Prince of Peace, and eternal peace will result as you meditate on Who I am.  Your meditation of Me will cause you to sing. Each day you can meditate on Who I am.  Today you can meditate on the fact that I am the light of the world.

Think about that as you take down your Christmas lights, and continue to meditate on that truth throughout this year. Every time you turn on a light in your home, remember that My light can penetrate all darkness.

PSALM 104:33-34; ISAIAH 9:5
