I have always set boundaries. You see this in Deuteronomy 28 when the blessings and curses were stated. I died on the tree to deliver you from every curse. I set the boundaries of the ten commandments for your benefit.
Now you are experiencing boundaries that are being applied worldwide to civilization because of the virus crisis. I set a boundary when I taught the Sermon on the Mount. I said, "Take no thought for tomorrow; for tomorrow will take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient to the day is the evil thereof."
You are living in evil times, but I have set a boundary around each of your days. That boundary has always been there, but you just did not realize this. You go to sleep at night and you wake up to a new day. I want you to thank Me every morning for the new day, and say, "This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice in it."
