Any attempt you make to withstand temptation is not going to bear fruit unless you use your weapons of warfare. I overcame the "Tempter" by using the sword of the Spirit (the Word of God)..
I used the passages from Deuteronomy to declare against My enemy. I had learned and memorized the Torah from the time I was a child, and it was the Torah that gave Me clear discernment of Satan's strategy.
Recognize today that Satan knows the Bible and often he will twist the words in the Bible to seduce you to give into temptation. This is why it is of great value for you to memorize passages and verses from My Word. The only way to fight lies is with the truth, and I am the truth, and My Word is truth. Make it your goal this year to memorize more of the Bible.

ANSWERED
This year I want you to record the answers to your prayers. There are some things that can prevent Me from answering your prayers. When you pray, it is important that you clear yourself from these hindrances: unbelief, fear, unforgiveness.
UNBELIEF - Mark 11:24: " Therefore I say to you, What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them (Mark 11:24)."
FEAR - 1 John 4:18: "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love (1 John 4:18)."
UNFORGIVENESS - Mark 11:25: "And when you stand praying forgive, if you have ought against any, that your Father also Who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Also, there is one thing that will prevent Me from even hearing your prayers. Psalm 66:18-19: "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me: but verily God has heard me; He has attended to the voice of my prayer." Psalm 38:18: "For I will declare my iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin."Ask My Holy Spirit to bring to your mind those things you need to confess.

ORGANIZED
You love to be organized, and you and many others have probably made the New Year's resolution to become more organized. Organization is important, and it is part of the creative gift that My Father and I have.
Think about how organized the Universe is and how even the small atom is organized. The Psalmist wrote "When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars that You ordained; what is man, that You are mindful of him? and the son of man, that you visit him? For You have made him a little lower than the angels, and have crowned him with glory and honor. You made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet:"
When you meditate on these few verses, you should never feel unworthy or useless. I had enough faith in you to trust you with the very works of My hands. I know that I mean everything to you, but have you considered how much you mean to Me?

DEMONSTRATE
The first six letters in this word spells "demons." Demons do like to demonstrate their activities through people.
Ever since the curse was placed upon the serpent in the Garden, the devil's goal has been to demonstrate his destructive ways through people. The devil's curse was that he would crawl on the ground and eat dust all of his life.
You are but dust, and the devil is like a roaring line seeking to devout who he may. This year, daily submit yourself to Me and resist the devil, and then no weapon the devil forms against you will prosper. Ask My Holy Spirit to demonstrate My love through you, and you will have a fruitful year.

INTEGRATION
The psalmist David lifted up his soul often in prayer. He knew that I had the power to restore his soul. He wrote: "He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores My soul.; He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake.
Your soul becomes restless when you do not daily come to Me with all of your burdens. I have promised that you will find rest for your soul when you come to Me and take My yoke upon you and learn of Me.
David prayed, "Unite My heart (soul) to fear Your Name. I came to heal the broken heart, and only I can integrate your soul (mind, will, and emotions) by melting and molding your heart with the warmth of My love so that you will be able to receive My love and give My love to others.

PREVENT
As you look back over this last year, there are probably things that happened during the year that you could have prevented. For example, you reacted instead of responding in love to words a person spoke to you.
There is no way you can undo the past, but you do need to come to the place where you can resolve to do better in the present. The major fruit of the Spirit that you and many others need the help of My Spirit is self-control.
Self-control includes being able to control your speech. No man can tame the tongue, but you and everyone can ask My Holy Spirit to be your tongue trainer in this next year. My Spirit can help you speak the truth in love and speak edifying words instead of destructive words. Submit your tongue to My Spirit's control daily in this next year and you will have a fruitful year.

FIRST
It was always in My plan that the first day of the week would be the next day after Shabbot (the day of rest) I designed for everyone to spend time with Me by reading My Word, and communing with Me.
It was on the first day of the week that My mother and Mary and Joanna and other women came to the tomb where I was laid and found it empty. Actually the hour of My resurrection occurred many hours before dawn on the first day. I was raised during the time that the first fruits offering was being waved just after the Shabbot.was over at sunset and the first day began.
I am the first fruit of the resurrection and you can look forward to your resurrection which will occur one day. Today marks the first day of your New Year. My prayer is that every day this year will be a Shabbot day (a day of ceasing from your own works and a day when you read My Word a commune with Me.
