RAIN

You are in the season of the spring rains.  I am familiar with the saying, "April showers bring May flowers."  I have the power to send rain and to withhold rain.  I respond to the prayers of the saints.
I truly am in control of the weather.

I am aware that My beloved nation, Israel, is experiencing a drought.  They depend upon the early and latter rains.  Pray for those rains to come so that they will have a good harvest.

I also want you to pray for the spiritual latter rain to be poured out. I want you to speak the prophetic words spoken by the prophet Joel over your family, nation, and cities and over Israel.  That word is:
"Be glad then,  you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God, for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you-the former rain and the latter rain in the first month.  The threshing floors shall be full and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil.  So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust,..." It is now the first month.

JOEL 2:23-25

VISITATION

As you read My Word, you will discover that there were many heavenly visitations.  I accompanied two angels to visit Abraham just before Sodom was destroyed.  We had two assignments - to warn Abraham about the future destruction of Sodom and to tell him that he and Sarah would have a child at My Father's appointed time.

Gabriel visited Mary to announce My coming birth.  I visited Joshua just before he went to war.  There are many other heavenly visitations recorded in My Word.  I know how many seek to have a heavenly visitation, but they forget that they can have a heavenly visitation every day.

When you take time to spend in My presence, I am visiting with you.  Even though you cannot see Me, the Holy Spirit, or My Father, we are present every time you pray.  Be aware of our presence with you and enjoy your times with us.  In My presence is fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore.

PSALM 16:11

PERFECT

I can perfect those things that are concerning you.  I can only do this when you release your cares to Me.  My burden is light because the minute I receive your cares, I release every care that you have given to Me and I pray with the Father about your cares. 

The word, "perfect" can also be used another way.  So many of My beloved want things to be perfect in their lives.  They forget that they live in a fallen world where things are definitely not perfect.

I have promised you abundant life, not a perfect life.  The abundance I can give you daily as you release your cares to Me is My peace, My love, and My joy.  When a care comes up in your heart and mind today, give that care to Me in prayer.

PSALM 138:8; MATTHEW 11:28-30

WORSHIP

When you worship Me, I rejoice, and I also give worship to My heavenly Father.  When a congregation joins together to worship Me, I am in the midst of that congregation, and I am worshiping My heavenly Father along with the saints.

I have given you a divine imagination so that your mind can cast aside all the cares of the world, and focus on what is going on in heaven.  When you worship Me, you are joining the saints and the angels around our throne room.

During your worship, I dispatch angels to minister to you.  You can worship Me even as you do your mundane choirs.  Your songs of worship ring loud in heaven, and My angels come and join you.  Today invite heaven to come down to you when you worship Me.

JOHN 4:23; REVELATION 13:8

APPREHEND

My servant Paul wrote:"Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things that are behind and reaching forward to those things that are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:12-14)"

Paul was describing the condition of every one of My believers.  He knew that he had not attained (apprehended) all that He should be in Me.  However, he was determined not to allow the past to define him. He did not count himself to have apprehended (obtained) that prize, but he was pressing on to receive it.

This is what I want all My beloved ones to do.  I want them to never give up, to never be defined by their past, but instead to "Keep on keeping on in faith."  Always remember that daily you are being conformed to My image by My Holy Spirit.  You are in process. My Spirit will not let go of you.

PHILIPPIANS 3:12-14; ROMANS 8:29-30

 

ESTABLISHED

There is great joy when you are finally established in a new home and in a new area.  You even rejoice more when everything in your new home is in order - all the furniture placed and the pictures hung on the walls.

One day you will be established in your new eternal home.  You will not have to do a thing to get settled into that new home because I go before you to prepare a place for you.  You will not have to worry ever about another move.

These truths should give you great comfort because I know how you dislike moving.  I have heard you say before that heaven is where there is no stuff.  Most everyone's home is full of stuff that needs care.  You will not have to care for anything ever again and you will never have a care in your eternal home..  Meditate on these truths on the days when you are overwhelmed with taking care of stuff.

JOHN 14:1-4

BIRTH

It takes labor for physical birth to happen.  It also takes labor for spiritual birth to happen.  I said that the fields were white for harvest, and I exhorted My followers to pray for laborers for the harvest to be sent out. I want you to pray for prayer warriors in this day to labor in prayer to birth people into My kingdom.

Prayer is the labor of a believer.  It is only through prayer that things get done in the spiritual realm.  When you pray My Word out loud, angel armies come to your side to assist you as you pray for those who you desire to be saved.

When you are praying for souls to be birthed, you are praying in My will because I would that none perish.  My Word promises that if you pray anything according to My will that I will not only hear you, but I will also grant your requests.  Begin to thank Me for the salvation of those you are praying for even before you see the fruit of your prayers.
