I was so grateful that Mary and Martha often invited me to their home. There home was not far from Jerusalem where I traveled for all the feasts. How I loved to just relax and dine with them.
Having guests in your home is very important. The writer of Hebrews exhorted believers to host strangers because they might be entertaining strangers unawares. The writer of Hebrews also exhorted believers to forsake not assembling themselves together and so much more as the day approaches to My return.
Paul also encouraged believers to be hospitable, and Peter exhorted believers to use hospitality without grudging. During this virus crisis, many have missed being with fellow believers. Pray that hosting others in your home and assembling in churches will soon return to normal.
