EXPRESSION

You can usually discern what people are thinking by the expression on their faces. When they do not agree with you, they will sometimes roll their eyes, look in another direction, frown, or snub their noses at you. Physical expressions on faces have great power to communicate. What you express in words also has great power.

I am the express image of My Father. I desire for you to be the express image of Me while you walk on earth. To accomplish this goal that I have for you seems impossible. To be like Me in expression both verbally and physcially is not impossible when you yield yourself to My Holy Spirit. It is the mandate of My Holy Spirit to conform you to My image.

In this New Year, I challenge you to yield to My Holy Spirit daily as He gives you what to say and even how to say it. I desire for My countenance to be so much on your face that others will see the expression of My glory through you. It only takes a few minutes every morning to sit still in My presence. When you take this time, I will be able to express Myself through you all the day long.

TOMORROW

I exhorted My followers to not even think about tomorrow because tomorrow will have problems develop or promises fulfilled that you do not have any way of knowing. It is practical to make plans. However, hold those plans loosely because you do not know what your next days, weeks, or years will be. Rest assured that I do know your future. Also rest in the fact that the plans that I have for you are always good and there will be an expected end that will be good.

Thinking too much about what the future holds can often pull you down. As you begin this new year, simply concentrate on your moments with Me. Your ministry to others is in the moment.
Whoever calls you on the phone is the one I want to minister to through you in that moment. Whoever comes to your door is someone I want to minister to through you in that moment. Whoever talks with you in your day on the job is someone I want to minister to through you in that moment. Listen carefully to My leadings in the moment and allow Me to be glorified through what you say and do in the moment.

MATTHEW 6:34

RESOLVE

You usually make resolutions at the beginning of every new year. You have a determination to change certain things in your life or to break certain habits that are not good. It seems like the more you are determined the weaker you become to activate change in your life. You will always fail to keep resolutions if you are depending upon your own strength. I am the "Life Changer." I am the "Heart Changer."

Whenever your focus is on yourself, you lose sight of Me. Lay those habits at My feet and allow Me to take them away. I know your heart. I want to help you. However, if you do not release every burden to Me, I am unable to activate change in your life. Repentance is simply a change in your mind that eventually allows Me to change your heart and change your life. Ask Me to send you the gift of true repentance. True repentance does not say, "I will keep trying to change." True repentance says, "Without You Jesus, I will never change. I give you my mind to You by taking every tempting thought captive. I give you My heart to you by drawing near to you everyday." When you truly repent, you will see how I can deliver you from every bondage and every besetting sin.

2 CORINTHIANS 10:4-6

ORDER

I am a God of order. When you read My Word, you will see how I odered creation. I created everything on earth in a special order. You may feel like things are totally out of order in your own life. However, never forget that I can bring order into your life when you depend upon Me. Commit your works daily to Me and I will establish your thoughts. Depend upon Me moment by moment and trust Me to put you in the right place at the right time. Commit your way to Me and I will bring My will to pass in your life.

It is true that the whole earth is out of order now. The reason for this is that mankind chose to sin. I came to present order into a dying world. Your life will only be in order as you submit to Me and resist the devil. I know every detail of your life and I am ever present to help you make decisions according to My will. Just as a wife is to fit in with her husband's plans, I exhort you to fit in with My plans for your life.

Lay aside your own thoughts and come to Me. My ways are higher than yours and I know the end from the beginning. Inquire of Me and ask Me to lead you to the next place, the place I have designed for you. That place is where you will bear the most fruit for Me. I do lead you in paths of righteousness for My name's sake. I am your Good Shepherd and I will protect and care for you always.

SERVANT

I truly came to serve you. I did not come into the world to be served, but to serve you and to give My life for you. Every morning when you spend your quiet time with Me, take time to allow Me to minister to you. You love to minister to Me through your praise and worship, but I long to minister to you. Few of My beloved take time for Me to minister to them.

Every morning I want to tell you how much I love you. I want to embrace you with My everlasting love and extravagant love. I want to sing love songs to you. Never doubt the fact that I love you with a love that is unending. Nothing you can ever say or do will cause Me to love you less than I do right now. I came to puchase you for Myself. You are My prize possession. Meditate on this truth today, and and every day allow Me to dispense My love to you.

MATTHEW 20:28

TRUST

Before you can entrust your life to someone, you must be able to trust them. I want you to know that in this New Year you can entrust yourself fully into My hands. You can trust Me with all of your heart. It is a natural thing for you to lean on your own understanding, but I have the big picture. Never think that tomorrow will be the same as today. Circumstances can change in the twinkling of the eye. The enemy wants you to think that your future will not be good. This is a lie. I have plans for you to give you a purpose and a hope and an expected end.

Even though right now you feel like you cannot face tomorrow, I am with you to help you get through the next day. Trust Me with all of your heart to lift your burdens from off your shoulders in this New Year. You are My precious saint and I love you with an everlasting love. You can trust every day in this New Year to Me and you can have confidence that I hear your prayers and that I answer them.

PROVERBS 3:5-6; MATTHEW 11:28-30

Knit

My heart is knit together with your heart. Nothing can separate you from My love. Paul wrote that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing shall be able to separate My love from you.

A tightly knit piece of cloth has no spaces between the stiches and that piece of fabric will hold together even when others try to pull it apart. There is no space or time between us. We are one in the Spirit. The fabric of your life may seem to be loosely knit, but the truth is that I am the One Who has held you and kept you from breaking apart even through the horendous trials you have experienced.

I am the strength of your life and I will hold you close to Me always. I desire for you to be knit together with others in My love. Pray that this year will be a year of reconciliation between you and those who have hurt you. Allow My love to knit your heart together with the hearts of others in this new year.
